In the prior art, the method for counting the articles in a visual manner is to take an image and count the articles in the process of falling off the conveyor, but the size and shape of the articles cannot be stably detected because the orientation of the articles is indefinite in the process of falling off. There is a need for a dispensing method and dispensing apparatus that is more efficient, simpler in construction, and more space efficient.

The temporary storage gate 501 and the fixing plate 502 are arranged below the inlet end of the collector, the fixing plate 502 is used for fixing the gate, the inclined arrangement of the fixing plate 502 can also play a role in collecting articles, and the temporary storage gate 501 distributes articles in the temporary storage gate 501 for the first time in the next pile of temporary storage conveyor before the distributed articles are not received by the container. The temporary storage gate 401 is electrically connected with the central processing and control platform. The cpu and control platform controls the register shutter 401 to open or close, and switches between output and register modes.
The conveyer 1 is provided with a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism is in electric signal connection with a central processing and control platform, the central processing and control platform controls the starting and stopping time of the conveyer 1, the existing driving mode is usually electromagnetic driving vibration disc, and the central processing and control platform controls the motion state of a motor so as to control the starting and stopping period.
A container 6 conveyor line is provided for continuously conveying containers 6 to the outlet of the collecting channel of the collector 5, and a diverting and swinging gate is provided for diverting a succession of two stacks of released articles 3 to two different containers 6.
The conveying surface of the conveyor 1 is provided with a plurality of channels 101 parallel to the conveying direction. The cross section of the channel 101 is V-shaped. The channel 101 with this shape makes it easier to divide the articles into individual rows and stabilize the conveyor effect.

Claims (24)
1. A method of dispensing a discrete item of a target item quantity, characterized by: comprising
Driving the conveyor to move the articles in a single layer toward the end of the conveyor and output the articles;
continuously capturing images of an image capturing area positioned at the tail section of the conveyor, wherein the image capturing area spans the conveying direction of the conveyor, the length direction of the image capturing area comprises an input side boundary and an output side boundary, the input side boundary is arranged on the conveyor, the output side boundary is arranged in front of the tail end line of the conveyor,
when the articles leave the image capturing area, the articles also leave the conveyor, and each article passes through the image capturing area and is captured at least once before leaving the conveyor;
processing the acquired images in real time to determine the number of the articles to be output;
stopping the conveyor before the number of the output articles reaches the target number of the articles, and simultaneously continuously determining the number of the output articles until the articles are stopped to be output from the conveyor, so as to obtain first-time distribution articles;
and calculating the quantity of the articles differing from the quantity of the first-time distributed articles and distributing the articles differing from the quantity of the first-time distributed articles.
2. A method of dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity as claimed in claim 1, wherein: each item passing through the imaging region is imaged at least once in its entirety.
3. A method of dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity as claimed in claim 2, wherein: comparing the object image in the image with the image of the preset object, judging the comparison result, and eliminating the object when the comparison result is inconsistent.
4. A method of dispensing a discrete item of a target item quantity as claimed in claim 3, wherein: and when the image of the object in the image is different from any one of the preset image of the object in the shape, color and size, judging that the comparison result is inconsistent.
5. A method of dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first dispensing article and the differential article output from the conveyor are collected into a container at the dispensing station, and after the container has completed receiving the article, the container is output.
6. A method of dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the containers are continuously supplied to the dispensing stations to receive the first dispensed article quantity output from the conveyor and the corresponding delta articles.
7. A method of dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the pooled items are buffered before the next container reaches the dispensing station.
8. A method of dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity as claimed in claim 6, wherein: when the first-order dispensing item quantity of one stack is not received by the container, the first-order dispensing item quantity of the next stack is temporarily stored.
9. A method of dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the conveyor has articles separated into multiple rows of single-layer articles on the conveyor surface, each row of articles being a row of articles made up of individual articles.
10. A method of dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the articles distributed with the difference are output by the difference compensating conveyor, and the articles output by the difference compensating conveyor are gathered and output to the container together with the first distributed articles after being completely imaged by the imaging area.
11. A method of dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity as claimed in claim 10, wherein: and comparing the object image in the image acquired by the image acquisition device arranged on the compensation conveyor with the image of the preset object, judging a comparison result, and eliminating the object when the comparison result is inconsistent.
12. A method of dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity as claimed in claim 10, wherein: the image capturing area spans the conveyor and the complementary conveyor, and each article output by the conveyor and the complementary conveyor is at least completely captured once.

A method of dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and an inertial output area is arranged in front of the output end in the image capturing area, the articles in the inertial output area are output after the conveyor is stopped, and the conveyor is stopped when the sum of the number of the articles in the inertial output area and the number of the articles which are output is smaller than the number of the target articles.

A method of dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the distance between the output side boundary and the end line of the conveyor is smaller than the shortest distance between the center of gravity of the object and the edge of the object, the distance between the input side boundary and the output side boundary is larger than the maximum length of the object, and each object passes through the image capturing area and is captured at least once before being output, and the object leaves the conveyor when leaving the image capturing area.

A method of dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the length direction of the image capturing area comprises an input side boundary and an output side boundary, the input side boundary is arranged on the conveyor, the output side boundary is coincided with the tail end line of the conveyor, the distance between the input side boundary and the output side boundary is greater than the maximum length of the articles, each article passes through the image capturing area and is captured at least once before being output, and the articles leave the conveyor when leaving the image capturing area.

A method of dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the length direction of the image capturing area comprises an input side boundary and an output side boundary, the input side boundary is arranged on the conveyor, the output side boundary is arranged outside a conveyor end line, the distance between the input side boundary and the conveyor end line is larger than the maximum length of the articles, each article is captured at least once when being captured in the image capturing area on the conveyor before being output, and the articles leave the conveyor when leaving the image capturing area.
17. A dispensing device using the method of dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity according to any one of claims 1 to 16, characterized in that:
comprises a feed bin for storing articles and continuously supplying articles to a conveyor;
a conveyor for laying the articles into a single layer and outputting,
the image capturing device is used for continuously capturing images of the articles passing through the image capturing area of the conveyor;
the image capturing area is arranged at the tail section of the conveyor and spans the conveying direction of the conveyor, and the length and the width of the image capturing area are set so that each passing object is at least completely captured once;
the central processing and control platform is used for processing the images acquired by the image acquisition device in real time to calculate the quantity of all articles passing through the image acquisition area, detecting and judging the images of the articles,
a container for receiving the articles output by the conveyor;
and the difference compensating device is used for distributing the difference objects to the container so that the objects in the container reach the target object quantity.
18. The apparatus for dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity according to claim 17, wherein: and a collector is arranged below the output end of the conveyor and used for collecting the articles output from the conveyor and the articles output from the compensating mechanism to the container.

The apparatus for dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity according to claim 18, wherein: the output end of the collector is provided with a collector gate, the collector is opened or closed to output articles, and the collected articles are temporarily stored on the collector gate before the container arrives; the collector gate is electrically connected with a central processing and control platform, and the central processing and control platform controls the collector gate to be opened or closed.

The apparatus for dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity according to claim 17, wherein: a temporary storage gate and a fixed plate are arranged below the inlet end of the collector, and the fixed plate is used for fixing the gate, so that the temporary storage gate distributes the articles in the temporary storage gate for the first time in the next pile of temporary storage conveyor before the distributed articles are not received by the container; the temporary storage gate is connected with the central processing and control platform through an electric signal, and the central processing and control platform controls the temporary storage gate to be opened or closed, and the temporary storage gate is switched under the output and temporary storage modes.
21. The apparatus for dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity according to claim 17, wherein: the conveying surface of the conveyor is provided with a plurality of channels parallel to the conveying direction.
22. The apparatus for dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity according to claim 21, wherein: the cross section of the channel is V-shaped.
23. The apparatus for dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity according to claim 17, wherein: the image capturing area spans the conveyor and the complementary conveyor, and each article output by the conveyor and the complementary conveyor is at least completely captured once.

The apparatus for dispensing discrete items of a target item quantity according to claim 17, wherein: the image capturing area spans the conveyor and the compensating conveyor respectively, and each article output by the conveyor and the compensating conveyor is at least completely captured once.
