Abstract
The embodiment of the invention relates to an information processing method and system for simultaneously examining and managing multiple cases, wherein the method comprises the following steps: reading case materials to be analyzed, and scanning and analyzing the read case materials to extract basic information and party information of the case materials; combining the case materials into batch trial cases which are simultaneously examined and managed according to the extracted basic information and the party information, and generating a case element table of the batch trial cases; generating court trial outline and a dispute focus of the batch trial cases according to the case element table, and pushing corresponding written outline schema aiming at the case arrival condition of the batch trial cases; and after editing, proofreading and storing the script schema, generating the referee documents in batches. Technical Field
