the rubber nail locking device (27) comprises a supporting frame (18); two sides of the supporting frame (18) are symmetrically provided with fixed seats (19); the fixed seat (19) is provided with an impact head (20) which can penetrate through the first through hole (7); a third spring (21) is fixed on the support frame (18); one end of the third spring (21) far away from the supporting frame (18) is fixedly connected with the connecting rod (8);
when the insulating handle is held for the first time, the first storage device and the second storage device are closed through the transmission device; when the insulating handle is held again, the rubber nails are inserted into the buttonholes and locked through the rubber nail locking device, and then the installation of the lightning protection electricity inspection ring insulating protective cover is completed.
