At present, two main travel services exist, one is a traditional taxi, and the other is a network taxi.

For the network taxi, the passenger needs to input a departure place and a destination by an Application (APP) on a mobile terminal and the like to generate a travel service request, and the network taxi driver obtains the travel service request through the APP on the mobile terminal and the like to form a travel service order, and drives the vehicle to the departure place by the network taxi driver to pick up the passenger, and sends the passenger to the destination. It can be found that this travel service mode requires the APP of the passenger and the driver to operate on the mobile terminal or the like, which requires the APP to be installed on the mobile terminals of both the passenger and the driver, and is very unfriendly for people who do not, and are not familiar with, using the APP. As described in the background section, the existing two travel service modes have the defects of incapacity of realizing automatic operation, unfriendly people who cannot and are not used to use APP, and the like. In one or more embodiments, the off-board image acquisition module 110 includes one or more cameras. In one or more embodiments, the off-board image acquisition module 110 is disposed within the passenger compartment. For example, the off-board image acquisition module 110 may be disposed in an interior mirror region. For another example, the off-board image acquisition module 110 may be disposed on a platform in front of the copilot. In one or more embodiments, the off-board image acquisition module 110 is disposed off-board the passenger compartment. For example, the outside-vehicle image acquisition module 110 is provided on a front bumper. For another example, the outside image acquisition module 110 is provided on an outside mirror.
The first identifying module 120 is configured to identify whether a passenger needing a travel service exists in the outside image acquired by the outside image acquiring module 110. In one or more embodiments, the first recognition module 120 determines whether the passenger needs travel services by recognizing the gesture of the passenger. For example, passengers are typically recruited by hand, so the first recognition module 120 may determine whether there are passengers requiring travel services by recognizing whether there are passengers in the out-of-car image in a hand gesture. The detection module 130 is used to detect whether a passenger is located in the vehicle. In one or more embodiments, the detection module 130 includes an in-vehicle image acquisition module 131 and a second identification module 132. The second recognition module 132 is used to recognize the in-vehicle image to determine whether the passenger is located in the vehicle. In one or more embodiments, the detection module 130 may determine whether a passenger is located in the vehicle through a detection result of a pressure sensor or the like provided on the vehicle seat. The order generation module 140 is configured to generate a travel service order when the detection module 130 determines that the passenger is located in the vehicle. In one or more embodiments, the order generation module 140 may generate the travel service order based on one or more of the current time, current location, number of passengers, destination, etc. information. The first recognition module 210 is configured to recognize whether a passenger requiring travel service exists in the outside image acquired by the outside image acquisition module 110'. In one or more embodiments, the first recognition module 210 determines whether the passenger needs travel services by recognizing the gesture of the passenger. For example, passengers are typically recruited by hand, so the first recognition module 210 may determine whether there are passengers requiring travel services by recognizing whether there are passengers in the out-of-car image in a hand gesture. Of course, different gestures may be used throughout the area to bring in, and the first recognition module 210 recognizes the corresponding gesture to determine whether the passenger needs travel services. When the first recognition module 210 recognizes that there is a passenger requiring a travel service in the outside image, the first recognition module 210 may transmit the recognition result to the travel service device 100' through the second communication module 230.
In one or more embodiments, the first identification module 210 is also used to determine the location of the passenger. For example, the first identification module 210 may determine the position of the passenger relative to the vehicle 400 via an image processing algorithm or the like. For another example, the first identification module 210 may further determine the absolute position of the occupant in conjunction with the absolute position of the vehicle 400. After the first recognition module 210 determines the position of the passenger, the position of the passenger is also transmitted to the line service device 100' through the second communication module 230. For embodiments where the vehicle 400 is an autonomous vehicle, an autonomous system (not shown) of the vehicle 400 may obtain the location of the passenger from the travel service device 100' to guide the vehicle 400 near the passenger to facilitate boarding of the passenger.
The order generation module 220 is configured to generate a travel service order according to a detection result of whether the passenger is located in the vehicle. In one or more embodiments, the order generation module 220 may generate the travel service order based on one or more of the current time, current location, number of passengers, destination, etc. information. It should be noted that, in the process of the travel service, the travel service order may be updated in real time, for example, information in the travel service order such as the travelled mileage, the cost, etc. is updated in real time.
The second communication module 230 is configured to send the identification result of the first identification module 210 and the travel service order generated by the order generation module 220 to the travel service device 100'. In one or more embodiments, the second communication module 230 may communicate with the travel service device 100' through one or more of a cellular mobile communication network, a wireless local area network, a satellite communication network.
The background server 200 further comprises a second identification module 240. The second recognition module 240 is used for determining whether the passenger is located in the vehicle according to the in-vehicle image acquired by the in-vehicle image acquisition module 131'. It should be noted that, for different types of travel services, the criteria for detecting whether the passenger is located in the vehicle by the second identifying module 230 may be different. For rental-type travel services, the second identification module 230 determines that the passenger is located in the vehicle as long as the passenger is identified as being present in the vehicle. For bus or car-pooling travel services, the second identification module 230 needs to determine whether the passenger determined by the first identification module 120 is located in the car. When the second recognition module 240 recognizes that the passenger is located in the vehicle, the recognition result is transmitted to the order generation module 220. When the passenger is located in the vehicle as a result of the identification, the order generation module 220 generates a travel service order accordingly.
In one or more embodiments, the backend server 200 also includes a path planning module 250. The path planning module 250 is used for planning a travel path of the vehicle 400 according to the current position of the passenger and the destination of the passenger, and transmitting the planned travel path to the travel service device 100' and/or the terminal 300 of the driver of the vehicle 400 through the second communication module 230. The travel service device 100' may display the travel path so that the passenger knows the path that the vehicle 400 will travel. The terminal 300 may display the travel path to navigate the driver.
In one or more embodiments, the background server 200 also includes a thermodynamic diagram generation module 260. The thermodynamic diagram generating module 260 is configured to generate a thermodynamic diagram of travel service requirements along the vehicle 400 according to the vehicle exterior image and/or the recognition result of the first recognition module 210. It should be noted that, the background server 200 may generate a travel service demand thermodynamic diagram according to the images outside the vehicle acquired by the plurality of vehicles, and the vehicle providing the travel service may acquire the travel service demand thermodynamic diagram from the background server 200, so as to learn which area has passengers requiring the travel service.
In one or more embodiments, when the emergency call module 180 'issues an alarm request through the background server 200 in response to a passenger's trigger, the background server 200 extracts corresponding vehicle information such as a travel service order, a current vehicle position, a vehicle license plate, etc., and transmits the vehicle information to the relevant departments.
The background server 200 may have functions such as driver qualification authentication, electronic fence generation, two-dimensional code generation, audio/video file archiving, and storage, but these functions are not essential to the present invention, and thus will not be described here. The backend server 200 may be a conventional blade server, rack server, or the like, or may be a cloud server, which is not limited to this embodiment.
In one or more embodiments, the travel service system 10 further includes a terminal 300 of the driver of the vehicle 400. The terminal 300 is configured to receive the travel service order sent from the background server 200, and after obtaining the travel service order, start the recording and/or video recording function of the terminal 300, so as to record the behavior of the driver, and upload the file of the recording and/or video recording to the background server 200. The terminal 300 may be integrated with the vehicle 400, such as a meter, an infotainment system, etc., or may be a mobile device, such as a smart mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc. The background server 200 stores the audio and/or video files uploaded by the terminal 300 after acquiring them. The background server 200 may analyze the video and/or audio recordings and may automatically alert when a dangerous situation exists in the analysis results. Thus, the travel safety of passengers is improved.
It should be noted that, in one or more embodiments, the trip service device 100 'may not have the off-board image acquisition module 110', and the backend server may not have the first identification module 210. In such embodiments, the driver of the vehicle observes whether or not there is a passenger in need of travel service at the roadside, and when there is a passenger in need of travel service, the driver drives the vehicle to the vicinity of the passenger to facilitate boarding of the passenger. Then, whether the passenger gets on the car is detected by the detection module 130', and the order generation module 220 generates a travel service order according to the detection result of the detection module 130'.
Fig. 5 illustrates a flow diagram of a travel service method in accordance with one or more embodiments of the invention. All or part of the travel service method 500 may be performed in the travel service device 100 and/or the travel service system 10. Referring to fig. 5, the travel service method 500 includes:
step 510: displaying the travel service availability state of the vehicle;
step 520: acquiring an out-of-vehicle image of the roadside around the vehicle;
step 530: identifying whether passengers needing travel service exist in the out-of-car image;
step 540: detecting whether a passenger is located in the vehicle;
step 550: a travel service order is generated when the passenger is in the vehicle.
In step 510, the travel service device 100, 100' on the vehicle displays the travel service availability status of the vehicle. In one or more embodiments, the travel service device 100, 100' may use text and/or pictures to display the travel service availability status of the vehicle. For example, when the vehicle can provide travel services, words such as "available services", "waiting" and the like may be displayed; when the travel service is not available for the vehicle, words such as "service not available", "off-line" and the like may be displayed. In one or more embodiments, the travel service device 100, 100' may project text and/or pictures through a projection device onto the front windshield of the vehicle and/or the ground in front of the vehicle. In one or more embodiments, the travel service method 200 may use different colors of light to display the travel service availability status of the vehicle. For example, when a vehicle can provide travel services, green light may be emitted; when the vehicle is not available for travel service, a red light may be emitted.
At step 520, the travel service device 100, 100' may acquire an off-vehicle image through one or more of a visible light camera, an infrared camera, etc.
In step 530, the travel service device 100, 100' and/or the background server 200 may determine whether the passenger needs travel service by recognizing the gesture of the passenger. For example, passengers are generally recruited by hand, so whether there are passengers who need travel services can be determined by recognizing whether there are passengers in the out-of-car image in a hand gesture. Of course, different gestures may be used to bring in the vehicle from place to place, and only the corresponding gesture needs to be identified to determine whether the passenger needs travel service.
In one or more embodiments, the travel service device 100, 100' and/or the backend server 200 may also determine the location of the passenger when it is determined in step 530 that the passenger needs travel services. Based on the determined location of the passenger, the vehicle's autopilot system may direct the vehicle into proximity with the passenger to facilitate boarding of the passenger.
At step 540, the travel service devices 100, 100' and/or the backend server 200 may detect whether the passenger is located in the vehicle in a variety of ways. In one or more embodiments, it may be determined whether the passenger is located in the vehicle by means of image recognition. Specifically, whether the passenger is located in the vehicle is determined by acquiring an in-vehicle image in the vehicle and recognizing the in-vehicle image. In one or more embodiments, the travel service device 100, 100' acquires an in-vehicle image in the vehicle and identifies the in-vehicle image to determine whether the passenger is located in the vehicle. In one or more embodiments, the travel service device 100, 100' acquires an in-vehicle image of the vehicle, and the in-vehicle image is recognized by the backend server 200 to determine whether the passenger is located in the vehicle. In one or more embodiments, the travel service device 100, 100' and/or the background server 200 may determine whether or not a passenger is located in the vehicle through a detection result of a pressure sensor or the like provided on the vehicle seat. In one or more embodiments, the travel service apparatus 100, 100' and/or the backend server 200 may determine whether the passenger is located in the vehicle by one or more of Near-field communication (Near-field communication, NFC), radio Frequency identification (Radio Frequency IDentification, RFID), or the like with a device carried by the passenger.
It should be noted that, for different types of travel services, the criteria for detecting whether the passenger is located in the vehicle may be different. For taxi-type travel services, it is determined that a passenger is located in the vehicle as long as the passenger is identified as being located in the vehicle. For bus or car pooling travel services, it is necessary to determine whether the passenger determined in step 530 is located in a car.
In one or more embodiments, the travel service device 100, 100 'may also interact with the passenger to determine the passenger's destination when it is determined that the passenger is located in the vehicle. In one or more embodiments, the travel service device 100, 100' may query the passenger's destination by voice, receive the passenger's voice response, and perform voice recognition on the passenger's voice response to determine the passenger's destination. In one or more embodiments, the travel service device 100, 100' may query the passenger's destination through a graphical user interface (e.g., display text, pictures), receive a passenger's key input, handwriting input, etc., and determine the passenger's destination based on the passenger's input. In one or more embodiments, the travel service device 100, 100 'may determine the passenger's destination through a combination of voice interaction and a graphical user interface.
In step 550, the travel service device 100, 100' or the background server 200 generates a travel service order while the passenger is in the vehicle. In one or more embodiments, the travel service order may be regenerated after the passenger's destination is determined. Specifically, the travel service order may be generated according to one or more of the current time, the current location, the number of passengers, the destination, and the like.
It should be noted that, in one or more embodiments, the travel service method 500 may not have the steps 520 and 530. In such embodiments, the driver of the vehicle observes whether or not there is a passenger in need of travel service at the roadside, and when there is a passenger in need of travel service, the driver drives the vehicle to the vicinity of the passenger to facilitate boarding of the passenger. Step 540 is then performed to detect whether the passenger gets on the vehicle, and step 550 is performed to generate a travel service order.
In one or more embodiments, a travel service order is generated by the travel service device 100, 100' and after the travel service order is generated, the passenger is alerted to the start of the travel service. For example, the passenger may be alerted by means of a voice and/or graphical user interface. In one or more embodiments, after the travel service order is generated, the travel service device 100, 100' may send the travel service order to the backend server 200. The backend server 200 stores the received travel service orders accordingly.
In one or more embodiments, a travel service order is generated by the backend server 200 and, after the travel service order is generated, the travel service order is sent to the travel service device 100, 100'. The travel service device 100, 100' may display the status of the travel service order received by the device and/or the two-dimensional code corresponding to the travel service order, so that the passenger may view and learn the travel service status at any time during the travel service. The travel service state may include one or more of a vehicle license plate, a destination, a current location of the vehicle, a planned route, a total mileage, a travelled mileage, an estimated required time, a travelled time, a fee, and the like.
In one or more embodiments, the vehicle driver's terminal may obtain the travel service order from the background server 200 and turn on the video and/or audio recording functions of the terminal after the travel service order is obtained to record the driver's behavior. The terminal may upload the video and/or audio recordings to the background server 200 for storage by the background server 200. The background server 200 may analyze the video and/or audio recordings and may automatically alert when a dangerous situation exists in the analysis results. Thus, the travel safety of passengers is improved.
In one or more embodiments, upon arrival at the passenger's destination, the travel service device 100, 100' alerts the passenger that the travel service is over and informs the passenger of the fee and/or manner of payment due. For example, the travel service device 100, 100' may alert passengers by way of voice and/or a graphical user interface. For example, the travel service device 100, 100' may display a two-dimensional code in order for the passenger to pay travel fees in a code-scanning payment manner.
In one or more embodiments, the travel service method 500 also switches the travel service availability status depending on whether the vehicle can provide travel services. Specifically, when the travel service method 500 detects that the vehicle can provide the travel service, the travel service device 100, 100 'switches the travel service available state from available to unavailable, and when the travel service method 500 detects that the vehicle cannot provide the travel service, the travel service device 100, 100' switches the travel service available state from unavailable to available.
In one or more embodiments, the trip service method 500 may also generate a trip service demand thermodynamic diagram along the vehicle according to the out-of-vehicle image and/or the recognition result of the out-of-vehicle image, so that other vehicles providing the trip service demand can know which area has passengers needing the trip service. Specifically, the travel service demand thermodynamic diagram may be generated by the travel service device 100, 100' or the backend server 200.
Fig. 6 illustrates a schematic diagram of a travel service guidance system in accordance with one or more embodiments of the invention. Travel service guidance system 600 includes an in-vehicle image acquisition device 620 and a computing platform 630. The off-board image acquisition devices 620 are each connected to the computing platform 630. For example, the connection is made via one or more of a controller area network (Controller Area Network, CAN) bus, an internal interconnect network (Local Interconnect Network, LIN) bus, and ethernet, etc.
The in-vehicle image acquisition device 620 is configured to acquire an in-vehicle image in the vehicle. In one or more embodiments, the in-vehicle image acquisition device 620 includes one or more of a visible light camera, an infrared camera, and the like. In one or more embodiments, the in-vehicle image acquisition device 620 includes one or more camera devices. For example, one or more cameras may be provided on the vehicle A-pillar, and/or one or more cameras may be provided on the vehicle B-pillar, and/or one or more cameras may be provided on the roof.
The computing platform 630 is used to determine whether a passenger is located in the vehicle from the in-vehicle image and generate a travel service order when the passenger is located in the vehicle. In one or more embodiments, computing platform 630 is a high-performance central computing platform that may be implemented using an X86, ARM processor, or the like in conjunction with corresponding software. In one or more embodiments, computing platform 630 may be implemented by a software and hardware platform provided by an infotainment system.
In one or more embodiments, the travel service guidance system 600 further includes an off-board image acquisition device 610. The off-board image acquisition device 610 is connected to a computing platform 630. For example, the connection is made via one or more of a controller area network (Controller Area Network, CAN) bus, an internal interconnect network (Local Interconnect Network, LIN) bus, and ethernet, etc.
The vehicle exterior image acquisition device 610 is used to acquire an exterior image of a roadside around the vehicle. Accordingly, the computing platform 630 is further configured to determine whether a passenger needs travel services according to the off-board image. In one or more embodiments, the off-board image acquisition device 610 includes one or more of a visible light camera, an infrared camera, and the like. In one or more embodiments, the off-board image acquisition device 610 includes one or more camera devices. In one or more embodiments, the off-board image acquisition device 610 is disposed within the passenger compartment. For example, the off-vehicle image acquisition device 610 may be disposed in an interior mirror region. As another example, the off-vehicle image acquisition device 610 may be provided on a platform in front of the co-driver. In one or more embodiments, the off-board image acquisition device 610 is disposed outside the passenger compartment. For example, the vehicle exterior image acquisition device 610 is provided on a front bumper. For another example, the outside image acquisition device 610 is provided on an outside mirror.
In one or more embodiments, the travel service guidance system 600 further includes an autopilot system 640. Computing platform 630 may also determine the location of the passenger from the off-board images. Based on the location of the passenger as determined by computing platform 630, autopilot system 640 may direct the vehicle to the vicinity of the passenger to facilitate boarding of the passenger. Of course, after determining the destination of the passenger, the autopilot system 640 may also direct the vehicle to the passenger's destination.
While the invention has been described in terms of preferred embodiments, the invention is not so limited. Any person skilled in the art shall not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention and shall accordingly fall within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (12)

1. A travel service method, comprising:
a travel service device on a vehicle displays the available state of travel service of the vehicle;
the travel service device acquires an out-of-vehicle image of the roadside around the vehicle;
the travel service device or the background server identifies whether passengers needing travel service exist in the out-of-car image;
The travel service device and/or the background server detect whether the passenger is in the car; and
when the passenger is in the car, the background server generates a travel service order;
after the travel service order is generated, the background server sends the travel service order to the travel service device, and the travel service device displays the state of the travel service order and/or the two-dimensional code corresponding to the travel service order.
2. The travel service method according to claim 1, wherein the travel service device or the background server determines whether the passenger needs travel service by recognizing a gesture of the passenger.
3. The travel service method according to claim 1, wherein the travel service device or the background server further determines a position of the passenger when it is determined that the passenger needs travel service, and the automated driving system on the vehicle guides the vehicle to the vicinity of the passenger based on the determined position.
4. The travel service method according to claim 1, wherein a terminal of a driver of the vehicle acquires the travel service order from the background server, and starts a video and/or audio recording function of the terminal after acquiring the travel service order to record the behavior of the driver, and uploads a file of the audio and/or video to the background server.
5. The travel service method according to claim 1, wherein the travel service device further switches the travel service availability state according to whether or not the vehicle can provide travel service.
6. The travel service method according to claim 1, wherein the travel service device or the background server further generates a travel service demand thermodynamic diagram along the vehicle according to the outside image and/or the recognition result of the outside image.
7. A travel service system, comprising:
travel service device adapted to be provided on a vehicle, comprising:
the display module is suitable for displaying the travel service availability state of the vehicle;
the vehicle exterior image acquisition module is suitable for acquiring vehicle exterior images of the roadsides around the vehicle;
the detection module is suitable for detecting whether a passenger is positioned in the vehicle or not; and
the first communication module is suitable for sending the out-of-car image and the detection result of the detection module to a background server; and
the background server comprises:
the first identification module is suitable for identifying whether passengers needing travel service exist in the out-of-car image;
the order generation module is suitable for generating a travel service order according to the detection result; and
The second communication module is suitable for sending the identification result of the first identification module and the travel service order to the travel service device;
the travel service device further comprises an interaction module which is suitable for carrying out man-machine interaction with the passenger to determine the destination of the passenger, and/or display the state of the travel service order and/or the two-dimensional code corresponding to the travel service order, and/or remind the passenger of ending the travel service when the destination of the passenger is reached, and inform the passenger of the charge and/or the display payment mode which are paid.
8. The travel service system of claim 7, wherein the travel service device further comprises an emergency alert module adapted to issue an alert request through the travel service device and/or the backend server in response to a trigger of the passenger.
9. The travel service system of claim 7, wherein the detection module comprises an in-vehicle image acquisition module adapted to acquire in-vehicle images in a vehicle; the background server also comprises a second identification module which is suitable for determining whether the passenger is positioned in the vehicle according to the image in the vehicle.
10. The travel service system according to claim 7, wherein the background server further comprises a path planning module adapted to plan a travel path of the vehicle according to the current location of the passenger and the destination of the passenger, and to send the travel path to the travel service device and/or a terminal of a driver of the vehicle.
11. The travel service system of claim 7, wherein the background server further comprises a thermodynamic diagram generation module adapted to generate a travel service demand thermodynamic diagram along the vehicle from the off-board image and/or the recognition result of the first recognition module.
12. The travel service system according to claim 7, further comprising a terminal of a driver of the vehicle adapted to receive the travel service order transmitted from the background server, and to turn on a recording and/or video recording function of the terminal after the travel service order is acquired, to record the behavior of the driver, and to upload a file of the recording and/or video recording to the background server.
