Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, we propose a reflector assembly machine for assembling reflectors, which aims to: the labor cost required by the assembly of the reflecting sheet is reduced, the production space required by the assembly of the reflecting sheet is reduced, and the production efficiency and the yield of the assembly of the reflecting sheet are improved.

The reflector plate grabbing device is arranged on the third translation device in a sliding manner, and the reflector plate feeding device is arranged on the reflector plate grabbing device;
the reflector assembly turnover mechanism is arranged on the first translation device in a sliding manner;
The grabbing and blanking device is arranged on the second translation device in a sliding way;
a reflector placement area corresponding to the reflector grabbing device is arranged at the top of the case at one side of the second translation device;
The reflector plate equipment tilting mechanism is equipped with the rotation axis including installing hydraulic buffer mounting base, support and the cylinder base on first translation device on the support, and rotatory tool turnover plate that is equipped with on the rotation axis is equipped with the cylinder on the cylinder base, and the working lever of cylinder links to each other with one side rotation of tool turnover plate, and hydraulic buffer mounting base sets up between support and cylinder base, is equipped with hydraulic buffer on the hydraulic buffer mounting base, the working lever of hydraulic buffer links to each other with the middle part of tool turnover plate.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a reflector assembly machine for assembling reflectors comprises a frame 5, a grabbing and blanking device 4, a reflector assembly turnover mechanism 3, a reflector feeding device 2 and a reflector grabbing device 1, a machine box 51 is arranged at the lower part of the frame 5, a first translation device 52 is arranged at one side of the top of the machine box 51, a second translation device 53 higher than the first translation device 52 is arranged at the top of the machine box 51 at one side of the first translation device 52, and a third translation device 54 higher than the first translation device 52 is arranged at the other side of the top of the machine box 51.
The reflector plate grabbing device 1 is slidably mounted on the third translation device 54, and the reflector plate feeding device 2 is arranged on the reflector plate grabbing device 1.
The reflector assembly turnover mechanism 3 is slidably mounted on the first translation device 52.
The gripping and blanking device 4 is slidably mounted on the second translation device 53.
The top of the chassis 51 at one side of the second translation device 53 is provided with a reflector placement area 55 corresponding to the reflector grabbing device 1, the reflector grabbing device 1 takes out the reflector from the reflector placement area 55, then the reflector is placed on the reflector assembling and turning mechanism 3 by the reflector feeding device 2, the reflector assembling and turning mechanism 3 moves and deflects, when the reflector is grabbed by the blanking device 4, the reflector is assembled by the blanking device 4, finally the reflector is collected and placed by the blanking device 4, and the automatic production is realized by the cooperation of the blanking device 4, the reflector assembling and turning mechanism 3, the reflector feeding device 2 and the reflector grabbing device 1, so that part of manual operation is replaced, workers only need to set production data, periodically replace jigs, periodically feed and periodically collect finished products, the labor cost required by reflector assembling is reduced, the production efficiency and the yield of reflector assembling are improved, and the production space required by reflector assembling is reduced.
One end of the second translation device 53 protrudes out of the side of the frame 5, facilitating the external connection of the mobile device for collecting the product by the staff.
The casing 51 is provided with a control panel 56.
The control panel 56 is electrically connected with the grabbing and blanking device 4, the reflector plate assembling and overturning mechanism 3, the reflector plate feeding device 2 and the reflector plate grabbing device 1 respectively, and data are set through the control panel 56, so that the operation of workers is facilitated.
The chassis 51 is further provided with an edge alignment device 57 corresponding to the reflector assembly turning mechanism 3, and can slice the reflector.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 6 and 7, the reflection sheet assembling and turning mechanism 3 includes a hydraulic buffer mounting base 31, a bracket 32 and a cylinder base 33 mounted on a first translation device 52, a rotation shaft 34 is provided on the bracket 32, a jig turning plate 35 is rotatably provided on the rotation shaft 34, a cylinder 36 is rotatably provided on the cylinder base 33, a working rod of the cylinder 36 is rotatably connected with one side of the jig turning plate 34, the hydraulic buffer mounting base 31 is disposed between the bracket 32 and the cylinder base 33, a hydraulic buffer 37 is provided on the hydraulic buffer mounting base 31, the working rod of the hydraulic buffer 37 is connected with the middle part of the jig turning plate 35, and the reflection sheet is turned through the cooperation of the cylinder 36 and the hydraulic buffer 37.
An adjusting bolt 38 is arranged between the hydraulic buffer mounting base 31 and the jig overturning plate 35, and the overturning angle of the jig overturning plate 35 is prevented from being too large through limiting of the adjusting bolt 38.
The jig 39 is arranged on the jig overturning plate 35, and the jig 39 is replaceable, so that the reflector assembly machine for reflector assembly can be suitable for various reflectors.

A reflector placement area (55) corresponding to the reflector grabbing device (1) is arranged at the top of the case (51) at one side of the second translation device (53);
