Abstract

(b) pretreatment: soaking the fabric in a soaking solution containing Na2CO3、Na2SiO3A first aqueous solution of soap chips and 1-sulfonic acid butyl-2-methyl-3-hexadecylimidazole bisulfate; the Na is2CO3The concentration of (A) is 0.5-2% o.w.f, the Na is2SiO3The concentration of the (A) is 0.3-0.8% o.w.f, the concentration of the soap flakes is 1-3% o.w.f, and the concentration of the 1-sulfobutyl-2-methyl-3-hexadecylimidazole bisulfate is 0.5-1% o.w.f;
(c) dyeing: taking out the fabric, immersing the fabric into a working solution at 60 ℃, heating the fabric to 100 ℃ at the speed of 1-1.5 ℃/min, preserving the heat for 20-40 min, and then cooling to 60 ℃; the working solution is a second aqueous solution containing acetic acid, ammonium sulfate, a dispersing agent and a dye, and the pH value of the second aqueous solution is 5-6; the volume content of the acetic acid is 0.4-0.8 mL/L, the content of the ammonium sulfate is 2-5% o.w.f, the content of the dispersing agent is 0.5-2% o.w.f, and the content of the dye is 1-2% o.w.f;
(d) washing and drying: and taking out the fabric, washing the fabric with water, and drying the fabric at 160-190 ℃ for 50-70 s.
