Technical Field

Background
The water pump is used as a mechanical device, and has the core function of conveying or pressurizing liquid, and the water pump can extract, pressurize and convey various liquids, such as clear water, sewage, oils, corrosive liquids and the like. Therefore, the water pump plays an important role in a plurality of fields such as agricultural irrigation, urban water supply, industrial cooling, sewage treatment and the like.
In the use process of the water pump, the water pump is easy to rust, corrode and the like due to contact with air, moisture, chemical substances and the like. Rust and corrosion not only can cause damage to the surface of the water pump, but also can further affect the internal structure and the function of the water pump, thereby shortening the service life of the water pump. By adopting effective rust-proof measures, the service life of the water pump can be obviously prolonged, the frequency of replacement and maintenance is reduced, and the use cost is reduced. The impeller of the water pump is exposed to water for a long time and is often eroded by sediment, dirt and the like. These substances can adhere to the impeller surface to form a layer of dirt, further accelerating the corrosion and rust process of the impeller. At the same time, if the water pump is stored in a humid environment for a long period of time, the risk of rust of the impeller is increased. Therefore, the water pump needs to be maintained after being used, rust is avoided, but the impeller inside the water pump is difficult to contact, the water pump needs to be disassembled during maintenance, and then the impeller inside the water pump is maintained. The disassembly is easy to cause the reduction of the sealing performance, the delivery of the liquid by the water pump is affected, the impeller inside the water pump is required to be maintained while the water pump is not disassembled, wherein lubricating oil is directly poured into the water pump to wrap the impeller of the water pump, but the local position is difficult to wrap by the lubricating oil, and a large amount of lubricating oil is required even if the wrapping can be performed.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1-10, the present invention provides a pump for delivering or pressurizing liquid, which plays a vital role in various fields, wherein the pump is required to be cleaned daily, when the pump is not used for a long time, the pump should be disassembled for rust prevention treatment, reinstalled and properly stored, when the pump is stored, the liquid medium in the pump body 3 should be drained completely, parts of the pump are disassembled and then wiped with clean cloth and coated with rust preventive oil, the assembled pump is placed at a dry and ventilated place for proper storage, and after disassembly, a sharp tool is avoided from being used to scrape the surface of the pump so as to avoid damaging coating and sealing elements, based on the pump structure, the pump structure for disassembly-free maintenance is provided, and comprises a pump body 1, the pump body 1 comprises two half pump covers 2 which are mutually matched, the pump body 3 is clamped between the two half pump covers 2, an impeller assembly 4 for driving liquid motion is installed inside the pump body 3, the impeller assembly 4is provided with a fan 43 for driving the impeller assembly 4, and the delivery of liquid is driven by rotation of the impeller assembly 4;
An anti-rust unit 5 for coating lubricating oil is clamped in the impeller assembly 4, the anti-rust unit 5 is matched with the sector plate 43, the anti-rust unit 5 is moved, dirt on the sector plate 43 is scraped off, lubricating oil is coated at the same time, and the sector plate 43 is kept in a relatively clean state.

The outside of the pump body 3 is provided with a water outlet 31, liquid entering the pump body 3 moves out of the water outlet 31, the impeller assembly 4 further comprises a first circular plate 41 and a second circular plate 42, the fan-shaped plate 43 is fixed between the first circular plate 41 and the second circular plate 42, the first circular plate 41 and the second circular plate 42 are respectively contacted with the inner walls of the two sides of the pump body 3, a water inlet 44 communicated with the outside is formed in one side of the first circular plate 41, the second circular plate 42 is fixed with the output end of a motor, the second circular plate 42 is driven by the motor to rotate, movement of the impeller assembly 4 is achieved, liquid is driven by the fan-shaped plate 43 to be conveyed based on the movement, and the space between the water outlet 31 and the first circular plate 41 and the second circular plate 42 is communicated, so that the impeller assembly 4 rotates to drive water to move from the water inlet 44 to the water outlet 31.
In order to prevent the impeller assembly 4 from being rusted when the impeller assembly is stored for a long time, the rust prevention unit 5 comprises a cavity layer 51 and a cavity cover 52, the cavity cover 52 is fixed on the outer side of the cavity layer 51, the cavity layer 51 is used for containing lubricating oil, a connecting pipe 53 communicated with the inner part of the cavity layer 51 is fixed on the outer side of the cavity cover 52, a detachable end cover 54 is arranged on the outer side of the connecting pipe 53 in a covering manner, the connecting pipe 53 is used for injecting lubricating oil into the cavity layer 51, under the condition that the impeller assembly 4 works, the end cover 54 can be used for sealing the connecting pipe 53, liquid is prevented from entering the inner part, the connecting pipe 53 extends from the water inlet 44, the connecting pipe 53 is convenient to be connected with an external pipeline, the cavity layer 51 and the cavity cover 52 are penetrated and provided with arc grooves 55, the arc grooves 55 are matched with the sector plates 43, the sector plates 43 are embedded into the arc grooves 55, when the rust prevention unit 5 moves along the sector plates 43, the inner wall edges of the arc grooves 55 are cleaned, the impurities adhered on the sector plate 43 are scraped off, so that the sector plate 43 can be cleaned, the inner side of the cavity layer 51 is integrally formed with a protruded interlayer 58, the interlayer 58 is distributed along the edge of the arc-shaped groove 55, the interlayer 58 is used for separating the arc-shaped groove 55 from the inner part of the cavity layer 51, the inner part of the cavity layer 51 is prevented from being directly communicated with the arc-shaped groove 55 and is used for blocking the arc-shaped groove 55 from being communicated with the inner part of the cavity layer 51, the inner wall of the arc-shaped groove 55 is provided with a plurality of first liquid outlets 57 which are communicated with the inner part of the cavity layer 51, the first liquid outlets 57 are communicated with one another through the first liquid outlets 56, lubricating oil seeped from the first liquid outlets 56 is coated on the sector plate 43, the lubricating oil moves inwards from the connecting pipe 53 and moves out from the first liquid outlets 57, and because the outer side is blocked by the sector plate 43, the lubricating oil fills the first liquid outlets 56, the area where the lubricating oil contacts the sector plate 43 is large, and the entire sector plate 43 is coated with the lubricating oil when the rust preventing unit 5 moves, sufficiently isolating the air.
The inner wall of arc wall 55 is laminated with the outer wall of sector plate 43, and the arc wall 55 corner is the right angle, and the right angle is used for scraping the spot on the sector plate 43, and the right angle part at arc wall 55 border contacts with sector plate 43, and the spot clearance on the sector plate 43 outer wall is similar to the scraper form.

The outside of keeping off circle 593 still is fixed with a stay 596, the tip of stay 596 is fixed with branch 597, pull branch 597 can make keep off circle 593 inwards move, open liquid outlet two 591, make lubricating oil follow the curved outside motion of chamber layer 51, keep off the effect of circle 593 and be blockked liquid outlet two 591, in impeller assembly 4 operation in-process, avoid liquid from liquid outlet two 591 to get into and lead to the effect of jam, through pulling stay 596, make keep off the circle 593 motion, open liquid outlet two 591, realize liquid outlet two 591 play liquid, realize getting out lubricating oil with liquid outlet two 591, and can get rid of on the inner wall of pump body 3 at impeller assembly 4 pivoted in-process, follow-up stay 596 resets, keep off circle 593 also resets under supporting spring 595 effect.
The branch 597 cover is established in connecting pipe 53, and the outside of branch 597 is fixed with round thread bush 598, thread bush 598 and connecting pipe 53 threaded connection, and thread bush 598 both ends are run through the setting for adjust lubricating oil, and drive mouth 599 has still been seted up to the outer end of branch 597, and drive mouth 599 is used for cooperating with the screwdriver, through rotating thread bush 598, makes the position that thread bush 598 is located connecting pipe 53 change, realizes pulling the stay cord 596 whether, realizes keeping the stay cord 596 state, also can not blockking the lubricating oil entering in addition.
The cutting edge 45 is arranged on the inner side of the circular plate 41, the metal blade 6 is fixed on the outer side of the cavity cover 52, the metal blade 6 is attached to the inner end edge of the sector plate 43, the metal blade 6 is triangular, the blade edge of the metal blade is inclined outwards, the metal blade 6 is matched with the cutting edge 45 when moving to the extreme end, when the rust-proof unit 5 moves along the sector plate 43, the metal blade 6 is attached to the sector plate 43 to move, the tip of the triangular metal blade 6 moves along the sector plate 43, and the clamped strip-shaped object is extruded with the blade edge, so that the strip-shaped object can be broken, the strip-shaped object is conveniently discharged, particles can be blocked by a filter screen on the outer side, and the strip-shaped object can partially pass through the filter screen, so that the strip-shaped object is easy to clamp on the sector plate 43.
The working principle of the invention is that the water pump body 1 works to convey liquid, wherein the conveying is that the rotation of the impeller assembly 4 generates driving force, if the water contains impurities such as stones, sand, silt and the like, the impurities can enter the water pump body 1 along with water flow and directly impact the impeller assembly 4, so that the surface of the impeller assembly 4 is damaged, worn and deformed, and cavitation corrosion is possibly even generated, and cavitation corrosion damage is formed. Such damage not only reduces the working efficiency of the impeller, but also may affect the overall performance and the service life of the water pump body 1, wherein the damage to the impeller assembly 4 is difficult to completely avoid, and the accumulated water is more likely to remain in the damaged impeller assembly 4, and the surface area of the impeller assembly 4 is increased, so that the damage is difficult to avoid rust even if the protective layer is coated, and therefore, the maintenance is required after the completion.
In the maintenance process, by moving the rust prevention unit 5, the arc-shaped groove 55 clamps the sector plate 43, so that impurities adhered to the sector plate 43 can be scraped off in the moving process, the sector plate 43 is completely exposed, the corrosion to the sector plate 43 is reduced, and the driving effect of the water pump body 1 is also avoided.
Simultaneously, the end cover 54 is opened, lubricating oil is infused from the inside of the end cover 54, so that the lubricating oil moves to the inside of the cavity layer 51 along the first liquid outlet 57 and moves to the inner slit 56, contact with the sector plate 43 is realized, the lubricating oil is coated on the sector plate 43, air can be isolated, the sector plate 43 is corroded as much as possible, in addition, the lubricating oil can be contacted with the sector plate 43 after impurities on the sector plate 43 are scraped, the consumption of the lubricating oil moving from the inner slit 56 can be reduced as much as possible, and waste is reduced.
The connecting pipe 53 can be driven to move through the water inlet 44, so that the water pump body 1 is prevented from being disassembled, and looseness among parts is avoided.
In the running process of the impeller assembly 4, the inner slit 56 and the first liquid outlet 57 in the arc-shaped groove 55 are blocked by the sector plate 43, so that the influence of liquid transmission is avoided, even if the influence is caused, the liquid is only entered into the cavity layer 51, impurities are not entered, the second liquid outlet 591 on the outer side is easy to enter the impurities, then the baffle circle 593 is arranged to block the second liquid outlet 591 under the action of the supporting spring 595, in addition, the driving port 599 is inserted through a screwdriver, the supporting rod 597 can be rotated, the pull rope 596 is pulled, the baffle circle 593 is separated from the protruding layer 592, the second liquid outlet 591 is opened, lubricating oil can be thrown out along the second liquid outlet 591 when the sector plate 43 rotates, the inside of the pump body 3 is coated, the thrown lubricating oil can be relatively dispersed, the pump body 3 is coated to the greatest extent, the consumption of the lubricating oil is reduced, and the water pump body 1 is prevented from being detached.
