Through training the data set of the scene images collected by the camera, the model is downloaded to the hardware controller after the model is converged, so that reasoning is implemented according to the scene images collected by the camera, and the purpose of intelligently controlling the curtain is achieved.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an intelligent curtain control method includes collecting scene pictures by a camera to form data sets for training, carrying out model training by using the data sets to obtain control models trained offline, and downloading the models to an online controller to enable the intelligent curtain to achieve the purpose of making corresponding actions by giving corresponding scene pictures.
The invention also discloses an intelligent curtain control system which consists of an offline training module and an online reasoning module.
The offline module comprises a large amount of scene picture data training sets collected by the camera, a caffe/tensorflow training platform and the like, and a training output component. Scene pictures are divided into two types, one is a human face picture which is difficult to irradiate a human face due to sunlight, and the other is a non-human face picture.
A large amount of class-I and class-II scene pictures collected by a camera are subjected to recognition analysis on face images through a noise/tenserflow training platform and the like, and finally the pictures are divided into two classes, wherein one class is the face pictures which are difficult to irradiate on the face due to sunlight, and the second class is the non-class face pictures. And finally downloading the trained model to a data analysis reasoning module of the on-line module.
The on-line module consists of a camera acquisition module, a data analysis reasoning module, a transmission control module and a distance measurement module.
The camera is placed at a proper position where the human face can be detected, and the personnel working on the working table are monitored in real time. The real-time monitored scene picture is transmitted to the data analysis inference module, the scene picture is stored in the DDR for caching, then an ARM controller in the data analysis inference module reads the scene picture from the DDR for online inference, and the ARM controller downloads an offline training model at the moment.
If the face in the scene is a difficult face picture irradiated on the face by sunlight, the data analysis reasoning module transmits a reasoning classification result to the transmission control module, the transmission control module outputs a signal for starting a transmission device to control the transmission motor, so that the curtain slowly falls under the action of the transmission motor, in the process, the distance measurement sensor at the bottommost part of the curtain can send data of the bottom of the curtain, which is far away from the ground, to the transmission control module in real time, and the transmission module makes a judgment according to the distance data to stop the work of the transmission motor, so that the falling of the curtain is stopped.
After the curtain is pulled up according to the scene picture, the curtain is allowed to be opened according to the scene picture of the camera after a certain time (for example, half an hour), and the design is to prevent people from just pulling up the curtain because the face picture of people is a second-class picture after the curtain is pulled up and then the operation of retracting the curtain is performed after the face picture is detected.
The curtain has an emergency operation mode besides intelligent automatic operation of the curtain, and can be pulled down or retracted in a hand-cranking mode under the condition of no electricity or special conditions so as to deal with the operation under the special conditions.
The invention has the characteristics of strong practicability, strong intelligence, humanization, simple and convenient implementation and the like.

After the curtain is pulled up according to the scene picture, the curtain is allowed to be opened according to the scene picture of the camera after a certain time (for example, half an hour), and the design is to prevent people from just pulling up the curtain because the face picture of people is a second-class picture after the curtain is pulled up and then the operation of retracting the curtain is performed after the face picture is detected. Only when the sunlight irradiates the face of a person and a person feels uncomfortable, the curtain can be automatically pulled down, and the mechanism keeps good light transmission in order to ensure that enough sunlight irradiation time exists in a room as far as possible, so that the person is healthy, and the indoor plant potted plant can have enough photosynthesis time.
The curtain has an emergency operation mode besides intelligent automatic operation of the curtain, and can be pulled down or retracted in a hand-cranking mode under the condition of no electricity or special conditions so as to deal with the operation under the special conditions.
