技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种空调,更确切地说,是一种安全超静音、非常安全可靠(不用外机、不经风吹雨打日晒、安装维修方便、防爆、换气、加湿防干燥)、节能环保美观实用的空调。颠覆人们习惯思维的全新空调。
背景技术
提起空调人们总是想到,壁挂、柜机、中央空调这三种,但这三款都有一个共同的弱点就是安装、维修困难、危险。还有噪音大,特别是外墙机,噪音巨大。外机到处放置,很不好看且噪音扰民,还有些被盗了、锈蚀了污染环境。这种真正安全超静音,高品质空调,集众多优点于一体,用于海军潜艇,陆军坦克空军飞机等等方面都是再好不过的产品了。
发明专利内容
本发明专利主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种安全超静音空调、(不用外机、不经风吹雨打日晒、安装维修方便、防爆、换气、加湿防干燥)、节能环保美观实用的空调。在室内外安装中颠覆人们习惯思维的全新空调。风道出风口可用“三通喷射虹吸”技术,增加自然排风的能力。
本发明专利的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种安全超静音空调,其特征在于,所述的安全超静音空调包含一空调外壳,所述的空调外壳内设有一组至多组冷凝器,所述的冷凝器的上方设有一喷头,所述的空调外壳的底部设有一压缩机和一积水箱,所述的积水箱的一侧底部设有一水泵,所述的水泵通过管路与所述的冷凝器上部喷头相连接,所述的积水箱的底部设有一组冷凝器,所述的安全超静音空调还包含一进风口控制隔栅、一蒸发器和一出风口隔栅,所述的进风口控制隔栅装在墙洞介墙,蒸发器设置在室内,所述蒸发器装在主机内并可分开装在室内,所述的压缩机和冷凝器置于一隔音罩的内部,冷却风从隔音罩的底部进入流经压缩机、冷凝器的冷却通道,将热量带出室外。
本发明安全超静音空调具有以下优点:由于隔音罩把声音源隔开、加装吸音材料、并改变声音传播方向。另外室内机还可以用噪音极小的微风煽、顶部垂直安装、用大小风煽出风,有条件的做个风道自拔风和变频器温控控制风煽风量大小,声音会更小。由于改变了进出口风向,相当于加了两个消音器,吸音效果更好,明显优势有如下12点:
①安装维修方便、安全。
②不经风吹雨打、防腐蚀使得故障少、保证质量安全。
③没有外机生锈、脱落、过往行人安全。
④外机生锈、污染墙壁、并且在外墙到处安装成为城市“牛皮癣”。
⑤防爆,采取措施可轻松实现防爆安全。
⑥可一插就用不用专业安装(普通型)。
⑦多房间移动,提高空调利用率(通用型)。
⑧工厂机房、配电房、办公室大中型有智能散热、自动清除冷凝水及换气功能。
⑨不要外机,也照样做优质高档小型中央空调。
⑩不要外机防止外机失窃。
防噪音可用于潜艇、坦克、飞机上面等。
消除室内牛皮癣,美化家居(内部蒸发器多形式安装)。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1所示,该安全超静音空调包含一空调外壳1,该空调外壳1内设有一组至多组冷凝器2,该冷凝器2的上方设有一喷头10,该空调外壳1的底部设有一压缩机3和一积水箱4,该积水箱4的一侧底部设有一水泵9,该水泵9通过管路与该冷凝器2上部喷头相连接,该积水箱4的底部设有一组冷凝器,该安全超静音空调还包含一进风口控制隔栅5、一蒸发器6和一出风口隔栅7,该进风口控制隔栅5装在墙洞介墙,蒸发器6设置在室内,所述蒸发器6装在主机内并可分开装在室内,该压缩机3和冷凝器2置于一隔音罩8的内部,冷却风从隔音罩8的底部进入流经压缩机3、冷凝器2的冷却通道,将热量带出室外。
下面介绍该超静音空调的工作原理。
空调制冷运行时,低温低压的制冷剂气体被压缩机吸入后,压缩变成高温高压的制冷剂气体在冷凝器(换热器)中,变成中温高压的液体进入冷凝器冷凝热量被换热带走,中温高压的液体再经过毛细管节流降压后变为低压的液体在蒸发器中蒸发后低温低压的气体再吸入压缩机循环。
由于隔音罩8把声音源隔开,改变声音传播方向。另外蒸发器还可以用噪音极小的微风煽、顶部垂直安装、用大小风煽出风,有条件的做个风道自拔风和变频器温控,声音会更小。由于改变了进出口风向,改变进出口风向,相当于加了两个消音器,吸音效果好。蒸发器还可以在室内任意位置安装,小型的还可做成移动式等等。
冷凝器2分为数组平放于压缩机3的上方筒式风道内,将引风机也装在风道的上面或者风管出口。当自然通风不夠需要时,温度会升高,而温控变频器自动工作满足散热量需要。制冷时,有大量冷凝水产生,空调下方装有积水箱4,箱里装一组冷凝器片,冷凝水被蒸发、高温高压制冷剂也就更好的降温,既环保又节能。如果冷凝水还蒸发不掉可将其抽出通过喷头10喷撒到高温散热片上。空调进风口放在墙外,把压缩机和室内进行声音隔离,墙体和室内空调用控制栅格隔开,开机时打开、关机时关上。由于栅格室内是一个较大的空间,内用填充物填充,用于过滤和防爆及隔音,室内如果要换气可打开通室内小门。空调出风扇装在蒸发器的前面或者后面。出风面板只用上下手动调风向,因为往往噪音都产生于此。将压缩机和冷凝器装在桶状罩子里面,与外壳有个空间在里面加一些吸音材料。静音效果好,要防止干燥可将水箱上部开一个小孔将蒸发的冷凝水汽引到室内。
另外室内机还可以用噪音极小的微风煽、顶部垂直安装、用大小风煽出风,有条件的做个“风道”(西方别墅式),出风口可装一“三通喷射虹吸”器,增加风道自拔风能力,再用变频器温度控制出口风扇,声音会更小。由于声音是直线传播和向上传播,所以改变了进出口风向,就相当于加了两个消音器,吸音降噪效果会非常好,实现超静音。底部装积水盘和水泵,用于收集冷凝水和加注冷却液,并视冷凝器温度高低从冷凝器顶部喷洒冷却水。并在积水盘内装一组冷却器,在积水盘内冷却并蒸发冷凝水,起到节能降耗和环保的作用。
不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明专利的保护范围之内。因此,本发明保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种安全超静音空调,其特征在于,所述的安全超静音空调包含一空调外壳(1),所述的空调外壳(1)内设有一组至多组冷凝器(2),所述的冷凝器(2)的上方设有一喷头(10),所述的空调外壳(1)的底部设有一压缩机(3)和一积水箱(4),所述的积水箱(4)的一侧底部设有一水泵(9),所述的水泵(9)通过管路与所述的冷凝器(2)上部喷头相连接,所述的积水箱(4)的底部设有一组冷凝器,所述的安全超静音空调还包含一进风口控制隔栅(5)、一蒸发器(6)和一出风口隔栅(7),所述的进风口控制隔栅(5)装在墙洞介墙,蒸发器(6)设置在室内,所述蒸发器(6)装在主机内并可分开装在室内,所述的压缩机(3)和冷凝器(2)置于一隔音罩(8)的内部,冷却风从隔音罩(8)的底部进入流经压缩机(3)、冷凝器(2)的冷却通道,将热量带出室外。
