Abstract

一种双叶轮结构的漂浮物收集船,船体接近圆形,中间船仓无底为漂浮物存储区,两侧面安装浮桶,前后面俱一半封闭,一半装有叶轮,叶轮轴以船体左右为中心轴平行,又以船体前后为中心轴垂直,前后叶轮中心再以船体中心圆点对称安装,没入水中的叶轮部分,因叶轮的旋转同时向船舱内刮水,产生方向相反但并不在同一直线的动力,从而使船体在水面得以自主旋转,刮水时产生的水流会把水面漂浮物源源不断的带入船舱内,因为船舱无底所以水会向下排出,而漂浮物则封闭在船舱内水面上,对船体四面的漂浮物都有收集作用,收集船可跟随水流或水面风向的方向自主漂流。

技术领域
本发明涉及水面清理技术领域,具体为一种水面漂浮物收集船。
背景技术
目前随着社会城市河道等水域的水上漂浮物越来越多,打捞人员划着小船在水上进行打捞作业效率低,自动收集器需拉电线只能固定在一处,而漂浮物却是随风而走不固定,常常造成收集器空转却收不到的情况,同样效率非常低。
发明内容
本发明设计了一种用蓄电池供电的收集船,不用拉电线固定,随风向跟水流而走,与漂浮物同轨迹,可以获得较大的收集率,以较适合一些漂浮物较少的河域,减少人力投入打捞。
本发明收集船船体接近圆形,中间船仓无底为漂浮物存储区,两侧面安装浮桶,前后面俱一半封闭,一半装有叶轮,叶轮轴以船体左右为中心轴平行,又以船体前后为中心轴垂直,前后叶轮中心再以船体中心圆点对称安装,没入水中的叶轮部分,因叶轮的旋转同时向船舱内刮水,产生方向相反但并不在同一直线的动力,从而使船体在水面得以自主旋转,可跟随水流或水面风向的方向自主漂流。
叶轮向船舱内刮水时,产生的水流会把水面漂浮物源源不断的带入船舱内,因为船舱无底所以水会向下排出,而漂浮物则封闭在船舱内水面上,产生收集效果,因为收集船是旋转前进的,所以对船体四面的漂浮物都有收集作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细描述本发明漂浮物收集船的实施方式。围绕本发明漂浮物收集船获取的优化方案仍属于本发明权利要求限定的保护范围。
如图1所示,收集船船体接近圆形,中间船仓无底为漂浮物存储区8,两侧面安装浮桶5,前后面俱一半封闭板11,一半装有叶轮1,叶轮轴2以船体左右为中心轴平行,又以船体前后为中心轴垂直,再以船体中心圆点对称安装,没入水中的叶轮部分,因叶轮的旋转同时向船舱内刮水,产生方向相反但并不在同一直线的动力,从而使船体在水面得以自主旋转。
图2,图3示意图中,蓄电池6,电动机4等装于船体中间并高于水体10,电动机4 通过齿轮链条3带动叶轮1,叶轮的轴2通过轴承座套7固定框架12上,蓄电池,电机等同样固定。使用的固定镙丝等此处不再画出,并非现实中可省略。如图3所示叶轮仅有部分没入水面,一旦旋转刚好可以拨动水流。
本发明电路图如图4所示意,蓄电池通过开关13向电动机供电既可,本发明申请保护的主体,仅为收集船的双叶轮结构方案,其它电路将在后续方案申请。

1.一种水面漂浮物收集船,其特征在于可令船体自主旋转的双叶轮结构,船体接近圆形中间船仓无底为漂浮物存储区,两侧面安装浮桶,前后面俱一半封闭,一半装有叶轮,叶轮轴以船体左右为中心轴平行,又以船体前后为中心轴垂直,前后叶轮中心再以船体中心圆点对称安装,没入水中的叶轮部分,因叶轮的旋转同时向船舱内刮水,产生方向相反但并不在同一直线的动力,从而使船体在水面得以自主旋转。
