s2, comparison and analysis: the master station receives the reported electric meter address information, matches and compares the reported electric meter address information with the electric meter file in the master station, updates the electric meter file of the master station by using the information of the newly added intelligent electric meter according to the matching and comparing result, and issues the updated electric meter file;
s3, automatic updating: the concentrator or the terminal controls to synchronously update according to the issued updated ammeter file;
the specific steps of step S2 include: the master station performs file matching after receiving the reported ammeter address information, and issues a meter reading parameter if the reported ammeter address information is in the current ammeter file of the master station; if the reported electric meter address information is not in the current electric meter file of the master station, updating the electric meter address information into the current electric meter file of the master station, and issuing the updated electric meter file;
step S1 is preceded by a meter automatic reporting control step Sa of controlling to read the meter address and report to the concentrator or the terminal via a router when the newly added smart meter is powered on;
the specific steps of the meter automatic reporting control step Sa are as follows:
sa1, when the intelligent electric meter is powered on, controlling a meter end module of the intelligent electric meter to read electric meter address information;

the meter automatic reporting control comprises the following specific steps:
when the intelligent ammeter is powered on, controlling a meter end module of the intelligent ammeter to read ammeter address information;
the carrier terminal initiates a slave node registration process in a meter reading idle period, and the meter end module registers the read electric meter address information to a routing module;
and controlling the routing module to report the electric meter address information to a concentrator or a terminal in a routing way.
