Background
Alopecia is a common disease and a frequently encountered disease in dermatology, except alopecia, patients often have symptoms of scalp pruritus, dandruff increase and the like, and daily life and work are seriously affected. And the personal appearance is affected regardless of sex and age, which affects the mental health of the patient over time. The causes of alopecia are complex and diverse, and can be roughly classified into the following categories: mental factors such as excessive mental stress and excessive nervous tension; sex hormone secretion imbalance or genetic factors; taking side effect factors of immunosuppressant, chemotherapy medicine, etc.; dietary bias, dyspepsia and other nutritional metabolism factors; physical or chemical factors such as environmental pollution and radioactive damage; the factors of the individual life such as alcoholism, staying up all night, inattention to hygiene and the like.
At present, western medicine has been mainly used for treating alopecia by using hormone regulators and biological response regulators. The hormone regulator includes androgen blocking agent and estrogen mediating agent, and the biological response regulator includes minoxidil, tretinoin acid, etc. The treatment method of the traditional Chinese medicine for the alopecia mainly comprises the steps of giving different treatment methods and medicines according to different symptoms of the alopecia, mainly taking Liuwei Dihuang pills and Sijunzi decoction for patients with liver and kidney deficiency, and mainly taking Xiaoyao powder for liver qi stagnation. The treatment methods of the traditional Chinese medicine and the western medicine are respectively long and short. The western medicine treatment method can control alopecia and even grow hair in a short time, but rebound situation is easy to occur after medicine withdrawal, and the side effect of the medicine can not be avoided after long-term use; the Chinese medicine treatment method has the advantages of different judgment of physical signs, long conditioning period and slow response time, and is often suitable to be used as a prevention method. At present, a class of anti-drop products mainly based on the concept of removing dandruff and controlling oil exist in the market, and part of the products are excessively clean and have large irritation to the scalp, so that the result of overusing is brought.
