Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4 together, as an embodiment of the pluggable metering terminal strip provided by the present invention, the wire connector 300 includes a connection post 310 disposed through a sidewall of the terminal strip housing 100, a first end plate 320 disposed at one end of the connection post 310 and located inside the terminal strip housing 100, and a first end plate 320 disposed at the other end of the connection post 310 and located outside the terminal strip housing 100, wherein an elastic element 340 located between the first end plate 320 and an inner wall of the terminal strip housing 100 is sleeved on an outer periphery of the connection post 310. The wire connecting piece 300 can realize convenient connection of secondary circuit wires, the traditional mode of connecting through bolts is easy to cause the problem of infirm connection due to the problem of the slide fastener of the bolts, and the problem of complicated operation procedures caused by screwing the bolts is generally solved.
In this embodiment, the connection column 310 slidably connected to the terminal strip housing 100 is disposed to be able to be conveniently pulled out, and the secondary circuit wire is wound around the periphery of the connection column 310, and the second end plate 330 is loosened, so that the connection column 310 moves towards the inside of the terminal strip housing 100 under the action of the elastic element 340, thereby compressing the secondary circuit wire by the second end plate 330 and effectively connecting the secondary circuit wire. The connection post 310 is electrically connected to the electrical components in the terminal block housing 100 to provide electrical communication between the electrical components and the secondary circuit conductors.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, as an embodiment of the pluggable metering terminal strip according to the present invention, a guide sleeve 350 for slidably fitting with the connection post 310 is further disposed on a front side wall of the terminal strip housing 100, and a main axis of the guide sleeve 350 is perpendicular to the front side wall of the terminal strip housing 100. In order to ensure the sliding straightness of the wire connecting piece 300 and the terminal row shell 100 and avoid the problem of axial inclination of the connecting column 310, the terminal row shell 100 is provided with the guide sleeve 350 which is sleeved on the periphery of the connecting column 310, the guide sleeve 350 can play a good role in guiding the connecting column 310, and the connecting column 310 can ensure that the second end plate 330 can extrude the secondary loop wire well under the action of the elastic element 340 on the premise of moving along the axial direction of the connecting column 310, thereby ensuring the connection reliability of the secondary loop wire.
As a specific implementation manner of the plug-in metering terminal strip provided by the present invention, a friction layer is disposed on an end surface of the second end plate 330 adjacent to the terminal strip housing 100, in this embodiment, in order to avoid a problem that the end surface of the second end plate 330 is not tightly pressed due to sliding between the end surface and a secondary circuit wire, a friction texture may be disposed on a contact end surface of the second end plate 330 and the secondary circuit wire, so as to implement contact of a rough surface, and ensure reliability of connection of the secondary circuit wire.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 8, as an embodiment of the pluggable metering terminal strip according to the present invention, the pluggable metering terminal strip further includes a display module 600 electrically connected to the transmission metering control module 500, and the display module 600 is disposed at the top of the terminal strip housing 100. In order to facilitate real-time monitoring and observation of parameters in the terminal, a display module 600 electrically connected to the transmission metering control module 500 is disposed at the top of the terminal block housing 100, and is used for displaying parameters in the transmission metering control module 500 in real time.
Referring to fig. 8, as an embodiment of the pluggable metering terminal strip according to the present invention, the transmission metering control module 500 includes a measuring module 510 connected to the elastic conducting sheet 210, a data transmission module 520 electrically connected to the measuring module 510, and a metering control module 530 electrically connected to the data transmission module 520, wherein an alarm module is further disposed on the metering control module 530, and the alarm module is electrically connected to the display module 600. The measurement module 510 obtains dynamic or static electrical parameters from the elastic conductive sheet 210 in the slot 200, and then transmits the parameters to the metering control module 530 through the data transmission module 520, and the metering control module 530 receives the data information and then processes the data, and displays the data through the display module 600, so that the operator can observe the data visually.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, as an embodiment of the pluggable metering terminal strip provided by the present invention, an electrical control apparatus includes a housing, an electrical component disposed in the housing, and a pluggable metering terminal strip. The electric control equipment in the embodiment adopts the plug-in metering terminal strip, so that a good metering use function is realized.

Claims (9)

1. Plug-in measurement terminal row, its characterized in that includes:
a terminal block housing (100);
the terminal row shell comprises a plurality of slots (200), wherein the slots (200) are arranged on the front end surface of the terminal row shell (100) in an upper row and a lower row, the slots (200) in the upper row correspond to the slots (200) in the lower row in a one-to-one manner in the vertical direction, and elastic conducting sheets (210) are respectively arranged on two inner side walls of the slots (200);
the conductive plug (400) is used for being in plug-in fit with the two slots (200) which correspond to each other up and down and for conducting the elastic conducting sheets (210) in the two slots (200) which correspond to each other up and down;
a plurality of wire connectors (300) disposed on the terminal block housing (100) and used for connecting secondary circuit wires;
the transmission metering control module (500) is electrically connected with the elastic conducting sheets (210) respectively;
one end, close to the opening of the slot (200), of the elastic conducting sheet (210) is connected with the side wall of the slot (200), an elastic bulge (220) protruding towards the center of the slot (200) is arranged in the middle of the elastic conducting sheet (210), and a trapezoidal transition table (230) extending towards the protruding side of the elastic bulge (220) and used for being clamped with the conductive plug (400) is arranged on the elastic bulge (220);
wire connecting piece (300) including run through spliced pole (310) that the lateral wall of terminal row casing (100) set up, set up in spliced pole (310) one end just is located terminal row casing (100) inside first end plate (320) and set up in spliced pole (310) other end just is located terminal row casing (100) outside second end plate (330), the periphery cover of spliced pole (310) is equipped with and is located first end plate (320) with elastic element (340) between terminal row casing (100) inner wall.

The pluggable metering terminal block according to claim 1, wherein the conductive plug (400) comprises a base body (410) and two plugging connectors (420) disposed on the base body (410) and respectively used for plugging and matching with the two slots (200) corresponding to each other up and down, the two plugging connectors (420) are electrically connected, two side walls of the plugging connectors (420) are respectively provided with a groove for clamping with the trapezoidal transition table (230), and the minimum diameter of the plugging connector (420) at the groove is larger than the distance between the two trapezoidal transition tables (230) in the slot (200) in the non-plugging state.
3. The pluggable metering terminal block according to claim 2, wherein the diameter of the outer end of the plug (420) is gradually reduced, and the outer end surface of the plug (420) is a plane.
4. The pluggable metering terminal block according to claim 2, wherein a first magnet (430) is further disposed at an outer end of the plug (420), and a second magnet (240) for attracting the first magnet (430) is disposed at an inner end surface of the socket (200).

6. The pluggable metering terminal block according to claim 1, wherein a friction layer is provided on an end surface of the second end plate (330) adjacent to the terminal block housing (100).
7. The pluggable metering terminal block according to claim 1, further comprising a display module (600) electrically connected to the transmission metering control module (500), wherein the display module (600) is disposed on top of the terminal block housing (100).

The pluggable metering terminal block according to claim 7, wherein the transmission metering control module (500) comprises a measurement module (510) connected to the elastic conducting sheet (210), a data transmission module (520) electrically connected to the measurement module (510), and a metering control module (530) electrically connected to the data transmission module (520), wherein an alarm module is further disposed on the metering control module (530), and the alarm module is electrically connected to the display module (600).
9. An electrical control apparatus comprising a chassis, electrical components disposed in the chassis, and the plug-in meter terminal strip of any of claims 1-8.
