Embodiment 3 of the knock pen of the present utility model is shown in fig. 14-18: the pen comprises a pen holder 1, a pen core 2, a spring 3, a telescopic locking mechanism 4 and a button 5, wherein the pen core 2 is movably arranged in an inner hole of the pen holder 1 along the axial direction of the pen, the spring 3 is propped between the front end of the pen core 2 and the pen holder 1, the telescopic locking mechanism 4 is propped between the rear end of the pen core 2 and the button 5, the pen core 2 can be driven to move forwards and be kept in an extending state by alternately pressing the button 5 and connecting the telescopic locking mechanism 4 in parallel, or the pen core 2 is driven to move backwards and be kept in a retracting state by using the spring 3, the telescopic locking mechanism 4 is quite common in the existing pressing type pen tools such as an automatic ball-point pen, and the like, belongs to the mature prior art, and in the embodiment, the specific structure and the working principle of the telescopic locking mechanism 4 are described in detail in a Chinese patent-mute pressing pen (CN 202222229308.6) disclosed in the applicant of the prior application of the applicant. The friction resistance between the damping part 6 and the pen core 2 is improved based on the roughness of the contact surface between the damping part 6 and the pen core 2 or the pressure during contact, so that the movement speed of the pen core 2 can be reduced when the pen core 2 is driven by the spring 3 to realize rebound movement (i.e. core shrinking action), the impact received by the pen core 2 when the pen core is suddenly stopped can be reduced, the service life of the pen core 2 is prolonged, the possibility of ink leakage and ink interruption of a pen after long-term use is reduced, and the noise generated during telescopic operation of the pen core can be reduced.
The damping part 6 and the pen holder 1 form a positioning fit at least along the axial direction of the pen, which means that the damping part 6 and the pen holder 1 can only be in a limiting fit relationship along the axial direction of the pen, for example, the damping part and the pen holder can also rotate along the axis of the pen; it may also mean that the fixation is complete, e.g. rotation is also inhibited; it may also mean that the damping member 6 and the barrel 1 are integrally formed. This causes the cartridge 2 not to move the damping member 6 in the axial direction when moving in the axial direction of the pen.
Of course, in other embodiments, the damping member 6 may also be disposed on the pen core 2, where the damping member 6 and the pen core 2 form a positioning fit at least along the axial direction of the pen, the damping member 6 and the pen holder 1 form a sliding contact fit, and the movement speed of the pen core 2 is slowed down by the friction force generated when the damping member 6 and the pen holder 1 contact and slide.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 16 to 18, the damping member 6 is an annular member, the axial position of the damping member 6 includes a connection hole 60, the pen core 2 is installed in the connection hole 60 of the damping member 6 in a penetrating manner, the pen core 2 and the inner peripheral wall of the connection hole 60 form a sliding contact fit, an annular groove is provided on the inner side of the pen holder 1, and the damping member 6 is embedded in the groove. The damping member 6 is positioned at least in the axial direction of the pen by means of the grooves.
The damping part 6 with the annular structure can improve the contact matching effect with the pen core 2, so that the stress is more uniform, and the generation of clamping is avoided.
In the other embodiments described above, the groove is provided on the outer side of the pen core 2, and the connection hole 60 of the damping member 6 is sleeved on the pen core 2 and is embedded in the groove. The outer peripheral wall of the annular damping part 6 and the inner peripheral wall of the pen holder 1 form sliding contact fit.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 14 and 18, the pen holder 1 includes a first portion 11 and a second portion 12 connected to each other, where an annular flange 111 is circumferentially disposed in an inner hole of the first portion 11, the second portion 12 includes an annular insertion portion 121 that is mated with and plugged into the inner hole of the first portion 11, the groove is formed by the annular flange 111, an inner peripheral wall of the first portion 11, and the insertion portion 121 of the second portion, the groove has two axial first side walls 71 (respectively provided by the insertion portion 121 and the annular flange 111), one circumferential second side wall 72 (respectively provided by the inner peripheral wall of the first portion 11), an outer peripheral wall of the damping member 6 and an inner peripheral wall of the first portion 11 are in abutting and limiting fit, radial movement of the damping member 6 is avoided, an axial end of the damping member 6 and a front end of the insertion portion 121 of the second portion 12 are in abutting and limiting fit, axial movement of the damping member 6 is avoided, and the inner peripheral wall of the connecting hole 60 and the pen core 2 form a sliding contact fit for providing damping for movement of the pen core.
Compared with the other embodiments, the structure of the groove is set on the pen holder 1, the damping part 6 is positioned on the pen holder 1, the groove is formed by connecting two parts, the processing and manufacturing of the groove are facilitated, the installation of the damping part 6 is also facilitated, the damping part 6 can be firstly placed into the inner hole of the pen holder along the opening of the rear end of the first part 11 of the pen holder during the installation, and then the insertion part 121 of the second part 12 is inserted along the opening of the rear end of the first part 11 until the damping part 6 is pushed in place. The structure of the pen refill 2 can be simplified through the design, and implementation of the scheme is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 18, the annular flange 111 includes a conical surface (i.e., a first side wall 71 relatively forward of the groove) in abutting and limit fit with one axial end of the damping member 6, an annular groove 73 is formed between the outer side of the conical surface and the inner peripheral wall (i.e., a second side wall 72 of the groove) of the first portion 11, the damping member 6 is partially embedded into the groove 73, the groove 73 is configured to improve the positioning and mounting effect on the damping member 6, prevent the damping member 6 from being deformed out of the groove due to the influence of the pen core 2, and improve the reliability during operation.
As shown in fig. 16 and 17, a plurality of annular ribs 61 are arranged on the outer circumferential wall of the damping component 6 at intervals along the axial direction, so that the contact area between the damping component 6 and the pen holder 1 can be reduced, the deformation of the damping component 6 can be reduced in the process of inserting and installing the damping component 6 into the pen holder 1, and the installation of the damping component 6 is facilitated. In addition, when the pen holder 1 is made of transparent materials, marks generated by the pressing of the damping part 6 and the pen holder 1 can be obviously seen from the outside of the pen holder 1, a plurality of annular convex ribs 61 are adopted to be in matched contact with the pen holder 1, and a plurality of annular marks can be seen from the outside of the pen holder 1, so that the attractiveness is improved.
The inner peripheral wall of the connecting hole 60 is arc-shaped along the axial cross section, the aperture of the connecting hole 60 gradually decreases from the axial middle position to the two ends, referring to fig. 18, the requirement on the processing precision of the damping part 6 can be reduced by the arc-shaped profile design, the middle position of the damping part 6 is contacted with the pen core 2, the matching effect of the damping part 6 and the pen core 2 is improved, and the damping part 6 is not easy to lock on the pen core 2.
The damping member 6 may be made of silicone, rubber or a plastic having a relatively soft texture.
Preferably, the axial movement of the pen core 2 does not cause the damping member 6 to deform to a large extent. In the present embodiment, the friction force with the cartridge 2 is improved mainly by virtue of a certain degree of pressing force between the damping member 6 and the cartridge 2, and in other embodiments, the friction force with the cartridge 2 can also be improved by providing a grain at the inner peripheral wall of the damping member 6. In order to ensure that cartridge 2 does not rebound, the static friction between damping member 6 and cartridge 2 should be less than the elastic force of spring 3 acting on cartridge 2 and urging it back.
In this embodiment, the damping member 6 and the ink tube 21 of the cartridge constitute a sliding contact fit. The design makes the invention suitable for the pen core with conventional structure, and reduces the production and replacement cost of the pen core.
