Abstract
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种微凝珠护肤品及其制备方法。本发明所制备的微凝珠护肤品可针对活性物的溶解特性选择不同的介质,采用球形多孔二氧化硅、蜂蜡和三山嵛精作为承载体,选择范围广、载量大;不仅可对一些易被氧化、光敏性差、多酚以及黄酮类等水、油难溶的活性成分进行包裹保护,避免了活性物质随着时间的延长发生氧化或分解而导致活性成分含量下降,保护功效成分活性;还具有控释功能,可使功效成分的活性在皮肤上缓慢释放,在一定程度上可减少添加量多但有致敏致痘等风险原料的刺激性,更有益于皮肤对活性成分的长效稳定吸收;此外,此微凝珠低温稳定性好、耐离子性能好,且制备方法简单稳定,更经济适用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种微凝珠护肤品及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济的不断进步和物质生活的丰富,护肤品已走进了平常百姓家。它对人们的精神、形象提升起到了极大的作用,目前,护肤品中均含有一些功能性活性成分,例如美白成分、抗老成分等,这些成分可能随着时间的延长,接触氧气被氧化,存在活性降低甚至丧失的问题,影响了使用效果,采用微凝珠包裹活性成分可以解决以上问题,目前市面上部分采用微囊包裹技术,使用海藻酸钠等高分子成膜剂形成高分子囊膜包裹活性物的方法制备的凝珠产品,但低温稳定性差、耐离子性能差、对活性物的选择性及承载量也很局限;还有部分采用油珠包裹技术,采用水溶性高分子聚合物、表面活性剂、蜡类对一些易被氧化的活性成分进行包裹,耐低温,对基质配方的适配性好,应用稳定,改善活性物渗透性、提升使用效果,但无法包裹黄酮类等水、油难溶的活性物,活性物的选择范围和微凝珠的制备方法存在一定的局限性。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中提出问题,本发明提供一种微凝珠护肤品及其制备方法。本发明提供的一种微凝珠护肤品,不仅对基质配方的适配性高,活性物的选择范围广、承载量大,低温稳定性好,且制备方法简单稳定,还具有控释功能,不仅能使活性成分稳定储存,还能达到缓慢释放的效果,有益皮肤对于活性成分的吸收。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案。
一种微凝珠护肤品,所述微凝珠护肤品包括以下组分:
A相:2%-30%润肤剂1、2%-8%润肤剂2、0.01%-3%增稠剂、0.5%-5%乳化剂、0.01%-2%抗氧化剂;
B相:1%-10%保湿剂、0.2%-1%硫酸镁、适量去离子水;
C相:1%-3%二氧化硅、2%-10%多元醇、0.01%-3%活性成分;
D相:0.5-1.2%防腐剂。
A相中,润肤剂1包括但不限于聚二甲基硅氧烷、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛基聚甲基硅氧烷、白池花籽油、霍霍巴籽油、油橄榄果油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、异壬酸异壬酯、卵磷脂、大豆磷脂、异构十二烷、角鲨烷、氢化聚癸烯、氢化聚异丁烯等;润肤剂2为三山嵛精、蜂蜡、微晶蜡、蜜蜡中一种或多种的任意组合。
A相中,增稠剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷PEG-10/15交联聚合物、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石中一种或多种的任意组合。
A相中,乳化剂为月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧硅氧烷、聚甘油-2二聚羟基硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡基 PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷中一种或多种的任意组合。
A相中,抗氧化剂不作特别限定,本领域技术人员可作常规选择,例如生育酚、生育酚乙酸酯等。
B相中,保湿剂为双丙甘醇、甘油、1 ,3-丙二醇、玫瑰花水、丁二醇、1 ,2-己二醇、山梨(糖)醇、透明质酸钠、聚乙二醇、聚甘油中一种或多种的任意组合。
C相中,二氧化硅为可分散于油、水相的球形多孔二氧化硅。
C相中,多元醇为甘油、丙三醇、丁二醇、聚甘油中一种或多种的任意组合。
C相中,活性成分不作特别限定,本领域技术人员可作常规选择为被氧化、光敏性差影响产品外观和消费者体验感的成分中的一种或几种。
D相中,防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸中一种或多种的任意组合。
一种如上所述一种微凝珠护肤品的制备方法,具体包括:
S1:将A相混合均匀至无颗粒,升温至75-85℃;
S2:将B相搅拌升温至70-85℃,溶解完全;
S3:搅拌下将B相投入A相中混合均匀,得到A、B混合相,同时将C相预先混和分散后加入A、B混合相,形成大小均匀的微凝珠;
S4:降温至35-45℃,开启搅拌,将D相加入即可。
本发明采用多元醇作为活性物溶解介质,多元醇对多酚以及黄酮类等水、油难溶的活性物质具有较好的溶解性,此外,还可针对活性物的溶解特性选择不同的介质,如油脂、水,可对一些其他易被氧化、光敏性差的活性成分进行包裹保护,活性物的选择范围广。
本发明采用可分散于油、水相的球形多孔二氧化硅作为活性物的承载体,活性物分子吸附和填充在球形二氧化硅的微孔中,活性物承载量大,低温稳定性好、耐离子性能好而且可使功效成分的活性在皮肤上缓慢释放,使产品发挥更大的护理、美肤的作用。
本发明采用蜂蜡、微晶蜡和其他润肤油脂作为活性物和二氧化硅的承载体,可隔绝空气,避免活性物成分因直接从球形二氧化硅孔隙中提前释放而丧失部分活性,进一步有效提高体系的稳定性,保护功效成分的活性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提供一种微凝珠护肤品,可针对活性物的溶解特性选择不同的介质,活性物选择范围广、载量大。
本发明提供一种微凝珠护肤品,可对一些易被氧化、光敏性差的活性成分进行包裹保护,避免了活性物质随着时间的延长发生氧化或分解而导致活性成分含量下降,保护了功效成分的活性。
本发明提供一种微凝珠护肤品,具有控释功能,可使功效成分的活性在皮肤上缓慢释放,在一定程度上可减少添加量多但有致敏致痘等风险原料的刺激性,更有益于皮肤对活性成分的长效稳定吸收。
本发明提供一种微凝珠护肤品,低温稳定性好、耐离子性能好,且制备方法简单稳定,经济适用。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种微凝珠护肤品及其制备方法,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种微凝珠护肤品,按重量百分数计,由以下组份组成,实施例1-3含量具体如下表1所示:
一种微凝珠护肤品的制备方法,按以下步骤完成:
S1:将A相加入主锅,升温至75-85℃,混合均匀至无颗粒;
S2:将B相加入辅锅,搅拌升温至70-85℃,溶解完全;
S3:搅拌下将B相抽入A相中混合均匀,得到A、B混合相,均质分散均匀,同时将C相预先混和溶解分散后加入A、B混合相,形成大小均匀的微凝珠;
S4:降温至35-45℃,开启搅拌,将D相加入即可。
对比例1-5按重量百分数计,含量具体如下表2所示:
对比例6:与实施例1的不同之处在于,本对比例中采用只能分散于油脂的二氧化硅2%;
制备方法:与实施例1-3的制备方法相同。
对比例:7:与实施例1配方相同,不同之处在于,本对比例中A、B相均质分散均匀后,降温至45度,加入预先混合溶解均匀的C相,再加入D相,分散均匀。
性能测试:分别对实施例1-3及对比例1-7制备的微凝珠护肤品进行如下性能检测:
1.外观和稳定性:分别观察实施例1-3和对比例1-7的产品是否形成凝珠及凝珠形态并且取实施例1-3、对比例1、2、5样品静置于-10℃和45℃的环境中,每周取出观察是否出现异常,试验期为1个月,试验期结束后,取出试验样品并恢复至室温(25±2℃),观察试验样品的外观,并记录,具体情况如下表3所示:
结论:从表3可以看出:9个样品中对比例4、6、7样品未出现凝珠,球形多孔二氧化硅作为活性物承载体,直接影响凝珠形成,此外,工艺操作顺序调整也会影响凝珠的出现;对比例1在-10℃测试时出现异常,活性物的溶解度不够也会影响凝珠的稳定性,另外,对比例2、对比例3、对比例5均是润肤剂2量变化,可知蜂蜡和三山嵛精的量也会直接影响凝珠的形态及稳定性。
2.活性物质损耗率:在室温下,对实施例1-3的每个样品每天打开2次盖子,1次1分钟,模拟消费者的使用情景。测量3个月、6个月光甘草定的含量变化,计算活性成分的损耗率,如下表4所示:
通过对比及分析相关数据可知,相比较于对比例,本发明所制备的微凝珠护肤品可针对活性物的溶解特性选择不同的介质,采用球形多孔二氧化硅作为活性物的承载体,采用蜂蜡和三山嵛精作为二氧化硅和活性物的承载体,选择范围广、载量大;不仅可对一些易被氧化、光敏性差活性成分进行包裹保护,避免了活性物质随着时间的延长发生氧化或分解而导致活性成分含量下降,保护功效成分活性;还具有控释功能,可使功效成分的活性在皮肤上缓慢释放,在一定程度上可减少添加量多但有致敏致痘等风险原料的刺激性,更有益于皮肤对活性成分的长效稳定吸收;此外,此微凝珠低温稳定性好、耐离子性能好,且制备方法简单稳定,更经济适用。

Claims (2)
1.一种微凝珠护肤品,其特征在于,所述微凝珠护肤品包括以下组分:
A相:2%-30%润肤剂1、2%-8%润肤剂2、0.01%-3%增稠剂、0.5%-5%乳化剂、0.01%-2%抗氧化剂;
B相:1%-10%保湿剂、0.2%-1%硫酸镁、适量去离子水;
C相:1%-3%二氧化硅、2%-10%多元醇、0.01%-3%活性成分;
D相:0.5-1.2%防腐剂;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微凝珠护肤品,其特征在于,如上所述一种微凝珠护肤品的制备方法,具体包括:
S1:将A相混合均匀至无颗粒,升温至75-85℃;
S2:将B相搅拌升温至70-85℃,溶解完全;
S3:搅拌下将B相投入A相中混合均匀,得到A、B混合相,同时将C相预先混和分散后加入A、B混合相,形成大小均匀的微凝珠;
S4:降温至35-45℃,开启搅拌,将D相加入即可。
