Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the present application, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a page display system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the system architecture may include: smart tv 100, router 200, server 300, network 500.
The smart television 100 may also be a terminal device having a page display function, such as a personal computer, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant, and a server, and the content in this aspect is not limited. The smart tv 100 may be used to present an online tv page in response to a command from a remote controller. It is understood that when the smart tv 100 becomes another terminal device, the page presented by the smart tv will change correspondingly.
The server 300 may be used to provide a television program or network data to transmit it to the smart tv 100. It can be understood that when the smart tv 100 becomes another terminal device, the content provided by the server 300 is also flexibly changed.
Network 500 may include a local area network (i.e., an intranet) and a wide area network (i.e., an inter-extranet). Network 500 serves as a medium for providing communications links between various electronic devices. In particular, network 500 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, among others. Network 500 may provide a network channel for acquiring page resources. The channels may be divided into local area network channels and wide area network channels.
The router 200 may communicate a network channel between the smart tv 100 and the wide area network, that is, may communicate a local area network channel and a wide area network channel. When the network 500 is a wireless network (e.g., a wifi network), the router 200 may be a wireless router.
In this embodiment, the user 400 may control the smart tv 100 through a remote controller and obtain various online tv pages (e.g., movie pages).
It should be understood that the number of devices in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. And flexible adjustment is performed according to the implementation requirement.
The following embodiments can be applied to the system architecture of the present embodiment. For simplicity of description, the following embodiments may be mutually referred to and cited.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a page display method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The application scenario of the embodiment may be that a user requests an online television page from the smart television 100 through a remote controller. The application scene can also be a network page which is requested to be online from a computer by a user through a mouse. The specific application scene can be flexibly changed according to the terminal equipment displayed by the page.
As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of: s210, receiving a page display request, and diagnosing whether a network channel for acquiring page resources has connectivity; s220, when the diagnosis result indicates that the network channel does not have connectivity, rejecting to respond to the page display request and feeding back the diagnosis result; and S230, responding to the page display request when the diagnosis result indicates that the network channel has connectivity.
In step S210, the page request may be sent to the smart tv 100 by the user through a remote controller, or sent by the user directly operating a control button on the smart tv 100, or sent by a control device such as a computer, which is not limited in this respect.
In this embodiment, the implementation manner of diagnosing whether the network channel for acquiring the page resource has connectivity may include:
s211, using a network diagnosis interface to diagnose whether a local area network channel in a network channel has connectivity;
and S212, when the local area network channel has connectivity, diagnosing whether the wide area network channel in the network channel has connectivity by using the network diagnosis interface.
Wherein, the network channel may include 2 segments of network channels: a local area network channel and a wide area network channel. Only when the 2-end network channels have connectivity, the network is effective, and the network resources can be acquired through the network channels.
For example, when the local area network channel has connectivity, it indicates that the physical device of the network is connected, for example, the network card interface is good, and at this time, it cannot be determined that page data such as a tv page can be obtained from the wide area network. When the wide area network channel has connectivity, the network is indicated to be connected with physical equipment, and page data of the television page can be acquired from the wide area network. When the television can obtain the online television page data from the wide area network, the network is valid, otherwise, the network still belongs to the invalid network only when the local area network has connectivity.
The network diagnosis interface can be a diagnosis program written by a script, and can be preset on a local smart television or a cloud server. The network diagnostic interface may diagnose whether the network channel used to launch the television page has connectivity. Such as whether the local area network is associated with connectivity or whether the wide area network is associated with connectivity.
The implementation of the network diagnostic interface can be illustrated by way of example as a 2-segment schematic procedure.
The procedure of paragraph 1 is as follows:
Figure BDA0001580048230000051
the procedure of paragraph 2 is as follows:
Figure BDA0001580048230000052
Figure BDA0001580048230000061
the above procedure of section 1 is mainly used for diagnosing the connectivity of the lan channel. The getactivintynetwork may be a network determination interface, which may be used to determine connectivity of an intranet. The above-mentioned section 2 procedure is mainly used for diagnosing the connectivity of the wan channel. Specifically, the method can be realized by sending 1 Http request, such as Http:// client.
In step S220, when the diagnosis result indicates that the network channel has no connectivity, rejecting the response page display request and feeding back the diagnosis result may include the following steps:
and S221, when the diagnosis result indicates that the local area network channel does not have connectivity, or when the diagnosis result indicates that the local area network channel has connectivity but the wide area network channel does not have connectivity, determining that the network does not have connectivity.
S222, when the network does not have connectivity, refusing to respond to the page display request and feeding back the diagnosis result.
The diagnosis result may be a network fault reason for explaining an invalid network, such as: a local area network failure or a wide area network failure. The diagnostic results may be presented on a display interface (e.g., a television page). When the invalid network is judged to be due to the failure of the local area network channel, the failure judgment of the wide area network channel is not needed, and the page control of the television page is not needed to be loaded. Therefore, the design can accurately judge specific network faults (internal network faults or external network faults), so that a user does not or does invalid page recovery operation after knowing the reasons of local area network channel faults or wide area network channel faults and the like, and data support is provided for network recovery. In addition, under the condition of an invalid network, the response of the page display request is refused, and an invalid loading process can not be carried out, so that not only can the computing resource be saved, but also the page deformity caused by page loading can be prevented.
In step S230, the network channel having connectivity may be both a local area network channel and a wide area network channel having connectivity.
In addition, in the case of no conflict, those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust the order of the above operation steps or flexibly combine the above steps according to actual needs. Various implementations are not described again for the sake of brevity. In addition, the contents of the various embodiments may be mutually incorporated by reference.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a page display method according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the method may include the steps of:
s301, a user sends a starting request for starting a television page through a remote controller.
S302, the network diagnosis interface diagnoses whether the network is effective.
In S302, when the user opens a tv page, such as a main interface of a movie, it is first determined whether the network is connected. It should be noted that, here, only whether the local area network is connected is determined, and the connected network does not represent that the network is valid. The active network representation may obtain page data for the presence of the tv page (presence data). And an invalid network cannot normally obtain page data even if the connection is good.
In the case of a wired network, lan connection (or connectivity) means that the network connectivity interface can determine whether there is a network cable plugged in the lan, and as for whether there is a network cable plugged in the external network (wan), it is not determined. Under the condition of a wireless network, whether a router is connected with equipment or not can be judged, and whether the router can surf the internet or not cannot be judged.
The common interface for obtaining network connectivity is not judged for an invalid network, so the network connectivity interface is replaced by a network diagnostic interface in this embodiment. The network diagnosis is carried out by using the network diagnostic interface, and the method can be divided into the following two steps:
the first step is as follows: and judging the connectivity of the intranet (namely the connectivity of a local area network channel).
The second step is that: connectivity of the external network (i.e., connectivity of the wan channels) is determined.
In this embodiment, if the determination result is that the local area network has connectivity, that is, the local area network is connected perfectly, the second step of determination is performed, specifically, the connectivity of the external network is determined. Here, it is determined not only whether or not a network line is plugged in the wide area network, but also whether or not the internet is connectable to the wide area network IP or the like. For a specific method for designing a local area network, reference may be made to the methods in the foregoing embodiments, and for simplicity of description, the same or similar contents are not described in detail again.
And S303, if the judgment result is that the local area network does not have connectivity, the network is prompted to be invalid without performing the second step of judgment. If the intranet is disconnected, the user can be prompted to "please detect your network, you can't watch for the moment". If the outer network is not connected, the user can be prompted to "please detect your network, you can't watch for a while".
S304, if the internal network and the external network both have connectivity, a network effective instruction is sent.
S305, when the network is valid, judging whether the user logs in.
And when the user logs in successfully, establishing a first process and a second process in parallel.
The first process is implemented as follows:
s306, obtaining the Token (Token) value of login.
For example, the token is acquired by executing a getToken () function.
S307, user page data is obtained through the information obtaining request.
In this embodiment, the user page data may be first page data (e.g., data of a movie main interface) of a first authority (e.g., membership authority).
And S308, obtaining the basic information of the user through the information acquisition request. For example, the user information may be acquired by executing a getUserInfo () function.
S309, data (e.g., basic information of the user) is output.
The basic information of the user may include, for example, but is not limited to: authority data of the user, member data, monthly payment data, and the like.
And S310, merging the movie and television main page data obtained in the S307 and the user basic information obtained in the S309, and filling the page control loaded in the S311.
The second process is implemented as follows:
s311, a second process parallel to the first process, the second process loading the page control of the television page to write the user information and the first page data into the page control.
S312, when the login result indicates that the user fails to login, a third process and a second process are established in parallel.
The second process (S311' and S311 are processes in two different cases, which cannot exist at the same time) is implemented as follows:
s311', the second process loads the page control of the television page.
The third process is implemented as follows:
s313, the third process acquires second page data of a second authority (such as an ordinary authority not logged in).
And S314, writing the second page data into the page control.
Common network connectivity interfaces and network diagnosis interfaces are respectively arranged in the front-end television page development, and the loading conditions of the television pages are respectively tested.
First, the case for a network connectivity interface is described:
when a user opens a television page, only the connectivity of the local area network is judged, but the connectivity of the external network is not judged, and the judgment is shown as follows under the condition that:
1. user waiting time is prolonged:
firstly, calling a network judgment interface, and then judging whether a client logs in, wherein the judgment can be carried out by using an isLogin () function. In some embodiments, in the case that the user is not a member, it is further required to determine whether the user is a member, and then determine whether the user is logged in. The determination of whether a member can be completed in the same step as the determination of whether to log in. And when the diagnosis result indicates that the network channel has connectivity, judging whether the user is a member or not and whether the user is logged in successfully or not. If the set value of the forceCheck parameter is true, the parameter indicates that whether the user needs to be forcibly authenticated online, and at this time, a HyperText Transfer Protocol (Http) request needs to be sent.
When the Http request times out, the system does not feed back to the user to indicate that it is a network problem, but instead requests the page user for unregistered data by sending the Http request again. In this case, the Http request is continuously and synchronously transmitted once the movie page is requested to be started. Resulting in doubling of the page response time. If the timeout time is set to 30s (assumed value) for each Http request, two Http requests are synchronized consecutively for 1 minute. In addition, Http requests can easily take over the main thread, causing the tv page to be unresponsive to other operations. That is, when the user returns to the desktop without enduring a long wait, the return key does not respond (the user must wait for the Http request to complete and respond to the return key).
2. Page loading malformation:
taking the request for the data of the movie main interface as an example, after the network judges, a series of following asynchronous operations are performed:
1. and obtaining user information and login information of the user.
2. And obtaining the Token value of the acquired data.
3. And acquiring the film and television data on the page line.
4. The page control is loaded (i.e., initialization of the control).
Therefore, even if the integrity of the network can be judged by returning the Http code value through time by using the information acquisition request, many invalid tasks are already done (for example, the page control is already loaded), so that the page loading is malformed (for example, only a television page displays a blue screen, or only a black frame is displayed in the blue screen, but a movie page required by a user is not displayed).
3. Consumption of system performance:
the implementation of an information acquisition request (e.g., a network platform mtop request) can be represented by two sets of parameters:
the first set of parameters are protocol parameters: and parameters which are not directly related or common with the service function comprise api (online interface), v (version number), t (time), imei (client setting identifier), imsi (client user identifier) and the like.
The second set of parameters are traffic parameters: parameters required for describing service functions are passed through the Http parameter, and the data values can be in json format. For example: data { "itemnld": 1235454 "}.
Therefore, each information acquisition request requires the front-end to develop configuration protocol data and service data. The protocol data configures the parameters api, v, t, imei and imsi each time. The most energy-consuming is the service data, for example, the transmission of the video service data requires system information such as device name, device model, device number (e.g., uuid, etc.), system version number, firmware version, Wifi MAC or wired MAC address, etc. More extreme, the data can not be obtained by calling the system interface once, and the data needs to be obtained by calling the system interface several times, which consumes the performance of the system.
Next, the case for the network diagnostic interface is described:
when a user opens a television page, firstly, the connectivity of the local area network is judged. When the local area network is connected, the connectivity of the external network is further judged.
The network diagnostic interface in this embodiment is an interface that can determine whether a network is valid or connected. When the network connection is intact and effective, the system consumption performance and time are almost the same as those of the commonly acquired interface for acquiring the network connectivity, and the user can not experience the interface.
In the case of an invalid network, the connectivity of the local area network is determined first, and then the connectivity of the wide area network is determined. The effectiveness of the wide area network can be judged only by a very small and light Http request with time and performance, and protocol data and service data do not need to be specially packaged. At this time, the validity of the network is judged very accurately. If the wide area network is not connected, whether the local area network has problems or the wide area network has problems can be respectively determined according to the returned value of the network diagnosis interface, so that whether the current network can support the information acquisition request or not is judged, and online data can be acquired.
Before the diagnosis result of the network diagnosis interface appears, the television page does not asynchronously load the page component, asynchronously carries out other requests and asynchronously calls other system interfaces. Thus not causing the page to be malformed and consuming system performance.
The test shows that the embodiment of the invention can make the judgment of the invalid network more accurate. Meanwhile, when the network is not communicated, the user can be prompted that the local area network or the external network has problems, so that the user can more accurately position the network problem. In addition, when an invalid network occurs, the television page loading does not have malformation, and unnecessary work and performance consumption can be reduced.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a page display device according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the page display apparatus 400 may include: a channel diagnosis unit 401, a request rejection unit 402, and a request response unit 403. The channel diagnosis unit 401 may be configured to receive a page display request, and diagnose whether a network channel used for acquiring a page resource has connectivity; the request rejecting unit 402 may be configured to reject the response page display request and feed back the diagnosis result when the diagnosis result indicates that the network channel does not have connectivity; the request response unit 403 may be configured to respond to the page display request when the diagnosis result indicates that the network channel has connectivity.
In some embodiments, the channel diagnosis unit 401 may be specifically configured to diagnose whether a local area network channel in the network channels has connectivity by using the network diagnosis interface; when the local area network channel has connectivity, the network diagnostic interface is used to diagnose whether the wide area network channel in the network channel has connectivity.
In some embodiments, the request rejecting unit 402 may be specifically configured to reject the response page display request and feed back the diagnosis result when the diagnosis result indicates that the local area network channel does not have connectivity, or when the diagnosis result indicates that the local area network channel has connectivity but the wide area network channel does not have connectivity. The first process can be used for acquiring user information and acquiring first page data of a first authority; the second process may be for loading a page control of the page to write the user information and the first page data to the page control.
