Abstract
The invention provides a display screen protective film. The display screen protective film comprises a base material layer, a semitransparent pattern layer and a protective layer which are sequentially arranged, wherein a semitransparent pattern is arranged on one side of the semitransparent pattern layer. The display screen protective film disclosed by the invention is attached to the surface of the display screen when in use, light emitted by the display screen is emitted into eyes of a user through the display screen protective film when the display screen normally displays, so that the display effect of the screen cannot be influenced, and when the display screen is in an off state, external light is reflected into the eyes of the user through the semitransparent patterns, so that the user can watch the corresponding patterns, and the display screen protective film has multiple functions and high attractiveness.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of protective films, in particular to a protective film of a display screen.
Background
With the change of science and technology, the living standard of people is continuously improved, and electronic equipment including mobile phones and tablet computers is more and more popular. The electronic equipment is mostly provided with the display screen with the touch function, the display screen with the touch function not only has the characteristics of large display size, bright display color and capability of remarkably improving the visual experience of a user, but also has the touch function of enabling the user to directly carry out touch-control human-computer interaction with the display screen to complete the receiving and feedback of information, so that the operation of the human-computer interaction is simpler, more convenient and more intuitive.
However, the display screen with touch function has the above advantages and also has the problem of being fragile as a whole, specifically, the display screen with touch function has poor pressure resistance and wear resistance, and is easily broken and scratched during use, and the like, while the display screen with touch function has high cost, and a lot of time and money are required for repairing or replacing the display screen with damage.
In order to solve the above problems, in the prior art, a protective film is often attached to a display screen of an electronic device, and when the electronic device is used, information is input to the display screen by touching the protective film, and contents displayed on the display screen are transmitted through the protective film and then are incident on human eyes. The display screen protective film is generally made of organic materials or glass, can protect the display screen in the using process, and can effectively avoid the problems that the display screen is broken and scraped due to external force.
Among the prior art, the protection film attached on the display screen generally adopts the preparation of full transparent material, does not set up any pattern wherein, only has the function of carrying out the protection to the display screen, and the function is single, and aesthetic property is relatively poor, can't satisfy people's aesthetic diversified demand growing day by day. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a display screen protective film to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a display screen protective film which has multiple functions and higher aesthetic property.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a display screen protective film, which comprises a substrate layer, a semitransparent pattern layer and a protective layer, which are sequentially arranged; one side of the semitransparent pattern layer is provided with a semitransparent pattern.
The display screen protective film further comprises an oleophobic layer arranged on one side of the protective layer far away from the semitransparent pattern layer.
The oleophobic layer covers the peripheral edges of the substrate layer, the semitransparent pattern layer and the protective layer.
The display screen protective film also comprises a hardening layer arranged between the oil-phobic layer and the protective layer.
The protective layer is made of toughened glass, PET or TPU;
the base material layer is made of PET or TPU.
And one side of the protective layer, which is far away from the semitransparent pattern layer, is a plane or a curved surface.
The display screen protective film further comprises an optical adhesive layer arranged between the semitransparent pattern layer and the base material layer, a transparent silica gel layer arranged on the base material layer and far away from one side of the semitransparent pattern layer, and a release film arranged on the transparent silica gel layer and far away from one side of the base material layer.
The translucent pattern is made by screen printing, laser engraving, printing, electroplating or an etching frosting process.
The semitransparent pattern layer comprises a window area and a frame area positioned outside the window area; the translucent pattern is located within the window area.
The part of the semitransparent pattern layer in the frame area has color, and the part of the semitransparent pattern layer in the window area has color or is colorless.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the display screen protective film comprises a base material layer, a semitransparent pattern layer and a protective layer which are sequentially arranged, wherein one side of the semitransparent pattern layer is provided with a semitransparent pattern. The display screen protective film disclosed by the invention is attached to the surface of the display screen when in use, light emitted by the display screen is emitted into eyes of a user through the display screen protective film when the display screen normally displays, so that the display effect of the screen cannot be influenced, and when the display screen is in an off state, external light is reflected into the eyes of the user through the semitransparent patterns, so that the user can watch the corresponding patterns, and the display screen protective film has multiple functions and high attractiveness.

To further illustrate the technical means and effects of the present invention, the following detailed description is given with reference to the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a display screen protective film, which includes a substrate layer 10, a semitransparent pattern layer 20 and a protective layer 30 sequentially disposed. One side of the translucent pattern layer 20 is provided with a translucent pattern 21.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the display screen protective film further includes an oleophobic layer 40 disposed on a side of the protective layer 30 away from the translucent pattern layer 20, where the oleophobic layer can prevent fingerprints and dirt from remaining on the surface of the display screen protective film when the display screen protective film is used, and increase the smoothness of the surface of the display screen protective film, so that the display screen protective film has a better touch operation effect.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1, the oil-repellent layer 40 covers the peripheral edges of the substrate layer 10, the translucent pattern layer 20 and the protective layer 30.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the display screen protective film further includes a hardening layer 50 disposed between the oil-repellent layer 40 and the protective layer 30 for enhancing the hardness of the display screen protective film as a whole.
Specifically, the side of the protection layer 30 away from the translucent pattern layer 20 may be a plane or a curved surface, and in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the side of the protection layer 30 away from the translucent pattern layer 20 is a plane.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the display screen protective film further includes an optical adhesive layer 60 disposed between the translucent pattern layer 20 and the substrate layer 10, a transparent silicone layer 70 disposed on a side of the substrate layer 10 away from the translucent pattern layer 20, and a release film 80 disposed on a side of the transparent silicone layer 70 away from the substrate layer 10. This optical adhesive layer 60 is used for bonding substrate layer 10 and translucent pattern layer 20, and transparent silica gel layer 70 is used for pasting with the surface of display screen when display screen protection film uses to have the automatic exhaust function that adsorbs, should be used for protecting transparent silica gel layer 70 from type membrane 80, need tear this from type membrane 80 during the use, from type membrane 80 can have the colour, also can print the pattern.
Specifically, the material of the protective layer 30 is tempered glass, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU), or other materials commonly used in the prior art as a film layer having a protective function in a display screen protective film.
Specifically, the material of the substrate layer 10 is PET or TPU. Further, the substrate layer 10 may be manufactured by using the prior art as a substrate layer having a blue light resisting function, a substrate layer having an anti-peeping function (for example, the content displayed through the display screen protective film cannot be seen clearly when the viewing angle is deviated by more than 30 degrees from the front viewing angle), and a substrate layer having a mirror surface function, and the substrate layer 10 may be transparent or may be colored in a translucent manner.
Specifically, the translucent pattern 21 is made by screen printing, laser engraving, printing, plating, or etching sanding process.
Further, the specific manufacturing method of the translucent pattern 21 is as follows: the translucent pattern 21 is formed by screen printing, laser engraving, printing, electroplating or etching and frosting on one side of a substrate made of tempered glass, PET, TPU or other materials commonly used in the prior art as a film layer having a protective function in a display screen protective film, so as to form a translucent pattern layer 20 having the translucent pattern 21 on one side.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the semitransparent pattern layer 20 includes a window area 22 and a frame area 23 located outside the window area 22. The translucent pattern 21 is located in the window area 22. The portion of the translucent pattern layer 20 in the border area 23 has a color, and the portion of the translucent pattern layer 20 in the window area 22 has a color or is colorless.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, after the display screen protective film 1 of the present invention is attached to the display screen 9, as shown in fig. 2, when the display screen 9 performs normal display, light emitted from the display screen 9 can pass through the translucent pattern 21 in the translucent pattern layer 20, and the translucent pattern 21 can not block the light emitted from the display screen 9, so that after the light passing through the display screen protective film 1 is incident on human eyes, a user can not observe the translucent pattern 21, and thus the normal display of the display screen 9 is not affected, as shown in fig. 3, when the display screen 9 is in an off state, the translucent pattern 21 can reflect external light to be absorbed into human eyes, so that a contrast is formed between a region where the translucent pattern 21 is located and other regions, so that the user can view corresponding patterns, and thus the existence of the translucent pattern 21 can display contents when the display screen 9 is in the off state, therefore, the function of the display screen protective film is increased, the aesthetic property of the display screen protective film is improved, in addition, when the semitransparent pattern 21 is manufactured by adopting an electroplating process, the semitransparent pattern 21 can generate a mirror surface effect when the display screen 9 is in an off state so as to be used as a mirror, and the function of the display screen protective film is further increased.
In summary, the display screen protective film of the invention includes the substrate layer, the semitransparent pattern layer and the protective layer which are sequentially arranged, and one side of the semitransparent pattern layer is provided with the semitransparent pattern. The display screen protective film disclosed by the invention is attached to the surface of the display screen when in use, light emitted by the display screen is emitted into eyes of a user through the display screen protective film when the display screen normally displays, so that the display effect of the screen cannot be influenced, and when the display screen is in an off state, external light is reflected into the eyes of the user through the semitransparent patterns, so that the user can watch the corresponding patterns, and the display screen protective film has multiple functions and high attractiveness.
As described above, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that other various changes and modifications may be made based on the technical solution and concept of the present invention, and all such changes and modifications are intended to fall within the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (4)
1. The display screen protective film is characterized by comprising a base material layer (10), a semitransparent pattern layer (20) and a protective layer (30) which are sequentially arranged; one side of the semitransparent pattern layer (20) is provided with a semitransparent pattern (21);
the semi-transparent pattern layer (20) comprises a window area (22) and a frame area (23) positioned outside the window area (22); the translucent pattern (21) is located within a window area (22);
the semitransparent pattern (21) is manufactured through an electroplating process;
the part of the semitransparent pattern layer (20) in the frame area (23) has color, and the part of the semitransparent pattern layer (20) in the window area (22) has color or is colorless;
the display screen protective film also comprises an oil-repellent layer (40) arranged on one side of the protective layer (30) far away from the semitransparent pattern layer (20);
the oil drainage layer (40) covers the peripheral edges of the base material layer (10), the semitransparent pattern layer (20) and the protective layer (30);
the display screen protective film also comprises a hardening layer (50) arranged between the oil-phobic layer (40) and the protective layer (30).
2. The display screen protective film of claim 1, wherein the material of the protective layer (30) is tempered glass, PET or TPU;
the base material layer (10) is made of PET or TPU.
3. The display screen protective film according to claim 1, wherein a side of the protective layer (30) remote from the translucent pattern layer (20) is a plane or a curved surface.

The display screen protective film according to claim 1, further comprising an optical adhesive layer (60) provided between the translucent pattern layer (20) and the substrate layer (10), a transparent silicone layer (70) provided on a side of the substrate layer (10) away from the translucent pattern layer (20), and a release film (80) provided on a side of the transparent silicone layer (70) away from the substrate layer (10).
