Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The method and the device for controlling a multi-split air conditioning system and the multi-split air conditioning system according to the embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of a multi-split air conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the control method including:
s101, receiving a starting instruction or an initialization instruction.
In the embodiment of the invention, a starting instruction or an initialization instruction sent by a user is received. For example, a power-on instruction or an initialization instruction sent by a user through a remote controller is received through the infrared receiving device, or the power-on instruction or the initialization instruction input by the user is received through the control panel.
And S102, controlling the communication modules of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit to be started, and acquiring the alternating current input voltage of the multi-split air conditioning system.
In the embodiment of the invention, after a starting-up instruction or an initialization instruction is received, the indoor and outdoor main relays are controlled to be closed, so that the communication modules of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are started, the indoor unit sends an alternating current input voltage query command, and the outdoor voltage detection module detects the alternating current input voltage of the multi-split air-conditioning system and replies the current alternating current input voltage of the multi-split air-conditioning system.
And S103, if the alternating current input voltage is smaller than a preset low voltage threshold value, controlling other loads of the multi-split air conditioning system except for communication modules of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit to be started in sequence.
In the embodiment of the invention, a low voltage threshold value, namely a voltage critical value of the multi-split air conditioning system working under the low alternating current input voltage state, can be preset. After the voltage of the multi-split air-conditioning system is obtained, the voltage is compared with a low voltage threshold value, if the voltage of the multi-split air-conditioning system is smaller than a preset low voltage threshold value, other loads of the multi-split air-conditioning system except communication modules of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit are controlled to be started in sequence, namely after the start of one load is finished, the other load starts again, specifically, other loads of the multi-split air-conditioning system except the communication modules of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit can be controlled to be started in sequence at intervals, the reset time of different loads is different, the interval set time corresponding to different loads is different, the range of the set time T can be 1 millisecond < T < 20 minutes, the low-voltage reset of a power switch caused by the simultaneous start of multiple loads is avoided, and the normal start of the multi-split air-conditioning system.
Further, the method may further include:
and if the alternating current input voltage is equal to or greater than the low voltage threshold value, controlling other loads except the communication modules of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit to be started simultaneously.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the alternating current input voltage of the multi-split air-conditioning system is equal to or greater than the low voltage threshold, the fact that the multi-split air-conditioning system works under the normal alternating current input voltage at the moment and the switching power supply has no low-voltage reset risk is shown, and other loads except the communication modules of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are controlled to be started simultaneously.
According to the control method of the multi-split air conditioning system, which is provided by the embodiment of the invention, a starting instruction or an initialization instruction is received; controlling communication modules of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit to start, and acquiring alternating current input voltage of the multi-split air conditioning system; and if the alternating-current input voltage is smaller than the preset low-voltage threshold value, controlling other loads of the multi-split air-conditioning system except for the communication modules of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit to be started in sequence. When the alternating-current input voltage of the multi-split air-conditioning system is smaller than a preset low-voltage threshold value, other loads of the multi-split air-conditioning system except communication modules of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit are controlled to be started in sequence, low-voltage resetting of a switching power supply caused by simultaneous starting of multiple loads is avoided, and normal starting of the multi-split air-conditioning system is guaranteed.
Further, the step S103 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 may specifically include:
and the electronic expansion valve, the air guide structure motor and the fan are sequentially controlled to start.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the motor of the wind guiding structure is a motor for driving the wind guiding structure, and the wind guiding structure includes, but is not limited to, wind guiding structures, louvers, wind deflectors, and other structures for guiding wind.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, "sequentially controlling the electronic expansion valve, the air guide structure motor, and the fan start" includes:
and S201, controlling the electronic expansion valve to be opened to the initial opening degree in the current mode.
In the embodiment of the invention, the current mode of the multi-split air conditioning system is obtained, and the electronic expansion valve is controlled to be opened to the initial opening degree in the current mode. The current mode can be a cooling mode, a heating mode and the like, and the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve in different modes can be different.
And S202, controlling a motor of the air guide structure to drive the air guide structure to swing to the maximum air outlet angle in the current mode.
In the embodiment of the invention, the current mode of the multi-split air conditioning system is obtained, and the motor of the air guide structure is controlled to drive the air guide structure to swing to the maximum air outlet angle in the current mode. The current mode can be a refrigeration mode, a heating mode and other modes, and the maximum air outlet angles in different modes can be different.
And S203, controlling the fan to start, and limiting the maximum rotating speed of the fan.
In the embodiment of the invention, the fan is controlled to start, and the maximum rotating speed of the fan is limited.
Specifically, a voltage range interval corresponding to the alternating current input voltage can be determined, and the maximum rotating speed of the fan can be set according to the voltage range interval, wherein the alternating current input voltage and the maximum rotating speed of the fan are in a positive correlation relationship, that is, the larger the alternating current input voltage is, the larger the maximum rotating speed of the fan is, the smaller the alternating current input voltage is, and the smaller the maximum rotating speed of the fan is.
As a possible embodiment, the positive correlation may be a linear relationship, and the maximum rotation speed of the fan varies linearly with the variation of the ac input voltage, that is, the higher the ac input voltage is, the higher the maximum rotation speed of the fan is, and the lower the ac input voltage is, the smaller the maximum rotation speed of the fan is, for example, X ═ M × V + Y, where X is the maximum rotation speed of the fan, V is the ac input voltage of the multi-split air conditioning system, Y is a rotation speed constant, M is a voltage coefficient, and when V is smaller than the low voltage threshold, M > 0.
As another possible implementation, the positive correlation may be that the maximum rotation speed of the fan varies in a stepwise manner with the variation of the ac input voltage, and as shown in fig. 3, "determining the corresponding maximum rotation speed of the fan according to the ac input voltage" includes:
s301, determining a voltage range interval corresponding to the alternating current input voltage.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the ac input voltage may be divided into a plurality of voltage range sections in advance, and a corresponding relationship between the voltage range sections and the maximum rotational speed of the fan is established, for example, the low voltage threshold is 220V, the ac input voltage lower than 220V is divided into four sections [0, 60V), [60V, 120V), [120V, 180V), [180, 220V), and the maximum rotational speeds of the fans corresponding to the four sections are X1, X2, X3, and X4, where X1 < X2 < X3 < X4. After the ac input voltage of the multi-split air conditioning system is acquired, the ac input voltage is compared with the pre-divided voltage range sections, and the voltage range section in which the voltage of the multi-split air conditioning system falls is the voltage range section corresponding to the voltage range section, for example, if the ac input voltage of the multi-split air conditioning system is 70V, the voltage range section corresponding to the ac input voltage is [60V, 120V ].
And S302, determining the maximum rotating speed of the fan corresponding to the voltage range interval as the maximum rotating speed of the fan corresponding to the alternating-current input voltage.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the voltage range interval corresponding to the alternating current input voltage is obtained, the maximum rotating speed of the fan corresponding to the voltage range interval can be obtained by inquiring the corresponding relation between the voltage range interval and the maximum rotating speed of the fan, and the maximum rotating speed of the fan corresponding to the alternating current input voltage of the multi-split air conditioning system is determined. For example, the voltage range interval corresponding to the multi-split air conditioning system is [60V, 120V), the maximum rotation speed X2 of the fan corresponding to [60V, 120V) is determined as the maximum rotation speed of the fan corresponding to the ac input voltage of the multi-split air conditioning system.
According to the control method of the multi-split air-conditioning system provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the alternating-current input voltage of the multi-split air-conditioning system is smaller than the preset low-voltage threshold value, the electronic expansion valve, the air guide structure motor and the fan are sequentially controlled to be started, so that the low-voltage load of the power supply voltage caused by the simultaneous starting of multiple loads can be avoided, and the normal starting of the multi-split air-conditioning system is ensured.
