When the current, voltage or temperature of the cup grinding motor 24 is too high, the motor protection circuit breaker 11 is started, and the power supply of the cup grinding motor 24 is disconnected, so that the cup grinding motor 24 is prevented from being damaged.
The driver 9 is connected with the servo motor 26 of the cup clamping tool 41 at the tail end of the external mechanical arm 25 and is used for driving the servo motor 26 of the cup clamping tool 41 to work.
The input terminals of the earth leakage protection circuit breaker 10 are connected in series with the 3-way line output terminals of the 220V branch terminal block 16, respectively, and the output terminals thereof are connected in series with the driver 9. When the servo motor 26 of the cup clamping tool 41 is in a condition of electric leakage or short circuit, the electric leakage protection circuit breaker 10 is started, and the driver 9 is protected from damage.
The input terminals of the switching power supply 14 are connected to the live and neutral output terminals of the 220V branch terminal block 16, respectively, and the output terminals thereof are connected to the 24V and 0V input terminals of the low voltage dc branch terminal block 17, respectively.
The illumination lamp 18 and the fan 19 are supplied with 24V dc power, and power input terminals thereof are connected in parallel with output terminals of the low-voltage dc branch terminal block 17, respectively.
The touch screen industrial personal computer 7 is positioned on the front surface of the cabinet body 2 as shown in fig. 3. The power input end of the power supply is connected in series with the output end of the 220V branching terminal block 16. The first TCP/IP port 34 of the touch screen industrial personal computer 7 is connected with the second TCP/IP port 35 of the PLC controller 6, and a network data transmission mode is adopted, so that the touch screen industrial personal computer 7 can rapidly display signals transmitted by the PLC controller 6 in real time.
