Detailed Description
First, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are merely for explaining the technical principles of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the following embodiments are explained in conjunction with a washing machine, this is not limitative, and the technical solution of the present invention is equally applicable to other laundry treating apparatuses, such as a shoe washing machine, a spin dryer, a washing and drying machine, etc., without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the terms "first", "second" and "third" in the description of the present invention are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
The existing washing machine pointed out based on the background technology can not effectively realize the emergency function, thereby meeting the problem of emergency demand of users. The invention provides an emergency control method for a washing machine, and aims to provide multiple emergency modes for a user, so that various emergency requirements of the user are met, and user experience is improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the emergency control method of the present invention includes the following steps: receiving an urgent demand of a user in a process of executing a laundry treatment program; and providing a plurality of emergency modes for the user to select according to the emergency requirements of the user. The manner in which the washing machine receives the urgent need of the user may be that the user operates a button on a control panel of the washing machine, or that the user touches a display screen on the control panel of the washing machine, or that the user directly sends an urgent command to a control system of the washing machine through a mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone or a tablet computer). Those skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific manner of receiving the urgent need of the user in practical applications as long as the washing machine can be enabled to receive the urgent need of the user.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, when the washing machine receives an urgent need of a user, it first determines whether the urgent need is reasonable, and if the urgent need is reasonable, a normal urgent mode is directly executed; if the urgent need is unreasonable, the following three urgent modes can be provided for the user to select, specifically, the urgent mode, the delay urgent mode and the time-saving urgent mode are provided for the user to select. The forced emergency mode refers to that the washing machine strictly performs emergency processing according to the requirements of the user, for example, before judging whether the emergency requirements are reasonable or not, the user sets the maximum waiting time to be T, the time for the washing machine to perform relevant program adjustment is A, and the washing machine performs the rest operation according to a first time value T-A; the delayed emergency mode is that the washing machine delays the time N again to ensure the effect of clothes treatment on the basis of emergency requirements of the user, and then the washing machine executes the rest operation according to the second time value T + N-A, so that the washing effect of the clothes can be ensured to be considered to the maximum extent, for example, in one situation, the delayed emergency mode is selected to ensure that the clothes can not drip; the time-saving emergency mode means that the washing machine can meet the further emergency requirements of the user on the basis of the emergency requirements of the user, for example, if the user is in emergency or needs to deal with other things, and the time-saving time M is set, the washing machine can execute the rest operation according to the third time value T-M-A, so that the user can have more time. The program adjustment time a is a time required for the washing machine to perform the program adjustment when the user makes an urgent request.
The delay time and the time-saving time may be time input by a user or time set by a system.
Preferably, the step of "determining if the emergency demand is reasonable" comprises: acquiring the running time of the current operation of the washing machine, the limit running time of the current operation and the limit running time of the remaining operation; whether the emergency demand is reasonable is determined according to the maximum waiting time, the operated time of the current operation, the limit operating time of the current operation, and the limit operating time of the remaining operation. In practical applications, it may be determined whether the emergency demand is reasonable by comparing the already running time of the current operation with the limit running time of the current operation.
The specific steps of the judging process comprise that if the running time of the current operation is greater than or equal to the limit running time of the current operation, whether the maximum waiting time is greater than or equal to the limit running time of the rest operation is further judged, if yes, the emergency requirement is reasonable, and if not, the emergency requirement is unreasonable; and if the running time of the current operation is less than the limit running time of the current operation, further judging whether the maximum waiting time is more than or equal to the limit running time of the current operation minus the running time of the current operation plus the limit running time of the rest operation, if so, judging that the emergency requirement is reasonable, and if not, judging that the emergency requirement is unreasonable.
The above-mentioned limit operation time refers to a minimum travel time of the washing machine under the operation, for example, the limit operation time of the rinsing operation is a minimum travel time of the washing machine performing the rinsing operation on the laundry, and the limit operation time of the dehydrating operation is a minimum travel time of the washing machine performing the dehydrating operation on the laundry.
The above-described determination process is described in detail below with reference to specific examples.
In one possible case, the washing machine is in the rinsing operation, the running time of the rinsing operation is 4min, the limit running time of the rinsing operation is 3min, and the limit running time of the dehydrating operation is 3min (assuming that the above time includes the water inlet and outlet time), and the running time of the rinsing operation is greater than the limit running time of the rinsing operation, it is determined whether the maximum waiting time of the user is greater than or equal to the limit running time of the dehydrating operation, if the maximum waiting time of the user is 3min or greater, it may be said that the emergency demand is reasonable, and if the maximum waiting time of the user is less than 3min, it may be said that the emergency demand is unreasonable.
In another possible case, the washing machine is in the rinsing operation, and the operated time of the rinsing operation is 1min, the limit operation time of the rinsing operation is 3min, and the limit operation time of the dehydrating operation is 3min (assuming that the above time includes the water intake and drainage time), when the operated time of the rinsing operation is less than the limit operation time of the rinsing operation, it is determined whether the maximum waiting time of the user is greater than or equal to the limit operation time of the rinsing operation minus the operated time of the rinsing operation plus the limit operation time of the dehydrating operation, as can be obtained from the above calculation, it is determined whether the maximum waiting time of the user is greater than or equal to 3min +3min-1min =5min, if the maximum waiting time of the user is 5min or more, it may be determined that the urgent need is reasonable, and if the maximum waiting time of the user is 5min or less, it may be determined that the urgent need is unreasonable.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is apparent to those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
