Background
Different from the traditional cigarette, the low-temperature cigarette designed by taking the heating and non-burning as the thought can heat tobacco leaves just enough to emit taste without igniting the tobacco leaves. In general, a common cigarette can produce a plurality of harmful substances at a high temperature of 350 ℃ to 600 ℃ when being sucked, and the harmful substances can be reduced when the low-temperature cigarette is below 300 ℃. Specifically, taking the release as an example, heating a non-burning cigarette is only about 5% of a conventional cigarette. From a cytotoxicity standpoint, the heated non-burning cigarette is about 14% of a traditional cigarette.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to specific embodiments of the present application and corresponding drawings. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
The following describes in detail the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a heating non-combustible cigarette, which includes a filter rod disposed at one end of the cigarette, a plug disposed at the other end of the cigarette, and a cigarette rod disposed between the filter rod and the plug.

The through holes may be one or more, and the shape of the through holes may be circular, square, diamond, etc., which is not limited herein.
The filter stick is made of the tows made of the acetate fibers, has the advantages of good elasticity, no toxicity and smell, high thermal stability, small suction resistance, capability of selectively adsorbing harmful substances in cigarettes and the like, and can filter the harmful substances in tobacco leaves and retain certain nicotine without losing the taste of cigarettes. Of course, the materials of the proximal filter rod and the hollow filter rod may be other materials such as polypropylene, and are not limited thereto. The paper filter stick material can be paper fiber. One end of the filter stick is connected with a cigarette bar, and the cigarette bar contains aerosol matrixes. Aerosol substrate refers to a structure in which a user may produce an aerosol when smoking a cigarette. While aerosols refer to colloidal dispersions, also known as gas dispersions, formed by dispersing and suspending small particles of a solid or liquid in a gaseous medium. The aerosol dispersed phase is typically 0.001 to 100 μm in size in solid or liquid small particles. While liquid aerosols are commonly referred to as mist and solid aerosols are commonly referred to as fog smoke. When a user smokes, whether smoking is performed by directly igniting a cigarette or by heating a non-combustible smoking article in a heating non-combustible manner, aerosol is generated by a substrate made of tobacco leaves contained in a tobacco rod part, and the part contained in the tobacco rod can be called as aerosol substrate.
The structure of the aerosol matrix may be varied. For example, the aerosol substrate may be in the form of a thread, i.e. cut into cut tobacco after the tobacco is dried and then rolled from the cut tobacco; the tobacco may contain therein a substance such as tobacco in the form of a powder. Of course, in order to ensure that the tobacco and other substances in the aerosol matrix cannot fall into the heating non-burning smoking set in the heating non-burning process of the cigarette, additional steps such as compaction and the like can be performed during manufacturing, so that the aerosol matrix is more compact in structure, namely higher in density. At the periphery of aerosol matrix, forming paper is arranged to wrap the aerosol matrix, and the forming paper is used for fixing the aerosol matrix inside the cigarette rod. The material of the forming paper can be the parchment paper, the parchment paper has the advantages of strong toughness, high heat conductivity, high temperature resistance and the like, and under the wrapping of the parchment paper, the internal aerosol matrix is heated uniformly, so that the user has better taste when smoking. Of course, other materials than the kraft paper, such as aluminum foil paper, may be used for the forming paper, and the forming paper is not limited thereto.
One end of the cigarette bar is connected with the filter stick, and the other end is connected with the plug. The plug can effectively prevent substances in the tobacco rod from falling into the smoking set when the tobacco rod is inserted into the smoking set. The plug can adopt the same material with the paper filter stick, and the suction experience of a user can not be influenced while the cigarette bar is plugged. Of course, the plug may be made of other materials, which is not limited herein. The tobacco rod and the plug can be connected and fixed through the forming paper, namely the tobacco rod and the plug are fixed together through the forming paper. Of course, the tobacco rod and the filter stick can be fixedly connected through the molding paper. When needle heating is used, a needle-shaped heating body is inserted into the tobacco rod to heat the aerosol matrix inside the tobacco rod. In the embodiment of the application, if the heating body is to be inserted into the tobacco rod, the plug needs to be penetrated first. The heating part at this time at least comprises two parts of a cigarette rod and a plug. When sheet heating is adopted, the sheet heating body is required to be wrapped on the periphery of the tobacco rod, and the tobacco rod is heated. The heated portion at this point includes at least the tobacco rod portion.
When the sheet type heating is adopted, the two parts of the cigarette rod and the plug can be heated together, and the cigarette in the embodiment of the application can be heated by adopting the existing heating non-burning smoking set, so that no special smoking set is required to be additionally designed and produced, and the cost is saved.
In summary, in the two common heating methods, the plug is heated more or less during the heating process of the aerosol substrate, so that the plug can be made of paper to prevent the influence on the suction taste of the user during heating, and the user experience is improved.
Because the plug is added in the cigarette, the resistance of a user in the smoking process can be increased, and the hollow filter stick is arranged in the filter stick to reduce the resistance of the user in smoking. When the plug is arranged, if the plug is too short, the plug is easy to damage and cannot play a role in fixing the aerosol matrix; if the plug is too long, the heating needles of different types of smoking articles may have different lengths due to the fact that the heating needles do not burn in the smoking articles, and the heating needles may not penetrate into the tobacco rods. Thus, the length of the plug may vary from one cigarette model to another. That is, while increasing the length of the plug, it is desirable to maintain the resistance experienced by the user during smoking as substantially unchanged as possible by reducing the length of the filter rod, as it increases the resistance experienced by the user during smoking. That is, the length of the plug is inversely related to the length of the filter rod. In the actual production process, the length of the filter rod can be set to be 32mm, the length of the aerosol matrix is set to be 10mm, and the length of the plug is set to be 2mm. In the filter rod, the length of the filter rod at the near-mouth end was set to 15mm, the length of the hollow filter rod was set to 15mm, and the length of the paper filter rod was set to 2mm.
