Abstract
本发明公开了一种电子辐照改性阻尼涂料,包括以下重量份的组分:聚氨酯乳液40~60份,丙烯酸乳液10~25份,云母粉15~40份,阻燃剂5~20份,防锈乳液5~20份,消泡剂2~5份,和交联敏化剂0.5~5份。制备方法包括:(1)将聚氨酯乳液和丙烯酸乳液混合并搅拌,然后加入消泡剂,继续搅拌,得到分散剂;(2)向分散剂中加入云母粉、阻燃剂、防锈乳液,经分散后,得未辐照的阻尼涂料;(3)向未辐照的阻尼涂料中加入交联敏化剂后进行电子辐照改性,得到电子辐照改性阻尼涂料。本发明具有环保、高阻尼、高阻燃性的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于环境工程技术领域,具体涉及一种电子辐照改性阻尼涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代技术的发展和社会机械化程度加深,振动和噪声的危害日益突出,在金属结构上涂覆一层阻尼涂料,如管道、设备外壳、金属声屏障表面等,是抑制结构振动、降低噪声的一种常用的有效措施。常用阻尼材料是高分子阻尼材料,它是利用高聚物的粘弹性,由分子链运动产生的内摩擦将外场作用(机械振动和声振动)的能量转变为热能耗散掉,从而达到减振降噪的目的。但常用的阻尼涂料阻燃性能较差,限制了其在某些防火要求较高的场合下的应用。在涂料中添加阻燃剂虽然可以提高其阻燃性,但阻燃效率较低,且过多的阻燃剂成分将会牺牲其该有的阻尼性能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种环保、高阻尼、高阻燃性的电子辐照改性阻尼涂料及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种电子辐照改性阻尼涂料,包括以下重量份的组分:

所述交联敏化剂为三聚氰酸三烯丙酯、三聚异氰尿酸三烯丙酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯中的一种或者多种。
所述聚氨酯乳液为水性聚氨酯乳液。
所述丙烯酸乳液为水性丙烯酸乳液。
所述云母粉粒径≤5微米。
作为一个总的发明构思,本发明还提供一种前述的电子辐照改性阻尼涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯乳液和丙烯酸乳液混合并搅拌,然后加入消泡剂,继续搅拌,得到分散剂;
(2)向分散剂中加入云母粉、阻燃剂、防锈乳液,经分散后,得未辐照的阻尼涂料;
(3)向未辐照的阻尼涂料中加入交联敏化剂后进行电子辐照改性,得到电子辐照改性阻尼涂料。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述步骤(3)中,所述电子辐照改性的电子束能量1~10MeV,辐照剂量为1~150kGy。
所述步骤(1)中,加入消泡剂前,所述搅拌的速度为1000转/min~1200转/min,所述搅拌的时间为25min~35min;加入消泡剂后,所述搅拌的速度为200转/min~300转/min,所述搅拌的时间为25min~35min。
所述步骤(2)中,所述分散为球磨分散,所述分散的时间为60min~90min。
本发明的机理如下:
本发明的电子辐照改性阻尼涂料采用具有内交联结构的聚氨酯乳液和具有聚合作用的丙烯酸乳液为主剂,以云母粉为阻尼功能填料,保证了阻尼性能,在交联敏化剂的作用下,通过电子辐照改性,利用辐照的射线有很强的穿透能力,穿透到原料内部进行“加工”,使原料之间产生交联和接枝反应,增强电子辐照改性阻尼涂料的阻燃性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本发明的阻尼涂料及其制备方法,在不增加阻燃剂成分的情况下,通过电子辐照改性,满足高阻尼和高阻燃性的性能要求。
(2)本发明的阻尼涂料绿色环保,不含有毒有机溶剂,且无二次污染。

以下结合具体优选的实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但并不因此而限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:
一种本实施例的电子辐照改性阻尼涂料,原料包括以下重量份的组分:聚氨酯乳液50份,丙烯酸乳液20份,云母粉30份,阻燃剂15份,防锈乳液10份,消泡剂2份,交联敏化剂2份。其中云母粉粒径≤5微米。
本实施例中,聚氨酯乳液采用上海思盛聚合物材料有限公司的PUD-C1217水性聚氨酯乳液;丙烯酸乳液采用韩国韩华水性丙烯酸乳液R-20型。
本实施例中,消泡剂采用德丰化工有限公司的水性厚浆涂料消泡剂DF-8202型,阻燃剂采用青岛联美化工有限公司的LM-8001型涂料用阻燃剂,所述防锈乳液为北京东联化工有限公司生产的DL-1065防锈乳液。
本实施例中,交联敏化剂采用三聚异氰尿酸三烯丙酯(TAIC),在其他实施例中,交联敏化剂采用三聚异氰尿酸三烯丙酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯中的一种或者多种,均可取得相同或相似的技术效果。
如图1所示,一种上述本实施例电子辐照改性的阻尼涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分散剂的配制:
启动乳液搅拌分散器,向其中依次加入50重量份的聚氨酯乳液、20重量份的丙烯酸乳液,充分搅拌30分钟,搅拌速度为1000转/min,然后加入2重量份的消泡剂,降低搅拌速度至200转/min,继续搅拌30分钟,得到以聚氨酯乳液和丙烯酸乳液为主的分散剂。
(2)填料与助剂的加入与调漆:
将步骤(1)得到的分散剂加入球磨罐中,再向球磨罐中依次加入30重量份的云母粉、15重量份的阻燃剂和10重量份的防锈乳液。开动球磨机,球磨分散60min后,出料,得到未辐照的阻尼涂料。
(3)电子辐照改性
将步骤(2)得到的未辐照的阻尼涂料放置在平板容器中,加入2重量份的交联敏化剂,制成辐照样品进行电子辐照改性,电子束能量设置为2MeV,样品总辐照剂量10KGy,即得到电子辐照改性阻尼涂料。
实施例2:
一种本实施例的电子辐照改性阻尼涂料,原料包括以下重量份的组分:聚氨酯乳液50份,丙烯酸乳液20份,云母粉填料30份,阻燃剂15份,防锈乳液10份,消泡剂2份,交联敏化剂5份。其中云母粉粒径≤5微米。
本实施例中,聚氨酯乳液采用上海思盛聚合物材料有限公司的PUD-C1217水性聚氨酯乳液;丙烯酸乳液采用韩国韩华水性丙烯酸乳液R-20型。
本实施例中,消泡剂采用德丰化工有限公司的水性厚浆涂料消泡剂DF-8202型,阻燃剂采用青岛联美化工有限公司的LM-8001型涂料用阻燃剂,所述防锈乳液为北京东联化工有限公司生产的DL-1065防锈乳液。

对比例1:
一种本对比例的阻尼涂料,原料包括以下重量份的组分:聚氨酯乳液50份,丙烯酸乳液20份,云母粉30份,阻燃剂15份,防锈乳液10份,消泡剂2份,交联敏化剂2份。其中云母粉粒径≤5微米。
本对比例中,聚氨酯乳液采用上海思盛聚合物材料有限公司的PUD-C1217水性聚氨酯乳液;丙烯酸乳液采用韩国韩华水性丙烯酸乳液R-20型。

作为对比试验,本对比例中未对步骤(2)所得阻尼涂料进行电子辐照改性。
表1为实施例1、实施例2和对比例1制备的阻尼涂料在不同温度下的阻尼因子和阻燃性能的测试结果。由表1可知,在阻尼涂料的配方不变的情况下,改变电子辐照的能量和剂量,辐照后的涂料阻尼性能改变不大,但是阻燃性能有所改变。因此针对不同配比的阻尼涂料,为最大程度地改善其阻燃性能,应对电子辐照能量和剂量有所要求。

6.一种根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的电子辐照改性阻尼涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯乳液和丙烯酸乳液混合并搅拌,然后加入消泡剂,继续搅拌,得到分散剂;
(2)向分散剂中加入云母粉、阻燃剂、防锈乳液,经分散后,得未辐照的阻尼涂料;

7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,加入消泡剂前,所述搅拌的速度为1000转/min~1200转/min,所述搅拌的时间为25min~35min;加入消泡剂后,所述搅拌的速度为200转/min~300转/min,所述搅拌的时间为25min~35min。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中,所述分散为球磨分散,所述分散的时间为60min~90min。
