a5: deburring and mechanically polishing the third machine head processing blank for 2-3 min, removing burr burrs generated in processing, and polishing tool marks in processing to make the surface of the machine head bright and traceless to obtain a fourth machine head processing blank;
a6: and carrying out anodic oxidation surface treatment on the fourth machine head machining blank.
As shown in fig. 6, the method for forming the machine leg 3 includes the following steps:
c1: preparing a machine leg blank by adopting a forging or extrusion forming method;
c2: utilizing CNC (computerized numerical control), setting relevant parameters according to the specific size of the machine leg 3 by adopting a five-axis machining center, and milling an external modeling and assembling part of the machine leg on a machine leg blank to obtain a first machine leg machining blank; the assembly is preferably realized as a screw hole;
c3: deburring and mechanically polishing the first machine leg processing blank for 2-3 min, removing burr burrs generated in processing, and polishing tool marks in processing to ensure that the surface of the machine leg is bright and traceless to obtain a second machine leg processing blank;
c4: and carrying out anodic oxidation surface treatment on the second machine leg processing blank.
As shown in fig. 7, the method of forming the cover 4 includes the steps of:
d1: blanking, namely cutting the aluminum bar into parts required by each cover by using a sawing machine, namely cutting into cover blanks with corresponding sizes;
d2: setting processing parameters according to the specific specification and size requirement of the structure of the machine cover 4, and turning a second bearing hole 41 on the machine cover blank by utilizing CNC (computer numerical control) to obtain a first machine cover processing blank;
d3: setting processing parameters, turning threads matched with the threads on the side wall of the opening end of the cylinder 12 on the bottom of the first cover processing blank by utilizing CNC (computer numerical control), and turning the shape of the top of the cover on the top to obtain a second cover processing blank;
d4: milling a groove 42 on the top of the cover on the second cover machining blank after setting machining parameters by using a CNC four-axis machining center to obtain a third cover machining blank;
d5: deburring and mechanically polishing the third machine cover processing blank for 2-3 min, removing burr burrs generated in processing, and polishing tool marks in processing to ensure that the surface of the machine cover is bright and traceless to obtain a fourth machine cover processing blank;
d6: and carrying out anodic oxidation surface treatment on the fourth machine cover processing blank.
When the fishing vessel is assembled into a fishing vessel main body, the machine head 2 and the machine body 1 and the machine foot 3 and the machine body 1 are connected through screws, and the machine cover 4 and the machine body 1 are connected through threads.
In other embodiments, the fishing vessel body may further include a head cover 8, a gasket 5, a rear cover 6 and a gasket 7, wherein the gasket 5 and the gasket 7 may be commercially available products, and the head cover 8 and the rear cover 6 may be formed by injection molding, die casting, or the like, preferably by similar processes as the body 1, the head 2, the legs 3, and the cover 4.

Claims (10)
1. The spinning wheel type fishing vessel main body is characterized by comprising a shell part and a cover (4), wherein the shell part comprises a machine body (1), a machine head (2) and a machine foot (3) which are respectively assembled with the machine body (1), and the spinning wheel type fishing vessel main body is characterized in that:
the machine body (1) is cylindrical and comprises a cylinder body (12) and a cylinder bottom (11) which are integrally formed, wherein the cylinder bottom (11) is provided with a first bearing hole (13), and the side wall of the cylinder body (12) is provided with a connecting hole (14);
the machine head (2) is of a stepped cylindrical structure, two ends of the machine head are opened, wherein one end with a smaller caliber is arranged to be a connecting part (22) connected with the machine body (1), the other end with the larger caliber is a free end, a bearing accommodating cavity, a toothed bar accommodating cavity and a spindle hole (21) which are communicated with each other are sequentially formed from the free end to an inner cavity of the connecting part (22), and a clearance groove (23) is formed in the connecting part;
the machine leg (3) is arranged on the side wall of the barrel body (12);
the cover (4) is arranged at the opening end of the cylinder body (12), and the cover (4) is circular and is provided with a second bearing hole (41).
2. The spinning wheel type fishing vessel main body according to claim 1, wherein the open end side wall of the cylinder (12) is provided with threads, the bottom of the cover (4) is provided with threads matched with the threads on the open end side wall of the cylinder (12), and the top of the cover (4) is provided with a groove (42).
3. A spinning wheel body according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a sealing ring (5), said sealing ring (5) being provided between the head (2) and the barrel (12).

A spinning wheel type fishing vessel body according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising a rear cover (6) and a sealing gasket (7), wherein the rear cover (6) is connected with the barrel body (12) and the machine leg (3), respectively, and the sealing gasket (7) is provided between the rear cover (6) and the barrel body (12) and the machine leg (3).
5. A process for manufacturing a spinning wheel type fishing vessel body according to claim 1, comprising the steps of: respectively carrying out forming processing on the machine body (1), the machine head (2), the machine foot (3) and the machine cover (4), and then assembling the machine body (1), the machine head (2), the machine foot (3) and the machine cover (4) into a spinning wheel type fishing vessel main body; the method for forming the machine body (1), the machine head (2), the machine foot (3) and the machine cover (4) comprises the following steps: s1, preparing a blank; s2, turning and/or milling the blank by using a computer numerical control machine tool; s3, deburring and polishing; and S4, performing anodic oxidation surface treatment.
6. The process for manufacturing a spinning reel body according to claim 5, wherein the method for molding the head (2) comprises the steps of:
a1: cutting the aluminum bar into a machine head blank with a preset size;
a2: turning a bearing accommodating cavity, a gear rod accommodating cavity and a spindle hole (21) on the machine head blank by using a computer numerical control machine tool to obtain a first machine head processing blank;
a3: turning a connecting part (22) on the first machine head machining blank by using a computer numerical control machine tool to obtain a second machine head machining blank;
a4: utilizing a computer numerical control machine tool and adopting a four-axis machining center to mill an assembling part on the second machine head machining blank and mill a clearance groove (23) on a connecting part (22) of the second machine head machining blank to obtain a third machine head machining blank;
a5: deburring and polishing the third machine head processing blank for 2-3 min to obtain a fourth machine head processing blank;
a6: and carrying out anodic oxidation surface treatment on the fourth machine head machining blank.
7. The process for manufacturing a spinning reel body according to claim 6, wherein the method for molding the body (1) comprises the steps of:
b1: cutting the aluminum bar into a machine body blank with a preset size;
b2: turning the outer wall of the cylinder bottom (11) on the machine body blank by using a computer numerical control machine tool to obtain a first machine body processing blank; or turning the outer wall of the cylinder bottom (11) and the basic outer wall of the cylinder body (12) on the blank by using a computer numerical control machine tool to obtain a first machine body machining blank;
b3: turning an inner cavity of the cylinder (12) and a first bearing hole (13) on the cylinder bottom (11) on the first machine body machining blank by using a computer numerical control machine tool to obtain a second machine body machining blank;
b4: milling an external model, a connecting hole (14) and an assembling part on the side wall of a cylinder (12) of the second machine body machining blank by using a computer numerical control machine tool and adopting a four-axis machining center to obtain a third machine body machining blank;
b5: deburring and polishing the third machine body processing blank for 2-3 min to obtain a fourth machine body processing blank;
b6: and carrying out anodic oxidation surface treatment on the fourth machine body processing blank.
8. The process of claim 7, wherein the step B3 further comprises milling threads on the sidewall of the open end of the barrel (12) in the method of forming the body.
9. The process for manufacturing a spinning reel body according to claim 8, wherein the method for molding the frame legs (3) comprises the steps of:
c1: forging or extruding a machine leg blank;
c2: milling an external modeling and assembling part of the machine leg on the machine leg blank by utilizing a computer numerical control machine tool and adopting a five-axis machining center to obtain a first machine leg machining blank;
c3: deburring and polishing the first machine leg processing blank for 2-3 min to obtain a second machine leg processing blank;
c4: and carrying out anodic oxidation surface treatment on the second machine leg processing blank.
10. The process of manufacturing a spinning reel body according to claim 9, wherein the method of forming the cover (4) comprises the steps of:
d1: cutting the aluminum bar into a cover blank with a preset size;
d2: turning a second bearing hole (41) on the cover blank by utilizing a computer numerical control machine tool to obtain a first cover machining blank;
d3: turning threads matched with the threads on the side wall of the opening end of the cylinder body (12) on the bottom of the first cover machining blank by utilizing a computer numerical control machine tool and turning the shape of the top of the cover on the top to obtain a second cover machining blank;
d4: milling a groove (42) on the top of the cover on the second cover machining blank by using a computer numerical control machine tool and adopting a four-axis machining center to obtain a third cover machining blank;
d5: deburring and polishing the third machine cover processing blank for 2-3 min to obtain a fourth machine cover processing blank;
d6: and carrying out anodic oxidation surface treatment on the fourth machine cover processing blank.
