The invention belongs to the technical field of floors, and particularly relates to an intelligent heating integrated easily-maintained floor.
Background
At present, geothermal heating is a common heating mode, and under the traditional heat convection circulation heating condition, the surface temperature of indoor objects such as floors, furniture and walls is about 2 ℃ lower than the temperature of indoor air, so the objects are cold radiation to human bodies and air. Under the condition of low-temperature radiation heating, the surface temperature of objects around the room is about 2 ℃ higher than the temperature of the air in the room, and particularly the temperature of the floor in the room is higher and reaches about 30 ℃. Thus reducing the cold radiation of the environment to the human body and, of course, reducing the heat loss of the human body even if the human body is in a room of 18 degrees, which feels warmer than the room of 22 degrees in the conventional thermal convection circulation heating condition. Therefore, a higher technical means, such as an electric heating floor, is adopted in the market at present, so that the heating effect under the traditional heat convection circulation heating condition can be achieved; in addition, compared with the traditional heat convection circulation heating, the electric heating wood board can improve the living comfort of people, and is a feasible method. However, when the electric heating wood board is used, a certain electric heating floor may generate too high heat or generate no heat during a long-time use, and the electric heating floor with the fault causes great trouble for disassembly and assembly for maintenance.
The invention designs an intelligent heating integrated easy-maintenance floor to solve the problems.

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention discloses an intelligent heating integrated easy-maintenance floor which is realized by adopting the following technical scheme.

The two sliding blocks are respectively arranged in the two sliding grooves in a sliding fit manner; a first guide block is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of each sliding block; the two first guide blocks are respectively arranged in the two first guide block sliding grooves in a sliding fit manner; two limiting plates are symmetrically arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the side surface of each slide block close to the pin; two limiting plates on the sliding block are matched with the corresponding hinging blocks; two limiting plates on the sliding block are matched with unlocking limiting notches on the hinge block.
As a further improvement of the technology, the device further comprises a toggle strip, wherein one end of the toggle strip is provided with a round angle, and the end of the toggle strip, which is provided with the round angle, is matched with the first guide block. The end of the toggle bar with the round angle can be more easily inserted into the space between the first guide block and the side groove surface of the sliding groove; the poking strip can poke the first guide block to move in the first guide block sliding groove under the action of external force.
As a further improvement of the present technique, the side of the mating projection panel remote from the floor support is rounded. This design ensures that the side of the mating projection plate on one floor support having the rounded corner can be more easily inserted into the gap between the second mating plate and the mating swing plate on the other floor support.
As a further improvement of the technology, one side of the hinge block, which is far away from the matching swinging plate, is a round angle. Such a design ensures that the side of the hinge block with rounded corners does not interfere with the movement of the floor support side with the lugs when the hinge block is swung about the axis of the pin.
As a further improvement of the technology, one side of the matching swinging plate far away from the hinge block is a round angle. The design of the sample ensures that when the matching swinging plate on one floor support swings around the axis of the pin, the side of the matching swinging plate with the round angle can not generate movement interference with the side of the other floor support with the first matching plate.
As a further improvement of the technology, when the hinged block is located between the two limiting plates of the corresponding sliding block and the limiting plate is not located in the limiting notch of the hinged block, the hinged block is limited by the two limiting plates, and the matched swinging plate is perpendicular to the supporting side face of the floor with the support lug.
As a further improvement of the technology, when the slide block is jointed with the side groove surface of the slide groove, the first guide block is spaced from the side groove surface of the slide groove. So such design just can guarantee to stir the one end that the strip has the fillet and can insert in the interval of first guide block and sliding tray side groove face, stir the strip afterwards and can stir first guide block under the exogenic action for first guide block drives the slider motion.
The carbon fiber heating sheet adopted in the invention has the following advantages:
1. the ultra-low voltage heating sheet is heated rapidly, and the heating is carried out when the voltage of 3.7V is electrified.
2. The electric heat conversion efficiency is high, and the electric energy is saved.
3. Long service life-carbon fiber.
4. Safety-the strength of carbon fibres is 6 to 10 times higher than that of metal wires under the same current load area, and no breaking occurs during use. Since the carbon fibers are net-like heating elements, even if 1 fiber is broken, the entire heat generation by energization is not affected. And the broken part is not subjected to arcing, so that accidents such as fire disasters and the like are effectively avoided.
Two limiting plates on the slider cooperate with the articulated piece that corresponds, and two limiting plates on the slider and the spacing incision matched with effect of unblock on the articulated piece are: first, when articulated piece is located between two limiting plates of corresponding slider, and the limiting plate is not in the spacing incision of separating of articulated piece, articulated piece is spacing by two limiting plates, and articulated piece can't produce the swing, and the cooperation wobble plate is perpendicular with the floor support side that has the journal stirrup this moment. The process of installing a heating floor on the ground in the invention is as follows: the middle position of the bottom surface of the floor support and the position of the bottom surface close to the first matching plate are coated with adhesive, and the position of the bottom surface of the floor support close to the support lug is not coated with adhesive; the floor support is then mounted on the ground by means of glue. The non-adhesive design on the bottom surface of the floor support near the lugs is to ensure that the entire heating floor is easily removed from the side of the floor support having the lugs.
The flow of mutually matching and installing a plurality of heating floors is as follows, two heating floors are mutually matched as an example: the heating floors are matched with each other and installed on the premise that the sliding block in each heating floor is attached to the side groove surface of the corresponding sliding groove, and a distance is reserved between the first guide block and the corresponding side groove surface of the sliding groove; the hinged block in each heating floor is located between the two limiting plates of the corresponding sliding block, the limiting plates are not located in the limiting notches of the hinged blocks, the hinged blocks are limited by the two limiting plates, the hinged blocks cannot swing, and the matched swing plates are perpendicular to the supporting side face of the floor with the support lugs. When two heating floors are mutually matched and installed, the matching protruding plate of one floor support is inserted into a gap between the second matching plate of the other floor support and the matching swinging plate, and a distance exists between one side of the matching protruding plate of one floor support, which is provided with a round angle, and the pin of the other floor support, so that the swinging can be realized when the matching swinging plate needs to swing around the axis of the pin. After the matching protrusion plate is inserted into the gap between the second matching plate and the matching swing plate, the second matching plate on one floor support is positioned in the matching notch on the upper side of the matching protrusion plate of the other floor support, and the side surface of the floor support, far away from the second matching plate, of the second matching plate is in contact with the side surface of the matching notch; at the moment, the opposite side surfaces of the carbon fiber heating sheets on the two floor supports are also contacted with each other, and the opposite side surfaces of the floor veneers on the two carbon fiber heating sheets are also contacted with each other; the side of the mating swing plate on one floor support having the rounded corner is tangent to the side of the other floor support having the first mating plate.
When the heating floor in a room is used for a long time, a fault that the heating floor generates too high heat or does not generate heat may occur, and in order to facilitate the disassembly and the assembly of the heating floor with the fault for maintenance, the disassembly and the assembly of the heating floor with the fault can be realized through the following procedures: maintenance person will stir the one end that the strip has the fillet and pass first slip logical groove and the second and slide logical groove, insert first guide block and the corresponding side groove face's of sliding tray interval, maintenance person stirs first guide block through stirring the strip afterwards and removes to the direction of the opposite side groove face of first guide block spout, and first guide block drives two limiting plates through the slider and removes to the limiting notched direction of separating of corresponding articulated piece. When two limiting plates move completely to the limiting notch of the corresponding hinge block, the hinge block is not limited by the two limiting plates any more, the hinge block can swing, and the hinge block can be driven to swing around the axis of the pin by matching with the swing plate. Then, the maintenance personnel use another toggle bar to completely move the two limit plates of the other slide block into the limit-releasing notch of the other hinge block through the same operation. Subsequently, a serviceman inserts a sheet iron into the thin gap between the heating floor with a failure and the adjacent heating floor without a failure; the maintenance personnel utilize the friction force between the sheet iron and the heating floor with the fault to slowly lift the heating floor with the fault from the side of the heating floor with the second matching plate with the fault; in the lifting process, the first matching plate in the heating floor without faults can relatively extrude the matching swinging plate in the heating floor with faults, and the matching swinging plate drives the hinge block to swing downwards around the axis of the pin; therefore, the swing of the matching swinging plate can not influence the lifting of the heating floor with faults, and the side, provided with the second matching plate, of the heating floor with faults can be completely lifted to the upper side of the heating floor without faults; and finally, the maintenance personnel use the lifted side of the heating floor with the fault to draw out the whole heating floor with the fault for maintenance.
When the heating floor with the fault is repaired, the repair personnel install the repaired heating floor back to the original position. Maintenance personnel reuse stir the limiting plate on the strip with the slider and stir home position, and articulated piece is spacing by the limiting plate once more.
Compared with the traditional floor technology, the invention can conveniently disassemble and assemble the floor with faults for maintenance, and in order to realize the function and ensure that the floor has the property of firm installation of the traditional floor, the design of matching with the swinging plate, the hinging block, the spacing notch, the limiting plate, the sliding block and the first guide block is very necessary. When the hinged block is limited by the limiting plate, the matched swinging plate has the characteristic of matched installation in the traditional floor installation; when the hinged block is not limited by the limiting plate, the swinging of the swinging plate is an important link for dismounting the floor. The invention has simple structure and better use effect.

As shown in fig. 11 and 12, two sliders 20 are respectively installed in the two sliding grooves 12 in a sliding fit manner; a first guide block 24 is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of each slide block 20; as shown in fig. 12, 14 and 15, the two first guide blocks 24 are respectively installed in the two first guide block sliding grooves 16 in a sliding fit manner; as shown in fig. 10 and 11, two limit plates 23 are mounted on the side surface of each slider 20 close to the pin 21 in an up-down symmetrical manner; two limit plates 23 on the sliding block 20 are matched with the corresponding hinge blocks 19; as shown in fig. 10, two limit plates 23 on the slider 20 are engaged with the unlocking limit cutouts on the hinge block 19.
As shown in fig. 1, 10 and 13, it further comprises a toggle bar 1, wherein one end of the toggle bar 1 has a round angle 15, and the end of the toggle bar 1 having the round angle 15 is matched with the first guide block 24. The end of the striking bar 1 with the rounded corner 15 can be more easily inserted into the space between the first guide block 24 and the side groove surface of the sliding groove 12; the toggle bar 1 can toggle the first guide block 24 to move in the first guide block sliding groove 16 under the action of external force.
As shown in fig. 5, the side of the mating projection plate 13 remote from the floor support 2 is rounded 15. This design ensures that the side of the mating projection plate 13 on one floor support 2 having the rounded corner 15 can be more easily inserted into the gap between the second mating plate 8 and the mating swing plate 10 on the other floor support 2.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the side of the hinge block 19 remote from the mating swing plate 10 is rounded 15. This design ensures that the side of the hinge block 19 having the rounded corner 15 does not interfere with the movement of the side of the floor support 2 having the lugs 9 when the hinge block 19 is swung about the axis of the pin 21.
As shown in fig. 8, the side of the mating swing plate 10 remote from the hinge block 19 is rounded 15. The design ensures that the side of the mating swing plate 10 with the rounded corner 15 does not interfere with the movement of the side of the other floor support 2 with the first mating plate 7 when the mating swing plate 10 on one floor support 2 swings about the axis of the pin 21.
As shown in fig. 10, 14 and 15, when the hinge block 19 is located between the two limit plates 23 of the corresponding slide block 20 and the limit plates 23 are not located in the limit-releasing notches 22 of the hinge block 19, the hinge block 19 is limited by the two limit plates 23, and the matching swing plate 10 is perpendicular to the side of the floor support 2 with the support lugs 9.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, when the slider 20 is fitted to the side groove surface of the slide groove 12, the first guide 24 is spaced apart from the side groove surface of the slide groove 12. The design can ensure that one end of the toggle bar 1 with the round angle 15 can be inserted into the space between the first guide block 24 and the side groove surface of the sliding groove 12, and then the toggle bar 1 can toggle the first guide block 24 under the action of external force, so that the first guide block 24 drives the sliding block 20 to move.
The carbon fiber heating sheet 6 adopted in the invention has the following advantages:
1. the ultra-low voltage heating sheet is heated rapidly, and the heating is carried out when the voltage of 3.7V is electrified.
2. The electric heat conversion efficiency is high, and the electric energy is saved.
3. Long service life-carbon fiber.

Two limiting plates 23 on the slider 20 cooperate with the corresponding articulated piece 19, and the effect that two limiting plates 23 on the slider 20 cooperate with the spacing incision of unblock on the articulated piece 19 is: firstly, when the hinge block 19 is located between the two limit plates 23 of the corresponding sliding block 20 and the limit plates 23 are not located in the limit relief notches 22 of the hinge block 19, the hinge block 19 is limited by the two limit plates 23, the hinge block 19 cannot swing, and the matching swing plate 10 is perpendicular to the side surface of the floor support 2 with the support lugs 9. Secondly, when the hinge block 19 is located between the two limit plates 23 of the corresponding slide block 20 and the limit plates 23 are located in the limit-releasing notches 22 of the hinge block 19, the hinge block 19 is no longer limited by the two limit plates 23, and the hinge block 19 can swing; i.e. the cooperating rocker plate 10 can bring about the pivoting of the hinge block 19 about the axis of the pin 21.
The carbon fiber heating sheet 6 is connected with a cable, and the cable is in electrified fit with a power supply; the number of cables to be installed is determined by the number of input and output cables of the heating floor, and the number of cables to be input and output is determined by the number of floor power supply modes.
The specific implementation mode is as follows: the process of installing a heating floor on the ground in the invention is as follows: the middle position of the bottom surface of the floor support 2 and the position of the bottom surface close to the first matching plate 7 are coated with adhesive, and the position of the bottom surface of the floor support 2 close to the support lug 9 is not coated with adhesive; the floor support 2 is then mounted on the ground by means of glue. The non-adhesive design of the bottom surface of the floor support 2 near the lugs 9 is intended to ensure that the entire heating floor is easily removed from the side of the floor support 2 having the lugs 9.
The flow of mutually matching and installing a plurality of heating floors is as follows, two heating floors are mutually matched as an example: the heating floors are installed in a matched mode on the premise that the sliding block 20 in each heating floor is attached to the side groove face of the corresponding sliding groove 12, and a distance is reserved between the first guide block 24 and the corresponding side groove face of the sliding groove 12; the hinged block 19 in each heating floor is positioned between the two limit plates 23 of the corresponding sliding block 20, the limit plates 23 are not positioned in the limit-releasing notches 22 of the hinged block 19, the hinged block 19 is limited by the two limit plates 23, the hinged block 19 cannot swing, and the matched swinging plate 10 is perpendicular to the side surface of the floor support 2 with the support lugs 9. As shown in fig. 16 and 17, when two heating floors are installed in a matching manner, the matching protrusion plate 13 of one floor support 2 is inserted into the gap between the second matching plate 8 of the other floor support 2 and the matching swing plate 10, and a space exists between the side of the matching protrusion plate 13 of one floor support 2 with the round corner 15 and the pin 21 of the other floor support 2, so that it can be ensured that the matching swing plate 10 can swing around the axis of the pin 21. After the matching protrusion plate 13 is inserted into the gap between the second matching plate 8 and the matching swing plate 10, the second matching plate 8 on one floor support 2 is positioned in the matching notch 14 on the upper side of the matching protrusion plate 13 of the other floor support 2, and the side surface of the second matching plate 8, which is far away from the floor support 2 where the second matching plate 8 is positioned, is in contact with the side surface of the matching notch 14; at the moment, the opposite side surfaces of the carbon fiber heating sheets 6 on the two floor supports 2 are also contacted with each other, and the opposite side surfaces of the floor veneers 5 on the two carbon fiber heating sheets 6 are also contacted with each other; the side of the mating swing plate 10 on one floor support 2 having the rounded corner 15 is tangent to the side of the other floor support 2 having the first mating plate 7.
