Along with the charging of gas, the gas pressure in the medical incision expansion protective sleeve is continuously improved, so that the rigidity of the medical incision expansion protective sleeve is also continuously improved, epidermal tissues B1 on two sides of the incision of a patient are continuously expanded, after the rigidity of the medical incision expansion protective sleeve and the expansion range of the epidermal tissues B1 meet the use requirements, the gas pump A1 stops charging, the gas guide pipe is pulled out from the charging connector 1B, and the gas sealing in the medical incision expansion protective sleeve is realized by using the one-way valve device 3 in the charging connector 1B.
The one-way valve sealing ball 3c is pushed inwards by a tool such as a screwdriver, so that the gas in the medical incision expansion protective sleeve is released and discharged from the inflation connector 1b, and the medical incision expansion protective sleeve is extruded and folded to be taken out from the incision of a patient.
Simulation operation analysis:
the inflated medical incision expansion protective sleeve still can deform to a certain extent under the extrusion of epidermal tissues B1 on two sides of the incision of the patient, so that the numerical value of the deformation is subjected to simulation analysis.
The overall height of the medical incision expansion protective sleeve is 60mm, the thickness of the side wall is 6mm, the diameters of the top support ring 1c and the bottom support ring 1d are 60mm, and the outer diameter of the narrowest middle part, namely the position of the middle annular air passage 1e2, is 35 mm; the diameters of the bottom annular air passage 1e1, the middle annular air passage 1e2 and the top annular air passage 1e3 are all 4 mm; the longitudinal air passages 1e4 are uniformly distributed in the vertical direction in the flexible supporting body 1a in 8 circumferential directions, and the diameter of the longitudinal air passages 1e4 is 3 mm. The medical incision expansion protective sleeve is made of medical rubber materials, the elastic modulus of the medical incision expansion protective sleeve is 7.8MPa, and the Poisson ratio is 0.46; the inflation pressure is 0.05 MPa; the thickness of epidermal tissues B1 on two sides of the incision of the patient is 15mm, and the extrusion force of the epidermal tissues B1 on the expansion protective sleeve of the medical incision is 10N.
Simulation analysis is performed by using ANSYS Workbench, and the whole deformation result after stress is obtained as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the middle position of the medical incision expansion protective sleeve is most obviously subjected to extrusion deformation, the maximum deformation amount is located in the central area of the contact part of the medical incision expansion protective sleeve and epidermis tissues B1 on two sides, the medical incision expansion protective sleeve is inwards sunken after being extruded at the central area, and the maximum deformation amount is 0.0012593 m. The deformation quantity can meet the use requirement.
