2.2 Second group of mouse Experimental data
2.2.1 Effect of the inventive compositions on mouse body weight
After 4 weeks of administration, the mice of each group were active, in a good mental state, smooth in coat, and free from any adverse reaction, and the results of the effect on the body weight of the mice of the second group are shown in Table 6. The table data show that 1) compared with a control group, the composition of the invention improves blood sugar in swimming mice to different degrees, has variability (P is less than 0.01), and shows that the composition of the invention can improve and slow down the consumption of blood sugar in the swimming process and increase the adaptability to organisms; 2) Examples 1-4, comparative examples 1-6, mice had significantly lower levels of lactic acid and serum urea nitrogen in the blood than the control (P < 0.01), demonstrating that the compositions of the invention reduced serum lactic acid production, reduced lactic acid accumulation and reduced urea nitrogen in the serum. 3) The liver glycogen content of the composition examples 1-4 and the liver glycogen content of the composition examples 1-6 are obviously higher than that of the control group (P is less than 0.01), which shows that the composition can reduce the liver glycogen consumption of mice.

From a combination of tables 5, 6 and 7, it can be seen that the composition of the present invention was safe and harmless to experimental mice. After the composition of the invention is fed to experimental mice, the time for loading swimming of the mice can be obviously increased, the content of serum urea nitrogen and lactic acid after exercise can be reduced, and the liver glycogen storage quantity can be increased, so that the anti-fatigue effect is achieved, wherein the anti-fatigue effect of the embodiment 1 is the best. According to the specification of the technical specification of health food inspection and evaluation (2023 edition), if more than one endurance exercise experiment (including weight-bearing swimming and pole climbing) and more than two biochemical markers (including two) are positive (blood lactic acid, serum urea nitrogen, myoglycogen/liver glycogen, etc.), the method is a judging standard with the anti-fatigue effect. Therefore, experiments prove that the composition has the effects of improving male sexual functions and relieving fatigue, and the group 1 of the embodiment has the best effect.
