The wood board needs to be cut and processed into a required width by a sawing machine in the processing process, most of the existing sawing machines need to be manually operated, manual feeding is carried out by workers, and the wood board is manually positioned, so that the problems of high labor intensity, long processing time, low production efficiency and the like are caused; in the processing process, the proficiency requirement on operators is high, otherwise, the problems of low plate segmentation precision, poor section flatness, high defective rate and the like are easily caused, and resources are wasted; an automatic wood board dividing and processing line is designed aiming at the problems, so that an automatic dividing and sawing mechanism needs to be designed.

The technical scheme for realizing the aim of the invention is that the positioning type sawing device comprises a bracket and a sawing seat arranged on the bracket, wherein a dust hood is fixed at the top of the sawing seat, a dust suction conduit connected with an external dust collector is fixed at the top of the dust hood, a saw disc cutter and a driving motor connected with the saw disc cutter are arranged on the sawing seat, a rolling guide wheel is arranged at the bottom of the sawing seat, a pressing plate is arranged at the bottom of the sawing seat, the rolling guide wheel is fixed on the pressing plate through a roller shaft rod, lifting cavities are uniformly fixed at the bottom of the sawing seat, lifting column rods matched with the lifting cavities are fixed at the top surface of the pressing plate, the lifting column rods are positioned in the lifting cavities, and telescopic cylinders are fixed between the top ends of the lifting column rods and the top walls of the lifting cavities, the side part of the pressing plate is fixedly provided with a driving motor, the driving motor is connected with the roller shaft rod through a conveying belt, a limiting baffle extending downwards is fixed on the side edge of the bottom surface of the pressing plate, and the edge of a plate is attached to the side surface of the limiting baffle for limiting when the plate is sawn.
The bottom surface of the sub saw seat is provided with a transmission shaft rod, the transmission shaft rod is perpendicular to the extension line of the roller shaft rod, the limiting baffle is parallel to the transmission shaft rod and is respectively arranged at two sides of the saw disc cutter, the transmission shaft rod is provided with a feeding roller, and the sub saw seat is fixed with a control motor connected with the transmission shaft rod.
The surface of the feeding roller is wrapped with a rubber surface layer, and anti-skid grooves are uniformly fixed on the surface of the rubber surface layer.
The sawing machine is characterized in that a sawing platform is arranged at the bottom of the support, feeding shaft rollers are uniformly fixed on the sawing platform, and the feeding shaft rollers are parallel to the roller shaft rods and are positioned right below the roller shaft rods.
The water spraying holes are uniformly fixed on the bottom surface of the saw dividing seat, the water storage tank is fixed on the support, the water spraying pump is fixed in the water storage tank and connected with the water spraying holes through a water guide pipe, and the water spraying holes are inclined towards the saw disc cutter.
A power plug, a small air pump and a switch panel are fixed on the support, and a driving motor control button, a control motor control switch and a telescopic cylinder control switch are fixed on the switch panel.
The invention has the positive effects that: the automatic material sawing machine is reasonable in structure arrangement and convenient and fast to operate, feeding operation can be effectively achieved, limiting can be achieved through the limiting baffle, the material sawing efficiency and the material sawing precision can be guaranteed, the use is stable and reliable, the applicability is strong, and the practicability is good; meanwhile, the transmission shaft lever and the feeding roller are arranged, so that the side edge of the plate can be always pressed on the side surface of the limiting baffle, and the precision of sawing is guaranteed.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a positioning type sawing device comprises a support 1, a sub-sawing base 2 arranged on the support, a dust hood 3 fixed on the top of the sub-sawing base, a dust suction duct 4 fixed on the top of the dust hood and connected with an external dust collector, a saw disc cutter 5 and a driving motor 6 connected with the saw disc cutter arranged on the sub-sawing base, a rolling guide wheel 7 arranged on the bottom of the sub-sawing base, a pressing plate 8 arranged on the bottom of the sub-sawing base, a lifting cavity 9 uniformly fixed on the bottom of the sub-sawing base, a lifting column rod 10 fixed on the top of the pressing plate and matched with the lifting cavity, the lifting column rod arranged in the lifting cavity and a telescopic cylinder 11 fixed between the top of the lifting column rod and the top wall of the lifting cavity, a driving motor 12 is fixed on the side part of the pressing plate, the driving motor is connected with the roller shaft rod through a conveying belt 13, a limiting baffle 28 extending downwards is fixed on the side edge of the bottom surface of the pressing plate, and the edge of the plate is attached to the side surface of the limiting baffle for limiting when the plate is sawn. In this embodiment, the inner side surface of the conveying belt is uniformly provided with clamping grooves, and the conveying belt is connected with the roller shaft rod through the clamping grooves.
The bottom surface of the sub saw seat is provided with a transmission shaft lever 14, the transmission shaft lever is perpendicular to the extension line of the roller shaft lever, the limit baffles are parallel to the transmission shaft lever and are respectively arranged at two sides of the saw disc cutter, the transmission shaft lever is provided with a feeding roller 15, and the sub saw seat is fixed with a control motor 16 connected with the transmission shaft lever.
The surface of the feeding roller is wrapped with a rubber surface layer 17, and anti-skid grooves 18 are uniformly fixed on the surface of the rubber surface layer.
The bottom of the bracket is provided with a sawing platform 19, the sawing platform is uniformly fixed with a feeding shaft roller 20, and the feeding shaft roller is parallel to the roller shaft rod and is positioned right below the roller shaft rod.
The bottom surface of the saw dividing seat is uniformly fixed with water spraying holes 21, the support is fixed with a water storage tank 22, a water spraying pump 23 is fixed in the water storage tank, the water spraying pump is connected with the water spraying holes through a water guide pipe, and the water spraying holes are inclined towards the saw disc cutter.
A power plug 24, a small air pump 25 and a switch panel 26 are fixed on the bracket, and a driving motor control button, a control motor control switch and a telescopic cylinder control switch are fixed on the switch panel.
