Note: the velvet feeling and the softness are the results obtained by comprehensive evaluation after being touched by 30 workers (5 groups and 6 persons in each group) with the age of more than 5 years;
pilling resistance is the result of 1000 rubs using the martindale instrument method: the standard sample is obtained by comparing 5 grades of standard samples, wherein 1 grade is worst, and 5 grades are best;
the rubbing fastness is the fading degree (dry rubbing) of the fabric after rubbing, the staining degree of the white cloth is used as an evaluation principle, the white cloth is classified into 5 grades (1-5), and the larger the numerical value is, the better the rubbing fastness is.

(a) pre-shaping of the fabric: setting the fabric at 160-190 ℃ for 50-70 s, wherein the fabric is woven by PET/PBT composite yarns;
(b) pretreatment: soaking the fabric in a soaking solution containing Na2CO3、Na2SiO3A first aqueous solution of soap chips and 1-sulfonic acid butyl-2-methyl-3-hexadecylimidazole bisulfate; the Na is2CO3The concentration of (A) is 0.5-2% o.w.f, the Na is2SiO3The concentration of the (A) is 0.3-0.8% o.w.f, the concentration of the soap flakes is 1-3% o.w.f, and the concentration of the 1-sulfobutyl-2-methyl-3-hexadecylimidazole bisulfate is 0.5-1% o.w.f;
(c) dyeing: taking out the fabric, immersing the fabric into a working solution at 60 ℃, heating the fabric to 100 ℃ at the speed of 1-1.5 ℃/min, preserving the heat for 20-40 min, and then cooling to 60 ℃; the working solution is a second aqueous solution containing acetic acid, ammonium sulfate, a dispersing agent and a dye, and the pH value of the second aqueous solution is 5-6; the volume content of the acetic acid is 0.4-0.8 mL/L, the content of the ammonium sulfate is 2-5% o.w.f, the content of the dispersing agent is 0.5-2% o.w.f, and the content of the dye is 1-2% o.w.f;
(d) washing and drying: and taking out the fabric, washing the fabric with water, and drying the fabric at 160-190 ℃ for 50-70 s.

(e) combing: and (4) performing carding treatment on the fabric for multiple times.
