step 101, a terminal device responds to an operation of a user and sends first screenshot request information, wherein the first screenshot request information carries first identification information, and the first identification information is configured to enable a smart television to identify a screenshot corresponding to the first screenshot request information according to the first identification information.
In one implementation, a terminal device may receive a trigger of a user and generate a first signal for requesting to turn on a remote control.
When the terminal device displays a user interface, the terminal device may receive a trigger of a user and generate a first signal for requesting to open a remote control, where the trigger of the user may be a click operation on a certain control on the user interface of the terminal device, and the first signal may be a signal for clicking a control corresponding to the request to open the remote control. The click may be generated by a user's finger, a stylus, or other control object action that may be detected by the touch sensitive display screen.
As an example, referring to fig. 6B, after the user opens the preset application, the terminal device first displays a first user interface 61 as shown in the left side of fig. 6B, where the first user interface 61 includes a status bar 612, a navigation bar 613, and a content view 611, where the status bar 612 is used to present information of a signal, time, power, and the like of the terminal device itself, and is located at the top of the entire first user interface, the navigation bar 613 may also be referred to as a title bar and is used to display a title (e.g., "my"), and the content view 611 is used to present various information below the status bar, this embodiment is exemplified by a content view in a list form, the content view may include one or more item bars, each item in the content view may be in a single picture form or a text form, or in a combined picture and text form, for example, as shown in fig. 6B, each in text form, e.g., "my shopping," "remote monitoring," etc. The column entries are distinguished by dividing lines, and only the column entries are displayed without setting the dividing lines. Each column entry in the list is set as a selection control, for example: when a user clicks a position corresponding to the 'play history' character, triggering the control and entering an interface corresponding to the control, wherein the interface corresponding to the 'play history' control is configured to display the viewing history of the user; and when the finger of the user clicks the selection control corresponding to the remote monitoring character, triggering the terminal equipment to generate the first signal.

In some embodiments, the terminal device may send polling information including the first identification information to the image server, the server feeds back to the terminal device according to the polling information, the terminal device may also send a first instruction including the first identification information to the image server while sending the first screenshot request information, the image server continuously matches the screenshot (for example, the screenshot named as the first identification information) corresponding to the first identification information in the first instruction in the uploaded image, and sends the screenshot which is successfully matched or the URL corresponding to the screenshot to the terminal device.
In an implementation manner, the terminal device may send the first identification information to the image server, and the image server obtains the URL corresponding to the first identification information according to the first identification information, obtains a screenshot based on the URL, and returns the screenshot to the terminal device.
As further illustrated by the above example, referring to fig. 6B, in response to the first signal, the terminal device switches the currently displayed user interface, displays a second user interface 62 shown on the right side of fig. 6B on the display screen, where the second user interface 62 may include a status bar 621, a navigation bar 622, a content view 623 and a button 624, where the content view 623 may be in an aggregate view form, displays information in a tiled form, and displays information with pictures as a theme and texts as auxiliary information, and the content view 623 shown on the right side of fig. 6B may display the first screenshot, and when the first screenshot is not obtained, a window corresponding to the content view may display prompt information that the screenshot of the current display interface is not obtained or a screenshot of the smart television display interface at a previous time point. In some embodiments, the window corresponding to the content view also displays the first identifier corresponding to the screenshot while displaying the screenshot, and when the first identifier includes the timestamp, the user can determine the time when the screenshot displayed in the window corresponding to the content view is displayed through the displayed first identifier. Meanwhile, different remote control operations, such as 'return to home', 'turn off television', 'volume down by 5', etc., can also be presented in the second user interface in a text form. The controls presented in these texts correspond to different common control instructions, for example: if the user selects the control of returning to the homepage, the terminal device can send the first control instruction to the smart television, and the smart television can return to the homepage according to the received first control instruction; and if the user selects the control of 'volume reduction by 5', the terminal device can send the second control instruction to the smart television, and the smart television can perform the operation of volume reduction by 5 according to the received second control instruction. These common control commands may be adjusted based on historical user operation. Also included in the interactive interface is an input control 624, which is operated by the user, the terminal device receives the voice/text input by the user, for example, the input control 624 includes a "press and talk" button 6242 and a toggle button 6241, the user presses the button 6242, the terminal device receives the voice input by the user through a microphone, the user clicks the toggle button 6241, and the terminal device displays a text input box on the second user interface to receive the text input by the user in the text input box. step 201, the terminal device responds to the operation of the user and generates a remote control operation instruction.
In one implementation, the terminal device may receive a trigger of a user and generate a second signal for transmitting a remote control operation instruction.
As an example, when the terminal device displays the second user interface 62 on the right side of fig. 6B, the terminal device may receive an input from a user and generate a second signal for transmitting a remote control operation instruction, where the second signal may be generated by the user clicking a control corresponding to the remote control operation instruction. The click may be generated by a user's finger, a stylus, or other control object action that may be detected by the touch sensitive display screen. The second signal may also be generated from speech/text input by the user through operation of input control 624.
For example, the user may input "return to home" through the input control 624, the terminal device generates the second signal according to the user input, and sends a corresponding control instruction according to the second signal, where the control instruction is used for the smart television to perform a corresponding operation, for example, the control instruction corresponding to the "return to home" is a first control instruction, and the smart television performs an operation of returning to home according to the first control instruction.
As an example, in response to the second signal, the terminal device may display the remote control operation instruction input by the user on the currently displayed user interface, for example, add a display frame in the second user interface 62 shown on the right side of fig. 6B, display text of the remote control operation instruction input by the user in the display frame, and the display effect may be as shown in fig. 7B, and further include a display frame 1 in the second user interface shown in fig. 7B, in which the text of the remote control operation instruction is displayed, for example, "return to home page".
In other embodiments, the terminal device directly generates the remote control operation instruction in response to the operation of the user, and the operation of the user corresponding to the remote control operation instruction is a second operation of the user. Illustratively, after receiving a "return home page" instruction input by a user, the terminal device directly generates a remote control operation instruction corresponding to the "return home page" instruction.
