In the initial state, the telescopic bent rod 3071 is opened to the first gear, and at this time, the telescopic bent rod 3071 drives the second telescopic rod 3072 and the frame plate 3075 to move downwards, and opens the second telescopic rod 3072, and the second telescopic rod 3072 drives the frame plate 3075 to move outwards. When the carrier box 605 enters the slide rail 304, the telescopic bent rod 3071 in the opened state is closed, and the telescopic bent rod 3071 drives the second telescopic rod 3072 and the frame plate 3075 to move upwards until the plurality of elastic rods 3077 contact the bottom of the carrier box 605. The second telescopic rod 3072 in the opened state is closed, and the second telescopic rod 3072 drives the frame plate 3075 to move towards the direction close to the angle plate 202, so that the elastic rod 3077 and the bearing box 605 are driven to move towards the angle plate 202, and the bearing box 605 is completely moved into the sliding rail 304. Until the carrying case 605 approaches and gradually presses the second magnetic plate 310 with the sucking disc until the second magnetic plate 310 enters the groove 305, and the back of the second magnetic plate 310 is attracted and fixed with the plurality of magnetic blocks 308. Subsequently, the control box 203 is opened to perform wire bonding treatment on the raw material plate.
After the welding wire work is finished, a power system in the sliding plate 206 is started, the sliding plate 206 moves upwards in the slideway 205, the position of the pushing mechanism 3 is controlled, when the condition of the welding wire of the raw material plate needs to be checked, the telescopic bent rod 3071 can be repeatedly opened and closed, the telescopic bent rod 3071 drives the second telescopic rod 3072, the frame plate 3075 and the elastic rod 3077 to impact the bottom of the bearing box 605 upwards, and then the vibration of the raw material plate in the bearing box 605 is driven to see whether the welding wire is separated from the raw material plate or not, so that the condition of the welding wire is checked. And along with the rising of the sliding plate 206, the pushing mechanism 3 is gradually fixed by being attracted to the first magnetic plate 2046, and the protection plate 2044 is positioned at the top of the raw material plate to protect the raw material plate and prevent the raw material plate from moving outwards during vibration. When the guard plate 2044 is pressed, the guard plate 2044 presses the top first spring 2043.
When the wire bonding and vibration operations are completed, the power system in the sliding plate 206 is started, the sliding plate 206 moves downwards in the slideway 205, and then the pushing mechanism 3 is started, and the raw material plate is returned to the bearing mechanism 6. After the welding wire is finished, the third telescopic rod 603 is opened, the third telescopic rod 603 drives the push plate 604 to move outwards until the push plate 604 is fixedly attracted with the bearing box 605, the third telescopic rod 603 in the opened state is closed, the third telescopic rod 603 drives the push plate 604 and the bearing box 605 to return to the original position, the bearing box 605 returns to the conveyor belt 601 again, the push plate 604 returns to the third fixing groove 602, under the blocking of the second base 5, the push plate 604 is separated from the bearing box 605, the conveyor belt 601 is opened, the bearing box 605 is transported towards the discharging direction, at the moment, the next bearing box 605 moves to the position of the third fixing groove 602, and the operation is performed again.
