Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, there is a need to provide a solid epilatory wax. The solid depilatory wax is low in use temperature, can exert an excellent depilatory effect at a low temperature, is good in depilatory effect on fine hair (such as fine hair on the face and lips), low in formula stimulation, not prone to allergy, moderate in softness, not prone to fracture, good in film forming and good in user experience.
The solid depilatory wax is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
wherein the functional aid comprises hydrogenated coconut oil and hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer;
the film forming agent comprises ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl alcohol terpolymer, and the viscosity is 4-6 ten thousand.

In one embodiment, the wax is selected from at least one of paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, petrolatum, beeswax, wood wax, carnauba wax, montan wax, PE wax, PP wax, fischer-tropsch wax, carnauba wax, castor wax, wool wax, silicone wax.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the solid depilatory wax, which comprises the following steps:
mixing the film forming agent, the tackifier, the wax, the functional auxiliary agent and the filler, and heating and melting; stirring the obtained melt for 1-3 h.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the solid depilatory wax of the invention reasonably configures the raw material components, so that the obtained solid depilatory wax has lower melting point, simultaneously, the hydrogenated coconut oil and the hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer are innovatively adopted as functional additives to adjust the film forming agent, the film forming agent compounded by the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl alcohol terpolymer is adopted, the hydrogenated coconut oil and the hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer have no unsaturated bond, the film forming property of the compounded film forming agent can be adjusted by matching with the structural block, so that the solid depilatory wax still has excellent film forming property under the low temperature condition (40-45 ℃), is easy to permeate into the root of the hair to form a compact wax film with the hair, and the wax film has moderate ductility and flexibility, and can increase the retarding force between the hair and the wax film when peeling the skin, the hair is not easy to slip from the wax film, so that the grabbing and removing of the fine hair are improved, and meanwhile, the wax film is not easy to tear or break, so that a good complete wax film tearing and removing effect is achieved.
Therefore, the prepared solid depilatory wax can play an excellent depilatory effect at a low temperature, has a good depilatory effect on fine hair (such as lip fine hair), is low in formula irritation, not easy to cause allergy, moderate in softness, not easy to break, good in film forming, short in time required for melting, high in use efficiency and good in user experience, and is not easy to cause allergy.
Detailed Description
The solid epilatory wax of the invention and the method for its preparation are described in further detail below with reference to specific examples.
The embodiment of the invention provides a solid depilatory wax which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
wherein the functional aid comprises hydrogenated coconut oil and hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer;
the film forming agent comprises ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl alcohol terpolymer.
Based on the low use temperature and good hair removal rate which are difficult to be considered at the same time in the existing solid depilatory wax, particularly the removal rate of fine hair, the solid depilatory wax provided by the invention can still have excellent film forming property under the low temperature condition (40-45 ℃) by adopting a proper film forming agent to match, and utilizing hydrogenated coconut oil and hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer as functional auxiliaries to adjust the film forming agent, and the principle is as follows: the compounded film forming agent can better penetrate into the root of the hair under the assistance of the functional auxiliary agent, the adsorption to fine hair is enhanced, and the formed wax film is more compact, so that the hair is not easy to remove from the wax film during stripping, and the removal rate of the hair is further improved.
In addition, although the existing solid depilatory wax pays attention to the ductility of the wax film, the existing solid depilatory wax is still not ideal in the practical application process, and the reason why the existing solid depilatory wax still has difficulty in achieving a good fine hair removal effect is also one of the reasons. The solid depilatory wax provided by the invention has the advantages that through the optimization of the formula, the wax film has proper ductility and flexibility, and the hysteresis force between hairs and the wax film can be increased when the skin is peeled off, so that the hairs are not easy to slip from the wax film, and the grabbing and removing of the fine hairs are further improved.
In some preferred embodiments, the solid epilatory wax is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
in some preferred embodiments, the functional aid comprises hydrogenated coconut oil and hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer in a weight ratio of 1:5 to 20. More preferably, the weight ratio is controlled to be 1: 10-15.
In some preferred embodiments, the film forming agent comprises ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl alcohol terpolymer in a weight ratio of 1: 0.5-2. More preferably, the weight ratio is controlled to be 1: 1-2.
By further optimizing the raw material composition in the solid epilation wax formulation, a more excellent fine hair removal effect can be obtained.
In addition, the molecular weight of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl alcohol terpolymer in the film forming agent can be respectively controlled between 4 ten thousand and 5 ten thousand. Therefore, the proper viscosity of the film forming agent is obtained, the ductility and the toughness of the film layer are optimized, and the grabbing effect of the fine hair is improved.
Further, the tackifier is at least one selected from rosin resin, rosin glyceride, hydrogenated rosin resin, hydrogenated rosin glyceride, hydrogenated rosin methyl ester, disproportionated rosin, petroleum resin, hydrogenated petroleum resin, pentaerythritol ester and terpene resin. Preferably, the tackifier is rosin resin, rosin glycerol ester, hydrogenated rosin glycerol ester, and hydrogenated rosin methyl ester.
The rosin resin with compatibility is used as the tackifier, so that the toughness of the wax film can be optimized, the wax film is not easy to tear, and the residue is avoided while the fine hair grabbing effect is improved. Further preferably, the weight ratio of the rosin resin, the rosin glyceride, the hydrogenated rosin glyceride and the hydrogenated rosin methyl ester is 30-40: 8-15: 2-7: 1.
the wax is at least one selected from paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, vaseline, beeswax, wood wax, carnauba wax, montan wax, PE wax, PP wax, Fischer-Tropsch wax, palm wax, castor wax, wool wax, and silicon wax. Preferably, the wax is paraffin wax and silicone wax.
The compatible wax can coordinate the composition of the raw materials to ensure that the formed wax film is more compact. Further preferably, the weight ratio of the paraffin wax to the silicon wax is 2-7: 1.
The filler may be selected from at least one of mica powder, titanium dioxide, and zinc oxide. In some preferred embodiments, the filler is mica powder, titanium dioxide, and zinc oxide.
The zinc oxide, the mica powder and the titanium dioxide are used for synergism, so that the irritation, allergy and other factors of the rosin raw materials to the skin can be reduced. Further preferably, the weight ratio of the three components is 1: 4-8: 1.

This comparative example is an epilatory wax, using an epilatory wax formulation as disclosed in patent CN 105232359A.
Specifically, the depilatory wax is prepared from the following raw materials (in percentage by mass):
tackifier (10% of atactic polypropylene, 5% of polyisobutylene, 15% of atactic polystyrene), plasticizer (1% of mineral oil, 2% of methyl phthalate and 4% of ethyl phthalate), toughening agent (1% of propylene-butylene copolymer, 1% of ethylene-propylene copolymer and 2% of butylene-styrene copolymer), film forming agent (1% of ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, 2% of diisocyanate and 4% of triisocyanate), stabilizer (1% of bis (3, 5-tertiary butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) thioether, 1% of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and 2% of 2, 6-tertiary butyl-4-methylphenol), and the balance of wax (paraffin and polyethylene wax mixture with equal mass).
The preparation method of the depilatory wax comprises the following steps:
firstly, heating and melting wax substances, then adding the tackifier, the plasticizer, the flexibilizer, the film forming agent and the stabilizer, raising the temperature to 180 ℃, stirring at the rotating speed of 10 revolutions per minute, and after the raw materials are completely melted, mixing and stirring at the rotating speed of 30 revolutions per minute for 4 hours until the raw materials are uniformly mixed to obtain the wax.
Comparative example 4
This comparative example is an epilatory wax, using an epilatory wax formulation as disclosed in patent CN 108379120A.
Specifically, the depilatory wax is prepared from the following raw materials (in percentage by mass):
50% of rosin, 2% of hydrogenated rosin, 2% of glycerol hydrogenated rosin ester, 7% of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 9% of white beeswax, 28% of 40# paraffin and 2% of mineral oil.
The preparation method of the depilatory wax comprises the following steps:
dissolving the white beeswax and 40# paraffin in the mineral oil to obtain a first mixed solution; adding rosin, hydrogenated rosin and glycerol hydrogenated rosin ester into the first mixed solution, and heating to 120 ℃ to completely melt to obtain a second mixed solution; and adding the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer into the second mixed solution, stirring and homogenizing to obtain the composite material.
Comparative example 5
This comparative example is an epilatory wax, using an epilatory wax formulation as disclosed in patent CN 1868446A.
Specifically, the depilatory wax is prepared from the following raw materials (in parts by weight) and steps:
heating and mixing 8.8 parts of refined beeswax, 19.1 parts of microcrystalline wax, 14.6 parts of food-grade paraffin, 23 parts of petroleum resin, 30 parts of glyceryl monostearate, 1.1 parts of oil-soluble haematochrome and 2.1 parts of aloe extract uniformly, controlling the temperature to be 105 +/-5 ℃, adding 1.3 parts of A-100 titanium dioxide, and homogenizing and dispersing for 10min to obtain the aloe wax.
Performance testing of examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-5:
the user: women with fine lips, divided into 12 groups of 3 persons, were each deprived of fine lips by using the depilatory wax of examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-5, respectively.
The using method comprises the following steps: heating the depilatory wax to the use temperature to melt, coating the depilatory wax on the part with fine hairs on the lips, keeping for 15 minutes, and tearing off. The temperature, melting time and depilation rate of each user were recorded and the average value was taken for each set of data. The results are shown in table 1:

In addition, in order to improve the convenience of using the solid epilatory wax, the solid epilatory wax was melted by heating in a microwave oven (all with high fire), and the results are shown in table 2:
