本发明属于产品包装周转设备技术领域,特别是一种两轮车周转固定架。
背景技术
两轮车是摩托车、自行车和电动自行车的统称,其作为便捷的个人交通工具被广泛使用,大批的两轮车从制造厂输送到销售地需要进行包装。现有两轮车的周转固定架,如摩托车通常采用木托盘制成结合泡沫来稳定,然后装入纸箱辅助支撑,或者铁制框架结合纸箱辅助支撑;其中,采用纸箱包装的成本较高,且面积较大,包装不可靠,容易变形;铁制框架的占用体积较大,不便于回收使用;此外,现有的周转固定架对于不同型号的两轮车的适用性较差,使用多有不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种两轮车周转固定件,使其适用不同型号两轮车的周转固定,并方便收纳、回收。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种两轮车周转固定架,包括:
底框架;
安装板,可移动的布置在所述底框架上,所述的安装板上铰接一支撑件,所述的支撑件可转动至与所述安装板平齐的收纳位,或转动至与所述安装板垂直用于托撑两轮车后段车身的工作位;
斜撑梁,设置在所述底框架上,且该斜撑梁的长度方向与所述安装板的移动方向呈一夹角。
优选的,所述的两轮车周转固定架还包括:
立柱,所述立柱的柱身上铰接一连接杆,所述连接杆的另一端设有连接孔用于固定在所述底框架的侧部,或固定在所述立柱的柱身上;
套管,设置在所述底框架的四角位置;
其中,所述立柱翻转至水平位置时贴靠在所述底框架的上方且该连接杆的悬伸端固定在所述立柱的柱身上,或所述的立柱翻转至竖直位置时插置到所述的套管内,且该连接杆的悬伸端固定在所述底框架的侧部。
优选的,位于底框架一侧的立柱之间设有边框横梁,所述的边框横梁设有两根且在两根边框横梁之间设有边框内撑。
优选的,所述的底框架包括纵梁及覆盖在所述纵梁上的托撑板;所述的纵梁包括三段,且在相邻纵梁的端部设有中架形管,所述中架形管的长度方向与所述纵梁的长度方向相垂直。
优选的,所述底框架的上方设有两平行间隔布置的型管,两型管的相对侧面上设有沿型管长度方向间隔布置的销孔,所述的安装板整体呈“S”形且其板身贴靠型管的管身和底框架,并沿两型管的长度方向滑动,所述的安装板临近型管的板面上还设有通孔供销钉插置固定到所述的销孔内。
优选的,所述的支撑件包括一横管及所述横管两端向上延伸的立管,立管的上端设有托撑座用于托撑两轮车的后段车身;
所述的横管经由铰链固定在所述安装板上,所述的安装板上设有一锁座,锁座上设有一拨杆用于锁紧所述支撑件的工作位。
优选的,所述的两轮车周转固定架还包括:
圆钢插,设置于所述底框架上且临近斜撑梁和安装板布置,供束绳绑缚两轮车的前后车轮。
优选的,所述的两轮车周转固定架还包括:
立柱脚,设置在所述底框架的四角位置,所述的立柱脚具有一开口指向向下的凹腔。

本发明提供的两轮车周转固定架,通过将支撑件设置在安装板上,且安装板可移动的设置在底框架上,方便调节其与斜撑梁的相对距离,如此,该底框架可适合不同规格尺寸的两轮车,提高了该两轮车周转固定架的使用范围;
本发明中,该支撑件可转动的布置在安装板上,节省了占用空间,方便了该两轮处周转固定架的回收利用。

结合图1、2所示,本发明提供了一种两轮车周转固定架,包括底框架10、安装板20和斜撑梁40。所述的底框架10是该两轮车周转固定架的基础,所述的安装板20可移动的布置在所述底框架10上,所述的安装板20上铰接一支撑件30,所述的支撑件30可转动至与所述安装板20平齐的收纳位,或转动至与所述安装板20垂直用于托撑两轮车后段车身的工作位;所述的斜撑梁40设置在所述底框架10上,且该斜撑梁40的长度方向与所述安装板20的移动方向呈一夹角。
本发明中,所述的斜撑梁40作为两车轮前轮的托撑组件,用于放置两轮车的前轮,所述斜撑梁40的长度方向与所述安装板20的移动方向呈一夹角,如此,两轮车的方向可稍微偏转使前轮搭靠在斜撑梁40内,呈现出较为两轮车稳定的姿势;所述的支撑件30设置在安装板20上,且该安装板20可移动的布置在底框架10上,如此,可以方便的调节其与所述斜撑梁40的相对距离,从而能够适应不同型号的两轮车的周转固定;另外,如图1所示,本发明中,所述的支撑件30转动至与所述安装板20垂直时支撑两轮车,如图2所示,支撑件30转动至与所述安装板20平齐时处于收纳位置,节省了占用空间,方便了该两轮车周转固定架的回收利用。
进一步的,根据本发明,所述的两轮车周转固定架还包括立柱50和套管52,所述立柱50的柱身上铰接一连接杆51,所述连接杆51的另一端设有连接孔511用于固定在所述底框架10的侧部,或固定在所述立柱50的柱身上;所述的套管52设置在所述底框架10的四角位置,所述立柱50翻转至水平位置时贴靠在所述底框架10的上方且该连接杆51的悬伸端固定在所述立柱50的柱身上,或所述的立柱50翻转至竖直位置时插置到所述的套管52内,且该连接杆51的悬伸端固定在所述底框架10的侧部。
在具体的使用过程中,将立柱50的下端插置在套管52内,然后将连接杆51另一端的连接孔511套接固定在底框架10的侧部,实现该立柱50的固定;而在两轮车周转固定架回收、转运的过程中,将连接杆51另一端的连接孔511从底框架10的侧部拆下,然后固定到该立柱50的柱身上,接着将立柱50的下端从套管52中拔出,整个立柱50放置在底框架10的上方即可。如此,节省了空间,方便了两轮车周转固定架的回收、转运。
结合图5所示,作为该连接杆51连接固定在立柱50柱身上的实施方式,所述的立柱50上设有一销杆501,所述销杆501的杆身向远离立柱50柱身的方向自由延伸,且在所述销杆501的悬伸端部铰接一锁销502,所述的锁销502可转动至其销身与所述销杆501的杆身方向相一致供所述的连接孔511套置,且在连接孔511套置到销杆501的杆身时,所述的锁销502转动使其无法脱出,以此完成连接杆51在立柱50上的固定;基于同样的道理,所述底框架10的侧部也设置有销杆501和锁销502以实现连接杆51的快速固定或拆除。
进一步的,根据本发明,位于底框架10一侧的立柱50之间设有边框横梁53,所述的边框横梁53设有两根且在两根边框横梁53之间设有边框内撑54。也即,位于同一侧的两个立柱50连接为一体的结构,如此,两个立柱50作为一整体进行安装或拆卸,省时、方便,且摊放在底框架10的上方也较为稳定。
本发明中,所述的底框架10包括纵梁11及覆盖在所述纵梁11上的托撑板12;所述的纵梁11包括三段,且在相邻纵梁11的端部设有中架形管13,所述中架形管13的长度方向与所述纵梁11的长度方向相垂直。所述中架形管13的设置是为了方便叉车进行叉起转移,将所述的纵梁11分成三段,并将所述的中架形管13设置在两相邻纵梁11的端部,使得整体结构布置的更为紧凑,占用体积小;并且,该结构相比于使用一段纵梁而将中架形管13设置在纵梁11下端的方式,避免了纵梁的部分悬空状态,确保了整体结构的稳定性。
本发明中,所述底框架10的上方设有两平行间隔布置的型管14,两型管14的相对侧面上设有沿型管14长度方向间隔布置的销孔141,所述的安装板20整体呈“S”形且其板身贴靠型管14的管身和底框架10,并沿两型管14的长度方向滑动,所述的安装板20临近型管14的板面上还设有通孔201供销钉(图中未示出)插置固定到所述的销孔141内。
进一步的,所述的支撑件30包括一横管31及所述横管31两端向上延伸的立管32,立管32的上端设有托撑座33用于托撑两轮车的后段车身;
所述的横管31经由铰链34固定在所述安装板20上,所述的安装板20上设有一锁座21,锁座21上设有一拨杆35用于锁紧所述支撑件30的工作位。
作为该锁座21的具体实施方式,结合图3、4所示,临近锁座21的立管32上设置有插孔,且在拨杆35向外拨出时其端部与处于收纳位的支撑件30处于避让位置,或在所述支撑件30翻转至工作位时,所述的拨杆35向内拨动并插置到所述的插孔内。
根据本发明,所述的两轮车周转固定架还包括圆钢插60,所述的圆钢插60设置于所述底框架10上且临近斜撑梁40和安装板20布置,供束绳绑缚两轮车的前后车轮,具体的,结合图1中所示,该圆钢插60包括多根设置在底框架10上的圆管,如此,方便固定前后轮的束绳的绑缚固定。
根据本发明,所述的两轮车周转固定架还包括立柱脚15,所述的立柱脚15设置在所述底框架10的四角位置,所述的立柱脚15具有一开口指向向下的凹腔,如此,在多个处于收纳状态的两轮车周转固定架处于堆码叠放的时候,该立柱脚15可罩在所述套管52的上端,确保堆码叠放的稳定性。

2.根据权利要求1所述的两轮车周转固定架,其特征在于,还包括:
立柱(50),所述立柱(50)的柱身上铰接一连接杆(51),所述连接杆(51)的另一端设有连接孔(511)用于固定在所述底框架(10)的侧部,或固定在所述立柱(50)的柱身上;
套管(52),设置在所述底框架(10)的四角位置;
其中,所述立柱(50)翻转至水平位置时贴靠在所述底框架(10)的上方且该连接杆(51)的悬伸端固定在所述立柱(50)的柱身上,或所述的立柱(50)翻转至竖直位置时插置到所述的套管(52)内,且该连接杆(51)的悬伸端固定在所述底框架(10)的侧部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的两轮车周转固定架,其特征在于,位于底框架(10)一侧的立柱(50)之间设有边框横梁(53),所述的边框横梁(53)设有两根且在两根边框横梁(53)之间设有边框内撑(54)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的两轮车周转固定架,其特征在于,所述的底框架(10)包括纵梁(11)及覆盖在所述纵梁(11)上的托撑板(12);所述的纵梁(11)包括三段,且在相邻纵梁(11)的端部设有中架形管(13),所述中架形管(13)的长度方向与所述纵梁(11)的长度方向相垂直。
5.根据权利要求1所述的两轮车周转固定架,其特征在于,所述底框架(10)的上方设有两平行间隔布置的型管(14),两型管(14)的相对侧面上设有沿型管(14)长度方向间隔布置的销孔(141),所述的安装板(20)整体呈“S”形且其板身贴靠型管(14)的管身和底框架(10),并沿两型管(14)的长度方向滑动,所述的安装板(20)临近型管(14)的板面上还设有通孔(201)供销钉插置固定到所述的销孔(141)内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的两轮车周转固定架,其特征在于,所述的支撑件(30)包括一横管(31)及所述横管(31)两端向上延伸的立管(32),立管(32)的上端设有托撑座(33)用于托撑两轮车的后段车身;
所述的横管(31)经由铰链(34)固定在所述安装板(20)上,所述的安装板(20)上设有一锁座(21),锁座(21)上设有一拨杆(35)用于锁紧所述支撑件(30)的工作位。
7.根据权利要求1所述的两轮车周转固定架,其特征在于,还包括:
圆钢插(60),设置于所述底框架(10)上且临近斜撑梁(40)和安装板(20)布置,供束绳绑缚两轮车的前后车轮。
8.根据权利要求1所述的两轮车周转固定架,其特征在于,还包括:
立柱脚(15),设置在所述底框架(10)的四角位置,所述的立柱脚(15)具有一开口指向向下的凹腔。
