Claims (7)
1. A carton stapler, characterized in that: comprises a frame, wherein a paper outlet device, a box nailing device and a box collecting device are sequentially arranged on the frame;
The paper outlet device comprises an upper layer paper outlet mechanism and a lower layer paper outlet mechanism, wherein the upper layer paper outlet mechanism is arranged close to the nail box device and is directly in butt joint with the nail box device, and the lower layer paper outlet mechanism is arranged far away from the nail box device and is in butt joint with the nail box device through a paper conveying mechanism;
The nail box device comprises an upper paper feeding mechanism which is in butt joint with the upper paper outlet mechanism and a lower paper feeding mechanism which is in butt joint with the paper conveying mechanism; an upper paper folding mechanism is arranged on the upper paper feeding mechanism, and a lower paper folding mechanism is arranged on the lower paper feeding mechanism; a nailing mechanism is arranged between the upper paper feeding mechanism and the lower paper feeding mechanism;
The box receiving device comprises a box pressing mechanism in butt joint with the tail end of the lower paper feeding mechanism and a receiving platform arranged at the rear part of the box pressing mechanism;
The paper conveying mechanism comprises a plurality of paper conveying chains which are arranged in parallel and roll along the paper conveying direction, the paper conveying chains are driven by two paper conveying gear shafts arranged on the frame, and a paper conveying push plate is arranged on the paper conveying chains; a connecting plate fixedly connected with the frame is arranged between the two paper conveying gear shafts, and paper conveying supporting plates are arranged on the connecting plate and spaced from the paper conveying chains; the paper outlet mechanism between the paper conveying chains and close to the lower layer is also provided with a paper conveying belt which is driven by a paper conveying belt shaft arranged on the frame;
The lower paper feeding mechanism is fixedly arranged on the frame, lifting frames are fixedly arranged on two sides of the upper paper feeding mechanism, and the lifting frames are arranged on the frame in a vertically movable mode through lifting adjusting mechanisms; the lifting adjusting mechanism comprises a plurality of height adjusting screws which are vertically arranged on the frame in parallel and drive the lifting frame to move up and down through a screw rod structure, and a first synchronous gear rod is arranged between the height adjusting screws;
The upper paper feeding mechanism comprises two upper paper feeding frames and two paper feeding supporting plates arranged at the lower part of the upper paper feeding frames, an upper paper feeding chain is arranged at the inner side of the upper paper feeding frames, and upper paper feeding pushing plates are arranged on the upper paper feeding chain at intervals; the front end of the upper paper feeding frame is provided with an upper paper feeding belt wheel, the upper paper feeding belt wheel is provided with an upper paper feeding belt, and the front end of the paper feeding supporting plate is provided with a paper feeding supporting wheel in cooperation with the upper paper feeding belt;
the lower paper feeding mechanism comprises two lower paper feeding frames and two paper feeding pressing plates arranged on the upper parts of the lower paper feeding frames, lower paper feeding chains are arranged on the inner sides of the lower paper feeding frames, lower paper feeding pushing plates are arranged on the lower paper feeding chains at intervals, lower paper feeding belt wheels are arranged at the front ends of the lower paper feeding frames, lower paper feeding belts are arranged on the lower paper feeding belt wheels, and paper feeding pressing wheels are arranged at the front ends of the paper feeding pressing plates in cooperation with the lower paper feeding belts.
2. A carton stapler according to claim 1, wherein: the paper outlet mechanism comprises a conveying assembly and an adjusting assembly which are fixedly arranged on the frame.

A carton stapler according to claim 1, wherein: the nailing mechanism comprises an upper nailing frame and a lower nailing frame which are respectively arranged at two sides of the paper feeding mechanism, wherein the upper nailing frame and the lower nailing frame are respectively arranged on the upper paper feeding frame and the lower paper feeding frame, the upper nailing frame and the lower nailing frame are respectively provided with a nail head and a side nailing push chain, the side nailing push chain is driven by a gear arranged on the upper nailing frame or the lower nailing frame, and the side nailing push chain is provided with a side nailing push plate;
An upper nailing push chain in butt joint with the upper paper feed chain is arranged on the inner side of the upper paper feed frame, the upper nailing push chain is driven by an upper nailing gear shaft penetrating through the upper paper feed frame, a lower nailing push chain in butt joint with the lower paper feed chain is arranged on the inner side of the lower paper feed frame, the lower nailing push chain is driven by a lower nailing gear shaft penetrating through the lower paper feed frame, and the upper nailing gear shaft and the lower nailing gear shaft are rotatably arranged on the frame; and nailing push plates are arranged on the upper nailing push chain and the lower nailing push chain at intervals.

A carton stapler according to claim 1, wherein: the machine frame is provided with a width adjusting mechanism for driving the upper paper feeding frame and the lower paper feeding frame on the same side to move left and right, the width adjusting mechanism comprises a plurality of width adjusting screws which are horizontally arranged in parallel and drive the upper paper feeding frame and the lower paper feeding frame to move through screw rod structures, and a second synchronous gear rod is arranged between the width adjusting screws.

A carton stapler according to claim 1, wherein: the upper paper folding mechanism comprises an upper guide plate and an upper guide strip which are respectively arranged at the outer sides of the two upper paper feeding frames; the lower paper folding mechanism comprises a lower guide bar and a lower guide plate which are respectively matched with the upper guide plate and the upper guide bar.
6. A carton stapler according to claim 1, wherein: the box pressing mechanism comprises a box pressing supporting plate provided with a box pressing conveying belt, and one side of the box pressing supporting plate is provided with a box pressing guide bar through a box pressing bracket.
7. A carton stapler according to claim 1, wherein: the storage platform comprises an alignment platform, a storage conveyor belt is arranged on the alignment platform, and a stacking platform is arranged on the downstream of the alignment platform.
