Thus, a necking machine, a single bending machine and two operators are needed, and the equipment and labor cost is high; after necking, the pipe is transferred to a single bend, then bent into four turns in sequence in different sizes by a bending operator, the efficiency is extremely low, one set of equipment cannot meet the production requirement, multiple sets of equipment have to be matched, and the equipment cost and the labor are increased.

The invention is shown in fig. 1 and 2, and comprises a frame 1, a necking device 2, a receiving device 3, a pipe separating transmission device 4, a guiding hand device 5, a material stirring device 6, a feeding device 7, a bending device 8, a pushing device 9, a hydraulic system 10, a pipe jacking device 11, a pipe separating movable frame 12, a pipe separating stop lever seat 13, a frame component 14, a material stirring guide rod 15 and a water tank 16.
The frame 1 is used as a whole machine support, and all parts of the whole machine are mounted on or indirectly mounted on the frame.
The necking device 2 is arranged on the frame 1 and consists of a clamping oil cylinder and a necking oil cylinder, and is connected with the hydraulic system 10 to shrink one end of the pipe fitting so as to be smoothly inserted into the other end.
The receiving device 3 is arranged on the frame 1 and consists of an air cylinder, and receives the material rod sent by the material stirring device 6 so that the pushing device 9 can position the material rod and the necking device 2 can shrink the material rod.
The branch pipe transmission device 4 is arranged on the frame 1 and consists of a motor and a chain with a hook, and the motor drives the chain to rotate so as to separate and sort the stacking rods stored on the branch pipe movable frame one by one.
The guide hand device 5 is arranged on the frame 1, and the material rod after being necked by the necking device 2 is accurately fed into the feeding device 7 by the guide hand device 5.
The material stirring device 6 is arranged on the frame 1 and is connected with the material stirring guide rod 15, the material stirring device 6 is driven to rotate by the material stirring guide rod 15, and the material stirring rods are intermittently transmitted to the necking device 2 one by one.
The feeding device 7 is arranged on the frame 1 and consists of a servo motor, a synchronous belt and a pneumatic clamping hand, and the material rod after necking is accurately fed into the bending device 8 according to data arranged on the touch screen.
The bending device 8 is arranged on the frame 1 and consists of an auxiliary feeding oil cylinder, a tightening oil cylinder and a bending oil cylinder, and is connected with the hydraulic system 10 and bends according to the length of a feeding rod of the feeding device 7.
The pushing device 9 is arranged on the frame 1 and consists of an air cylinder, and pushes the material rod sent by the material stirring device 6 to be positioned so that the necking device 2 performs necking on the material rod.
The hydraulic system 10 is arranged on the ground and consists of a hydraulic motor and a valve group, and is connected with the necking device 2, the bending device 8 and the pipe jacking device 11 to provide power for necking, bending and jacking the pipe separating movable frame 12.
The pipe jacking device 11 is arranged on the frame 1 and consists of an oil cylinder, is connected with the pipe separation movable frame 12 and is responsible for lifting the pipe separation movable frame 12.
The movable pipe-separating frame 12 is arranged on the frame 1 and is connected with the pipe jacking device 11 to serve as a lifting bin of a material rod.
The gear lever seat 13 of the gear lever is arranged on the frame 1, so that one section of the material lever is orderly arranged.
The frame assembly 14 is arranged on the frame 1 and connected with the bending device 8 to serve as a material receiving platform after the bending.

The water tank 16 is installed on the ground and connected with the necking device 2 and is used for storing cooling liquid required by necking the material rod.
The full-automatic necking pipe bender has the advantages that:

2. The hydraulic device can automatically shrink the mouth.
3. The servo motor transfers the tube length according to the preset size, and then the hydraulic device bends.
