The dust collecting mechanism comprises a material collecting box, the air inlet end of the material collecting box is connected with a material guide pipe, the material guide pipe is connected with a plurality of equidistant and uniformly distributed material collecting hoppers, the material collecting hoppers are positioned below the chip crawler machine at corresponding positions, a plurality of material sucking fans are arranged on the material collecting hoppers, the air outlet end of the material collecting box is provided with an exhaust pipe, and the exhaust pipe is connected with an external air exhausting fan.
By adopting the structure, the external air suction fan is started, negative pressure is used for sucking air, negative pressure is formed in the material collecting box, the chip crawler machine conveys chips to the collecting hopper at the corresponding position, the chips fall into the collecting hopper, a plurality of material suction fans on the collecting hopper rotate simultaneously to form negative pressure air directions, smaller chips are sucked into the collecting hopper, all the chips enter the material collecting box through the material guide pipe, air is discharged from the exhaust pipe, the exhaust end of the external air suction fan can be connected with the air blowing pipe, and the air blowing pipe can be opposite to the feeding side of the frame saw mechanism for blowing chips and cooling by air cooling.
The material distributing mechanism comprises a material distributing base and a plurality of material distributing crawler machines, wherein the lower end of the material distributing crawler machines is provided with a reciprocating guide wheel, the material distributing base is divided into a plurality of laminates, each laminate is fixedly provided with two reciprocating push rods which are symmetrically arranged, each laminate is fixedly provided with two reciprocating guide rails which are symmetrically arranged, the reciprocating guide wheels are arranged on the reciprocating guide rails which correspond to the positions on the same side in a rolling manner, two of the reciprocating guide rails are provided with limit sensors, the telescopic ends of the reciprocating push rods are fixedly connected with the material distributing crawler machines on the same layer, and the uppermost material distributing crawler machine is positioned below the scraper conveying chain.
With the structure, the three parts of the middle part, the middle side part and the outer side part are sequentially fallen down and respectively fall between the scrapers of the scraper conveying chain, the scraper conveying chain drives the wood chips of the middle part, the middle side part and the outer side part to be conveyed to the material distributing mechanism, the telescopic end of the uppermost reciprocating push rod pushes out the uppermost material distributing crawler, the reciprocating guide wheel rolls on the reciprocating guide rail at the corresponding position of the same side, the uppermost material distributing crawler is positioned below the scraper conveying chain, the wood chips of the middle part fall on the uppermost material distributing crawler, then the telescopic end of the uppermost reciprocating push rod drives the uppermost material distributing crawler to retract, and the material distributing crawler outputs the wood chips of the middle part; similarly, the telescopic end of the reciprocating push rod in the middle pushes out the middle material dividing crawler, the wood chips at the middle side part fall on the middle material dividing crawler and are output, the telescopic end of the reciprocating push rod at the lowest side pushes out the lowest material dividing crawler, the wood chips at the outer side part fall on the lowest material dividing crawler and are output, and the three wood chips are output in a classified manner by repeating the mode.

Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-12, the integrated log frame saw equipment comprises a feeding rounding mechanism 1, a discharging conveying mechanism 2 and a waste rounding mechanism 3 which are sequentially arranged, wherein a lifting mechanism 11 is arranged on the side part of the discharging conveying mechanism 2, a plurality of equally-distributed transfer mechanisms 4 which are connected in a tail-to-tail mode are arranged on the rear part of the lifting mechanism 11, a feeding mechanism 5, a frame saw mechanism 6 and a discharging mechanism 8 are sequentially arranged on the side part of each transfer mechanism 4, a dust collecting mechanism 10 is arranged between the frame saw mechanisms 6 and the discharging mechanisms 8, a scraper conveying chain 9 is arranged below the discharging mechanisms 8, and a distributing mechanism 7 is arranged on the rear side of the scraper conveying chain 9.
The log is placed on a feeding rounding mechanism 1, the log is conveyed to a position between the feeding rounding mechanism 1 and a waste rounding mechanism 3, the feeding rounding mechanism 1 is matched with the waste rounding mechanism 3, the outer skins of the log are removed and rounded to form finished logs, waste materials are discharged from the waste rounding mechanism 3, the finished logs fall down from the position between the feeding rounding mechanism 1 and the waste rounding mechanism 3 and are discharged onto a conveying mechanism 2, the conveying mechanism 2 conveys the finished logs to a lifting mechanism 11, the lifting mechanism 11 conveys the finished logs to a plurality of equally-spaced and end-to-end conveying mechanisms 4, sorting output is carried out through the conveying mechanism 4 according to the diameters of the finished logs, primary size sorting is carried out, the distances and the quantity between saw blades of frame saw mechanisms 6 at different positions are different, the finished logs are output to the frame saw mechanisms 6 through corresponding conveying mechanisms 5, the frame saw mechanisms 6 carry out frame saw piece division treatment on the finished logs, and fragments generated by the frame saw piece division are conveyed to a dust collecting mechanism 10 for collecting and unifying treatment; then, the wood chips subjected to the slicing treatment are led into a blanking mechanism 8, the wood chips are classified into three types by the blanking mechanism 8 and fall onto a scraper conveying chain 9, and are sequentially conveyed to a distributing mechanism 7 in a classified manner to be conveyed.
The feeding rounding mechanism 1 comprises a feeding plate frame 12 and a fixed base 15 positioned at the rear side of the feeding plate frame, a plurality of feeding conveying chains 13 are arranged on a lifting inclined plate of the feeding plate frame 12, a feeding motor 14 is fixed at the lower end of the feeding plate frame 12, an output shaft of the feeding motor 14 is in transmission connection with rotating shafts of the feeding conveying chains 13, a positioning seat 17 is slidably arranged on the fixed base 15, two horizontally placed positioning push rods 16 are fixed on the fixed base 15, the end parts of the positioning push rods 16 are fixedly connected with the positioning seat 17, two symmetrically arranged feeding rounding motors 18 are fixed on the positioning seat 17, two vertically symmetrical feeding squeeze rollers 19 are rotatably arranged at the rear side of the positioning seat 17, the two feeding squeeze rollers 19 are in transmission connection through chain wheel pairs, an output shaft of the feeding rounding motor 18 is fixedly connected with end shafts at the same side of the feeding squeeze rollers 19 respectively, and a discharging end of the feeding plate frame 12 is positioned above the positioning seat 17.
The output shaft of the feeding motor 14 drives the rotating shafts of the feeding conveying chains 13 to rotate, so that the feeding conveying chains 13 move upwards, logs are placed on the feeding conveying chains 13 and conveyed upwards, the logs fall to the two feeding extrusion rollers 19, the positioning push rod 16 drives the positioning seat 17 to move forwards on the fixed base 15, the logs fall between the two feeding extrusion rollers 19 and the waste rounding mechanism 3, the output shaft of the feeding rounding motor 18 drives the feeding extrusion rollers 19 to rotate, the two feeding extrusion rollers 19 rotate through sprocket pair transmission, the logs are driven to rotate, the positioning push rod 16 drives the positioning seat 17 to move backwards on the fixed base 15 to extrude the logs, and the feeding rounding mechanism 1 and the waste rounding mechanism 3 are matched to remove and round the outer skins of the logs to form finished logs.
The waste material rounding mechanism 3 includes waste material mount 24, waste material mount 24's front side rotation is equipped with waste material squeeze roller 21, waste material squeeze roller 21's height is located between two material loading squeeze rollers 19, waste material mount 24's front side is fixed with the rounding cutter 20, the rounding cutter 20 is located waste material squeeze roller 21's below, waste material mount 24 upper end is fixed with two symmetrical waste material rounding motors 22, pass through sprocket pair transmission connection between two waste material rounding motor 22's the output shaft respectively and waste material squeeze roller 21's both ends, waste material mount 24's rear side below is equipped with waste material crawler 23, waste material crawler 23 is located the below of rounding cutter 20.
The positioning push rod 16 drives the positioning seat 17 to move forwards on the fixed base 15, the log falls between the two feeding squeeze rollers 19, the waste squeeze rollers 21 and the rounding cutter 20, the output shaft of the feeding rounding motor 18 drives the feeding squeeze rollers 19 to rotate, the output shaft of the two waste rounding motors 22 respectively drive the waste squeeze rollers 21 to rotate through the chain wheel pair, the positioning push rod 16 drives the positioning seat 17 to move backwards on the fixed base 15 while rotating, the rotation directions of the feeding squeeze rollers 19 and the waste squeeze rollers 21 are the same, the rounding cutter 20 removes and rounds the outer skin of the log, the diameter of a finished log is judged according to the distance that the positioning push rod 16 drives the positioning seat 17 to move backwards on the fixed base 15, so that the transfer mechanism 4 at the corresponding position is selected to carry out, the generated chips fall on the waste crawler 23, the collection treatment is carried out, the positioning push rod 16 drives the positioning seat 17 to move backwards on the fixed base 15, the rounded finished log is driven by the positioning push rod 17 to move forwards on the fixed base 15, the finished log leaves the two feeding squeeze rollers 19 and the waste material are discharged on the waste conveying mechanism 2.
The discharge conveying mechanism 2 comprises a discharge rack 25, the discharge rack 25 is positioned between a waste fixing frame 24 and a fixing base 15, a discharge motor 26 is fixed on the discharge rack 25, a discharge chain plate 27 is arranged on the discharge rack 25, an output shaft of the discharge motor 26 is in transmission connection with one rotation shaft of the discharge chain plate 27, the discharge chain plate 27 is positioned below the rounding cutter 20, and two symmetrically arranged adjustable limiting plates I28 are arranged above the discharge rack 25. The finished log falls on the discharge chain plate 27, and the output shaft of the discharge motor 26 drives one of the rotation shafts of the discharge chain plate 27 to rotate, so that the discharge chain plate 27 is driven to move, the finished log is driven to move to the lifting mechanism 11, and two symmetrically arranged adjustable limiting plates 28 are used for limiting the guiding material, so that the finished log is prevented from rolling down.
The lifting mechanism 11 comprises a lifting plate frame 31, a material placing inclined plate is arranged at the feeding end of the lifting plate frame 31, the height of the material placing inclined plate is lower than the upper surface of the discharging chain plate 27, a plurality of lifting conveying chains 29 are arranged on the lifting inclined plate of the lifting plate frame 31, a lifting motor 30 is fixed at the lower end of the lifting plate frame 31, and an output shaft of the lifting motor 30 is in transmission connection with the rotating shafts of the lifting conveying chains 29. The output shaft of the lifting motor 30 drives the rotating shafts of the lifting conveying chains 29 to rotate, so that the lifting conveying chains 29 move upwards, the discharging conveying mechanism 2 conveys finished logs to the feeding end of the lifting plate frame 31 and the object placing inclined plate, and the lifting conveying chains 29 convey the finished logs upwards, so that the finished logs fall to the transferring mechanism 4.
The transfer mechanism 4 comprises a transfer frame 32, a plurality of horizontal conveying frame chains 33 which are uniformly distributed at equal intervals are arranged on the transfer frame 32, the height of each horizontal conveying frame chain 33 is lower than the discharge end of each lifting plate frame 31, a longitudinal motor, a plurality of first lifting push rods 36 and a plurality of second lifting push rods 37 are fixed on the transfer frame 32, a longitudinal lifting frame 35 and a material blocking lifting frame 38 are slidably arranged on the transfer frame 32, the longitudinal lifting frame 35 is positioned on the front side of the material blocking lifting frame 38, the telescopic ends of the first lifting push rods 36 are fixedly connected with the longitudinal lifting frame 35, a plurality of lifting guide wheels 39 are rotatably arranged on the transfer frame 32, the material blocking lifting frame 38 is abutted on the lifting guide wheels 39, a plurality of horizontally arranged longitudinal conveying rollers 34 which are uniformly distributed are rotatably arranged on the longitudinal lifting frame 35, the longitudinal conveying rollers 34 are in a round table shape, the front side of the smaller end is right, chain wheels are respectively arranged on the rotary shafts of the longitudinal conveying rollers 34, the telescopic ends of the plurality of the second lifting push rods 37 are fixedly connected with the material blocking lifting frame 38, and side rollers 40 which are uniformly distributed at equal intervals are rotatably arranged on the material blocking lifting frame 38. The finished log falls to a plurality of equidistant equipartition's horizontal conveying frame chain 33, backward conveying, when carrying to corresponding transfer mechanism 4, carry out a size classification, a plurality of lift push rods one 36 drive vertical crane 35 upwards move, make vertical transport running roller 34 be higher than horizontal conveying frame chain 33, jack up the finished log, simultaneously, the flexible end drive of a plurality of lift push rods two 37 keeps off material crane 38 and contradicts and upwards move on lift guide pulley 39, make vertical side running roller 40 keep off the finished log, the output shaft of vertical motor passes through sprocket and chain cooperation, drive the pivot rotation of vertical transport running roller 34, the sprocket that sets up on the vertical crane 35 is used for dodging horizontal conveying frame chain 33, a plurality of vertical transport running rollers 34 carry the finished log and put feeding mechanism 5.
The feeding mechanism 5 comprises a feeding frame 41, a plurality of feeding rotating rollers 43 are rotatably arranged on the feeding frame 41, a feeding motor 42 is fixed on the feeding frame 41, a transmission chain wheel set is arranged between an output shaft of the feeding motor 42 and rotating shafts of the feeding rotating rollers 43, and two symmetrically arranged adjustable limiting plates II 44 are arranged on the feeding frame 41. The finished log falls on a plurality of feeding rotary rollers 43, and the output shaft of a feeding motor 42 drives the rotation shafts of the plurality of feeding rotary rollers 43 to rotate through a transmission chain wheel pair, so that the plurality of feeding rotary rollers 43 drive the finished log to move to the frame saw mechanism 6, and two symmetrically arranged adjustable limiting plates II 44 are used for limiting the guiding material to avoid the rolling of the finished log.
The frame saw mechanism 6 comprises a frame saw frame 45, a roller motor 47 and a saw blade motor 53 are fixed on the feeding side of the frame saw frame 45, a first material roller 46 is rotationally arranged on the feeding side of the frame saw frame 45, a rotating shaft of the first material roller 46 is in transmission connection with the output shaft of the roller motor 47, a plurality of vertically arranged side roller frames 48 are rotationally arranged on the feeding side of the frame saw frame 45, a limiting push rod is fixed on the feeding side of the frame saw frame 45, the limiting push rod is opposite to the side roller frames 48 in position, a limiting wheel is rotationally arranged on the output shaft of the limiting push rod, a reciprocating saw blade group 51 sliding up and down is arranged in the middle of the frame saw frame 45, a rotating shaft of a lifting cam of the reciprocating saw blade group 51 is in transmission connection with the output shaft of the saw blade motor 53, two symmetrically arranged pushing push rods are fixed in the frame saw frame 45, the two pushing push rods are located on two sides of the reciprocating saw blade group 51, a plurality of lifting material rollers 50 are rotationally arranged at telescopic ends of the pushing push rods, two groups of the frame saw frame 45 are rotationally arranged in the inner portion of the frame saw frame 45, the two groups of the pushing material rollers 49 are located right below the pushing push rods in corresponding positions respectively, a chip machine 52 is arranged in the inner portion of the frame saw frame 45, and the chip machine 52 is located under the chip machine in the chip machine. The distance and the quantity between the saw blades of the frame saw mechanism 6 at different positions are different, the fact that finished logs with different diameters are subjected to saw blade treatment is met, an output shaft of a roller motor 47 drives a rotating shaft of a lifting cam of a first reciprocating saw blade set 51 to rotate, meanwhile, according to the diameters of the finished logs, a limiting wheel is pushed left and right on an output shaft of a limiting push rod, the distance between the limiting wheel and a side roller frame 48 is adjusted, the side roller frame 48 and the limiting wheel stably clamp and convey the finished logs, a telescopic end of a push rod is pressed to drive a plurality of lifting material rollers 50 to lift, the distance between the lifting material rollers 50 and a second lifting material roller 49 is adjusted, the lifting material rollers 50 and the second lifting material rollers 49 stably clamp and convey the finished logs, an output shaft of a saw blade motor 53 drives a rotating shaft of a lifting cam of the reciprocating saw blade set 51 to rotate, the reciprocating saw blade set 51 is driven to reciprocate up and down, after the finished logs are contacted with the reciprocating saw blade set 51, chips processed by the reciprocating saw blade set 51 are processed in a piece-by piece, the chips processed by the saw blade fall on a chip crawler 52, and the chip crawler 52 conveys chips to the dust collecting mechanism 10.
The blanking mechanism 8 comprises a blanking frame 54, two symmetrical hinged baffle plates 55 are rotatably arranged on the blanking frame 54, a plurality of blanking rollers 56 are rotatably arranged on the hinged baffle plates 55, a plurality of blanking push rods are hinged between the blanking frame 54 and the hinged baffle plates 55, a material pulling rack 59 and two symmetrical guide rails 57 are fixed on the blanking frame 54, a material clamping pulling assembly 58 is slidably arranged on the two guide rails 57, the material clamping pulling assembly 58 is in transmission connection with the material pulling rack 59, and a scraper conveying chain 9 is positioned below the hinged baffle plates 55.
After the end parts of the wood chips subjected to the slicing treatment extend into the clamping pulling assembly 58, the clamping pulling assembly 58 clamps the wood chips subjected to the slicing treatment, the clamping pulling assembly 58 is connected with the pulling rack 59 in a transmission way and pulled out to be matched with the frame saw mechanism 6 for stable slicing treatment, all the wood chips subjected to the slicing treatment are pulled out by the clamping pulling assembly 58 to be pulled onto the two hinged baffle plates 55, then the clamping pulling assembly 58 is slowly opened, the blanking push rod drives the hinged baffle plates 55 on the same side to be slowly opened, the wood chips on one side in one clamping pulling assembly 58 fall down according to gravity and are divided into three parts of a middle part, a middle side part and an outer side part in sequence, the wood chips fall down respectively between the scrapers of the scraper conveyor chain 9, and the other blanking push rod drives the hinged baffle plates 55 on one side to be slowly opened, and the wood chips on the other side in the clamping pulling assembly 58 fall down according to gravity and are also divided into three parts of a middle part, a middle side part and an outer side part in sequence, and fall down between the scrapers of the scraper conveyor chain 9 respectively.
