When some structures are produced, for example, by an injection mold, the container sealing device has the conditions of higher difficulty, low production efficiency, complex production process of material filling and sealing, high production cost and the like, or the injection mold is difficult to realize the structures, or the container sealing device can be obtained by adopting a method of assembling, buckling, connecting and fixing or welding the individual parts of each structure or arrangement and the like in order to meet the requirements of industrial design with different requirements. It goes without saying that the container closure device according to the invention, no matter how assembled, mounted or assembled, falls within the scope of protection according to the invention.
For example, the cover member is a separate member, or the cover member is formed by assembling a separate member having a cover surrounding structure with a separate member having a chamber tube structure, and the tail end of the separate member of the cover surrounding structure is closed. The separate member of the cap enclosure also acts as a seal, sealing the opening at the trailing end of the cartridge structure.
In another aspect of the invention, there is also provided a component member of the container closure, namely a lid member, a release member of the container closure. The lid member and the release member of the container closure device have the technical features described above.
Further, the invention also provides a packaging container which is formed by the container closure device provided by the invention being arranged on a container neck, wherein the container comprises the container neck with an opening and a main body chamber, and the outer wall of the container neck is provided with threads or a blocking structure which can be connected with threads or blocking structures arranged on a release member.
In particular, the container closing device and the matched container thereof according to the present invention are matched packaging combinations, have the size of the container matched specifically or conventionally, and can provide more excellent product functions, experience, proper screwing force, and more excellent material holding amount, appearance modeling, etc., for example, preferable:

Still further, the invention provides a packaging composition comprising the container closure device, a container and two materials, wherein the container comprises a container neck with an opening and a main body chamber, threads or blocking structures are arranged on the outer wall of the container neck, the main body chamber of the container contains one material, the cavity barrel structure of the container closure device contains the other material, the two materials are respectively and independently sealed, and preferably at least one material of the two materials is a liquid material.
Further, the present invention provides a container closure device and a method of assembling a packaging container thereof, the method comprising:
(1) Providing a cap member, a release member, a seal, a container having an open container neck and a body chamber, the container neck having threads or a catch feature provided on an outer wall thereof;
(2) The assembly of the container closing device comprises the steps of installing and sleeving a release member on the outer wall of a cavity cylinder structure of a cover member, connecting a first positioning stop buckle of the cover member with a second positioning stop buckle of the release member, enabling a cutting structure of the release member to be in an L-shaped concave chamber structure, and enabling a first buckle of the cover member and a second buckle of the release member to be buckled together by utilizing the material deformation effect of the cover member and the release member under the pressure effect, so that the cover member and the release member can be assembled together;
Further, filling the material into the cavity cylinder structure through an opening at the tail end of the cavity cylinder structure or an opening of the channel structure of the cover member, and sealing the opening at the tail end of the cavity cylinder structure or the opening of the channel structure of the cover member by adopting a sealing piece to seal and store the material in the cavity cylinder structure;
further, the container closure is mounted on the container neck by interconnecting the threads or catch formation of the release member with the threads or catch formation of the container neck.
The body chamber of the container contains a first material and the bore structure of the container closure contains a second material, the first material being filled into the body chamber of the container through the opening of the container prior to the container closure being mounted on the neck of the container.
Further, the container closure device, the packaging container and the packaging composition thereof are applied to preparing or packaging and storing foods or drinks, drinking wine, health foods, special medical purpose formula foods, medicines, medical appliances, sanitary products, cosmetics or daily necessities, and particularly applied to packaging and storing beverages containing liquid materials, drinking wine, health foods, special medical purpose formula foods, medicines, medical appliances, sanitary products, cosmetics or daily necessities. For example, the container closure may contain a liquid material, or the container closure may contain a solid material, the body chamber of the container may contain a liquid material, and so on.
The container sealing device and the packaging container thereof can be widely applied to packaging of all materials which need independent storage and can be mixed and blended in real time. Compared with the prior art, the container sealing device and the packaging container thereof have the following innovative characteristics.
The first point is that the inventive structure of the transverse cutting release material of the container closing device of the invention has the sealing sheet in a complete plane state, the connection parts of the thinning connection parts connected with the sealing sheet are positioned on the same horizontal plane, the structure of the sealing sheet and the thinning connection has no difference in position and height, and the structure has the following innovative characteristics:
(1) Ensuring that the sealing piece cut by Cheng Shunchang and broken by the container sealing device is not deformed or folded in the use process, and ensuring the release of materials in the cavity cylinder structure;
(2) The reliability of quality control on the structural tightness of the thinned connection in the injection molding production process is enhanced;
(3) After the thinning connecting structure of the cavity cylinder structure is cut, the notch of the sealing sheet is pushed to the outside of the cavity cylinder structure through the supporting and pressing structure, the sealing sheet is still connected to the wall body of the concave chamber structure to form a funnel-shaped material outlet, the size of a material release opening in the cavity cylinder is controllable, the accurate and stable operability and controllability are realized, and smooth release of solid materials and viscous materials, particularly amorphous blocky materials, larger solid materials or viscous materials, can be realized, and the solid materials and the viscous materials can be smoothly released into a container;
(4) In the use process of the container sealing device, the sealing sheet is a cutting structure with a sharp structure, the cavity cylinder structure is opened in a cutting action force mode, the sealing sheet is in a complete plane state, the connection part of the thinning connection part connected with the sealing sheet is in the same horizontal plane, and the sealing sheet and the thinning connection structure have no difference in position, so that the required screwing force is small, the force is uniform and gentle when the sealing sheet is cut, and the screwing process is good in control, and especially the device can be easily used for people with small screwing force such as old people, children, women and the like.
In a second aspect, the container closure of the present invention provides for the selective opening of the seal over the end opening of the cap member when the mixture within the container is used, without removing the entire container closure from the neck of the container, thereby avoiding the occurrence of cross-contamination or accidental contamination of the mixture within the container that may result from exposure of the core structure of the container closure to the exterior of the container.
The third point is that the container sealing device is provided with the mutually matched and exquisite buckle, the positioning stop catch, the concave chamber structure, the sealing piece, the cutting mode of the sealing piece and the like, so that the assembly of the cover member and the release member at the preset position can be ensured, the cutting structure of the release member is positioned in the concave chamber structure of the cover member, the accidental puncturing of the cutting structure or the cutting of the sealing piece at the head end of the cavity cylinder structure is avoided, and the realization and stable production of industrial mass production are facilitated.
Fourth, the product has good use stability and reliability. When the sealing device is used, only the cover member is required to be rotated, so that the cutting structure of the release member starts to slide from the concave chamber structure, the thinning connecting structure of the cutting cavity cylinder structure only horizontally rotates with the release member, longitudinal displacement is not generated, good and stable sealing performance between the cover member and the release member can be ensured, and the sealing state between the release member and the container neck can also be ensured. Moreover, the appearance of the container closing device is not changed before and after the use, and the appearance aesthetic property between the container closing device and the container is not damaged.
Fifth, the container closing device of the present invention has wide selection range of polymer materials for injection molding of the cover member and the release member, and only the cover member is made of polymer materials with hardness smaller than that of the release member, which is easy to meet the quality control requirement in the industrial mass production process, and is also favorable for wide application of the container closing device.
And the sixth point is easy for industrial mass production. The container sealing device has only two components, is simple in composition, simple in material filling operation, easy for realization of industrial mass production, free from larger pressing and buckling acting force during assembly, and tight and stable in components after installation.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the container closing device provided in this embodiment is composed of a cover member 1 and a release member 2, wherein the cover member 1 has a cover structure 101, a cavity structure 102 and a channel structure 103, the cover structure 101 and the cavity structure 102 are connected together to form a ring-shaped tubular structure, a first buckle 104 is provided on an inner wall of the cover structure 101, a first positioning stop catch 105 is provided on an inner wall of a connection position of the cover structure 101 and the cavity structure 102, an inner space of the cavity structure 102 can accommodate materials, a tail end of the cavity structure 102 is in an opening shape, a sealing sheet 106 is provided at a head end of the cavity structure 102, a thickness of the part of the cavity structure 102 connected with the sealing sheet 106 is reduced by a structure with an inclined surface, a thinning connection structure 107 of the cavity structure 102 connected with the sealing sheet 106 is formed, and a thickness of a connection position of the head end of the cavity structure 102 and the sealing sheet 106 is 0.1 mm-0.45 mm, most preferably 0.2 mm-0.4 mm;

Further, by screwing the container closure device, i.e. screwing the cap member 1, under the interaction of the positioning stop catch, the cap member 1 drives the release member 2 to rotate, the first thread 203 of the release member 2 is interconnected with the second thread 303 of the neck of the container 3, so that the container closure device is mounted in and screwed onto the neck opening of the container 3, so that the container closure device is fixed onto the container neck 301, and the neck opening of the container 3 is sealed, i.e. the packaging container is formed.
The container 3 comprises a container neck 301 having an opening and a body chamber 302, and the outer wall of the container neck 301 is provided with a second thread 303, the body chamber 302 of the container 3 accommodating the first material 4.
When the sealing device is used, the cover member 1 is screwed in the opposite direction, the cover member 1 and the release member 2 rotate mutually, the cutting structure 206 of the release member 2 starts to slide from the concave chamber structure 109, the cutting structure 206 surrounds the cavity cylinder structure 102 to generate a transverse cutting effect on the thinning connecting structure 107 of the cavity cylinder structure, so that the sealing piece 106 generates a notch, when the sealing piece is cut to a preset position, the first positioning stop catch 105 and the second positioning stop catch 205 are mutually engaged to prevent the cover member 1 and the release member 2 from rotating, meanwhile, the cutting structure 206 and the propping structure 108 on the sealing piece 106 are mutually engaged to generate a thrust effect on the propping structure 108, so that the notch of the sealing piece 106 is pushed to the outside of the cavity cylinder structure 102 to form a material outlet in a funnel form, and the materials contained in the cavity cylinder structure 102 of the container sealing device can be released into the container 3 to be mixed with the materials in the container 3, and the cut sealing piece 106 is still connected on the wall body of the concave chamber structure 109 to prevent the sealing piece 106 from falling off from the cavity cylinder structure 102;
When the mixed material is to be used, the mixed material can be used by only opening the sealing element 11 and still installing the container closing device on the neck of the container.
Optionally, by changing the relative position between the bracing structure 108 and the recess structure 109 of the cover member, changing the position of the first positioning stop catch 105 and the second positioning stop catch 205 when they are initially engaged, and changing the direction of rotation between the cover member 1 and the release member 2, i.e. changing the screwing direction, and further changing the direction of the cutting structure 206 when the thinning connecting structure 107 is cut, the container closing device of the present embodiment can achieve different required screwing release modes, screwing directions, use methods and use functions. For example, the container closure is screwed onto the neck of the container, during which the material in the container closure is released directly into the body chamber of the container.
Example 2. A container closure device for attachment to a container neck, components thereof and packaging container.
Referring to fig. 6-9, the container closing device provided in this embodiment is composed of a cover member 1 and a release member 2, wherein the cover member 1 has a cover enclosing structure 101, a cavity tube structure 102 and a channel structure 103, the cover enclosing structure 101 and the cavity tube structure 102 are connected together to form a ring-shaped tube structure, a first buckle 104 and two first positioning stop buckles 105 distributed in symmetrical positions are arranged on the inner wall of the cover enclosing structure 101, a first closing ring 110 is arranged on the inner wall of the junction of the cover enclosing structure 101 and the cavity tube structure 102, the inner space of the cavity tube structure 102 can accommodate materials, the tail end of the cavity tube structure 102 is in an opening shape, the head end of the cavity tube structure 102 is provided with a sealing sheet 106, the junction of the head end of the cavity tube structure 102 and the sealing sheet 106 is in a structure with an inclined plane to reduce the thickness, and then is connected with the sealing sheet 106 to form a thinning connection structure 107 of the cavity tube structure 102 and the sealing sheet 106, the thickness of the junction of the head end of the cavity tube structure 102 and the sealing sheet 106 is 0.1 mm-0.450.450 mm, most preferably 0.4mm;
The inner wall of the sealing piece 106 is provided with two supporting structures 108 which are symmetrically distributed and have a convex structure, the connecting part of the cavity cylinder structure 102 and the sealing piece 106 is provided with two concave structures 109 which are symmetrically distributed and have an L shape, the concave structures 109 are recessed from the outer wall of the head end of the cavity cylinder structure 102 and protrude from the inner wall of the head end of the cavity cylinder structure 102, and the concave structures 109 are recessed from the outer wall of the sealing piece 106 and protrude from the inner wall of the sealing piece 106;
the tail end of the cavity cylinder structure 102 is provided with a channel structure 103, and the channel structure 103 is opened and communicated with the inner space of the cavity cylinder structure 102;

In this embodiment, the lid member 1 and the release member 2 can be assembled together to form a container closing device, the second barrel part structure 202 of the release member 2 is sleeved on the outer wall of the cavity barrel structure 102 of the lid member 1, so that the two second positioning stop buckles 205 of the release member 2 are respectively connected with the two first positioning stop buckles 105 of the lid member 1, play a role in positioning, and the two cutting structures 206 of the release member 2 are positioned in the two concave chamber structures 109 of the lid member 1, the lid member 1 and the release member 2 are assembled in preset positions, so that the cavity barrel structure 102 and the second barrel part structure 202 are ensured to be in a stable position when assembled, the sealing piece 106 at the head end of the cavity barrel structure 102 is prevented from being accidentally pierced or cut through by the cutting structures 206, the lid member 1 and the release member 2 are ensured to be in a relatively stable position when assembled, and the lid member 1 and the release member 2 can be assembled together by mutually connecting and buckling the first buckling 104 of the lid member 1 and the second buckling 204 of the release member 2, so that the lid member 1 and the release member 2 are assembled together to form the container closing device, and the first sealing ring 110 and the second sealing ring 209 of the lid member 1 are tightly fitted tightly.
The method for assembling the container closing device of the embodiment comprises the following steps:

The container 3 comprises a container neck 301 with an opening and a main body chamber 302, and a blocking structure is arranged on the outer wall of the container neck 301, the blocking structure of the container neck is composed of a fourth buckle 304 and a second rib buckle 305, and the main body chamber 302 of the container 3 contains the first material 4.
Further, by the third buckle 207 and the first rib blocking buckle 208 provided on the release member 2 being matched with the fourth buckle 304 and the second rib blocking buckle 305 provided on the outer wall of the neck portion of the container 3, respectively, the container closing device is buckled and jointed together, so that the container closing device is mounted and fixed on the container neck portion 301, and thus the packaging container is formed.
When the sealing device is used, the cover member 1 is screwed, the cover member 1 and the release member 2 rotate mutually, the two cutting structures 206 of the release member 2 slide from the two concave chamber structures 109 respectively, the cutting structures 206 surround the cavity cylinder structure 102 to transversely cut the thinning connecting structure 107 of the cavity cylinder structure, so that the sealing piece 106 generates two cuts, and when the sealing piece is cut to a preset position, the two first positioning stop buckles 105 are respectively engaged with the two second positioning stop buckles 205 to prevent the cover member 1 and the release member 2 from rotating mutually, meanwhile, the two cutting structures 206 are respectively engaged with the two propping structures 108 on the sealing piece 106 mutually and generate a thrust effect on the propping structures 108, the two cuts of the sealing piece 106 are pushed to the outside of the cavity cylinder structure 102 to form two hopper-shaped material outlets, namely, the materials contained in the cavity cylinder structure 102 of the container sealing device can be released into the container 3 to be mixed with the materials in the container 3, and the mixed and blended effects are achieved;
When the mixed materials are needed, the mixed materials can be used only by opening the easy-to-open cover and still installing the container closing device on the neck of the container.

Example 3. Packaging composition containing two separately sealed materials.
A packaged composition comprising a container closure means, a container 3, a first material 4, a second material 5, said container 3 having an open container neck 301 and a body chamber 302, and a screw thread or catch structure being provided on the outer wall of the container neck 301, said container closure means being provided with the container closure means described in example 1 or example 2, the container closure means being mounted on the neck of the container 3;

The head end of the cavity cylinder structure is provided with a sealing sheet, and the part of the head end of the cavity cylinder structure, which is connected with the sealing sheet, is provided with an inclined surface structure to reduce the thickness of the cavity cylinder structure, and is connected with the sealing sheet to form a thinning connecting structure;
The inner wall of the sealing piece is provided with a supporting and pressing structure with a convex structure;

3. A container closure assembly for mounting to a neck of a container as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
The supporting and pressing structure with the bulge-shaped structure is arranged on the inner wall of the sealing sheet and comprises a rib-shaped, bar-shaped and arc-shaped bulge-shaped structure arranged on the inner wall of the sealing sheet or a slant-shaped bulge-shaped structure arranged on the inner wall of the sealing sheet;
The cutting structure arranged on the release member comprises a sheet structure or an arc sheet structure with a sharp structure.
