Safety disengaging device for automobile object shielding curtain frame and mounting hole
Technical Field
The invention relates to an installation technology between an automobile and a shielding curtain, in particular to a safety disengaging device for a shielding curtain frame and an installation hole of the automobile, which has a simple and practical structure and can play a role in buffering and disengaging when necessary.
Background
Along with the development of society, private cars are more and more, the space of the vehicles is also more and more, and particularly, the rear side of a rear seat of an SUV vehicle is generally provided with an object shielding curtain which is placed in a trunk of the vehicle when not in use, when the vehicle is in use, telescopic mounting heads at two ends of the object shielding curtain are mounted in mounting holes at two sides of the vehicle, and the curtain is stretched to be buckled at the rear end of the vehicle, so that objects of the trunk can be shielded, and lighter objects can be placed on the curtain, so that the vehicle is attractive and practical. Various object shielding curtains exist in the market, but different technologies are used for perfecting the structure and the practicability of the object shielding curtain. The curtain frame of the object shielding curtain is in a relatively slender tubular shape, and is easy to break when being extruded excessively by the adjustment of the rear seat.
The application number 201821518188 discloses a slidingtype car hides thing curtain, including the outer tube, be connected with big cloth curtain on the outer tube, big cloth curtain is connected with limit cloth curtain, be provided with the locating lever between big cloth curtain and the limit cloth curtain, connect two little cloth curtains on the outer tube, little cloth curtain one and little cloth curtain two, the connected mode between two little cloth curtains and the outer tube is, be fixed with two draw-in grooves on the outer tube, draw-in groove one and draw-in groove two, be fixed with the copper wire one on the little cloth curtain one, be fixed with the copper wire two on the little cloth curtain two, the copper wire one penetrates draw-in groove one, the copper wire two penetrates draw-in groove two, both ends of draw-in groove one and draw-in groove two all set up spacing outer closing cap. Although two small curtain cloth are buckled and connected with the back row seat, the distance between the object shielding curtain and the back row seat is increased, the object shielding curtain is provided with a rolling shaft, curtain cloth and the like in the front and the back, and the structure and the cost are high.
The existing object shielding curtain is fixed after being installed in the installation holes on two sides of an automobile, and if the automobile is suddenly braked or collided, the existing object shielding curtain is extruded in front, and the object shielding curtain is easy to break. Therefore, it is considered necessary and reasonable for those skilled in the art to design a shade that can slide backward to provide a cushioning and release function.

The vehicle shade frame 6 is a well-established technology and the invention is not described in any great detail. When the curtain cloth 64 in the automobile curtain cloth 6 is stretched and buckled at the rear end of the automobile 7, if articles are placed on the curtain cloth 64 under the action of the torsion spring, the automobile curtain cloth 6 naturally forms opposite backward pulling force.
However, the pressing force of the back of the rear seat 8 when the seat back is excessively adjusted rearward when sitting on a person and other crash forces in an emergency are relatively large.
The hardness of the telescopic spring 65 arranged between the main curtain frame 61 and the telescopic mounting head 62 or the telescopic mounting head B63 and the angle of the rear mounting hole angle C and the rear mounting head angle D can directly influence the release force of the automobile curtain frame 6 sliding backwards in the curtain mounting holes on the two sides; the disengagement force is greater than the natural opposing rearward pulling force of the vehicle curtain frame 6 and less than the crash force of the rear seat 8 in the event of an emergency.
The technology of the invention is very simple and practical, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the telescopic mounting head 62 is singly provided with a rear sliding angle surface 11 of the mounting head, and the mounting hole 1 of the shielding curtain is a normal straight hole.
