Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a method for printing on a surface of a rotating body, the method including:
s1: acquiring an image height of a printed image;
specifically, the image height is the length or width of the obtained image lattice data after gridding the image data of the printed image; i.e. the image height is the sum of all row data or the sum of all column data of the image lattice data.
S2: setting the eclosion heights of a pattern image and a ground color image of the printed image according to the image height to obtain first eclosion data corresponding to the pattern image and second eclosion data corresponding to the ground color image;
S3: obtaining the printing data of the printing image according to the first eclosion data and the second eclosion data;
Specifically, according to the height of the printed image, determining the eclosion height of the image data, wherein the eclosion height is a data row or a data column of the image data which needs to be processed, and the row or the column of the eclosion data is generally the front end or the rear end of the image data; when the image data is subjected to the feathering processing, the print data for performing the inkjet printing is obtained, and the print image includes the ground color printing and the pattern printing, so that the feathering processing of the image data includes the feathering processing of the ground color data and the feathering processing of the pattern data, and the first feathering data and the second feathering data are obtained.
S4: shifting the pattern image according to the feathering height of the ground color image to obtain a first starting printing position of the pattern image and a second starting printing position of the ground color image;
S5: controlling a spray head to print the pattern image at the first starting printing position according to the printing data, and printing the ground color image at the second starting printing position to obtain the printing image;
The image height is the length or width of dot matrix data of image data corresponding to the printed image on the surface of the rotator, the pattern image is a surface layer image of the printed image, and the pattern image at least comprises one of the following: printing characters and color blocks on the surface layer of the image; characters include, but are not limited to, letters, numbers, lines, pictographic patterns.
Specifically, the pattern image is shifted correspondingly according to the feathering height of the ground color printing, and then a first printing starting position and a second printing starting position of the corresponding printing are obtained; it can be understood that, in the printing process, the printing area corresponding to the feathering height of the ground color printing starts to print the pattern data and the non-feathering area of the ground color printing at the same time after the printing is completed, that is, the pattern image starts to print the feathering area and the ground color image starts to print the non-feathering area; until printing is completed; as shown in fig. 1-1, the printed image is divided into an feathered under color region 01, a feathered pattern region 02, and a non-feathered region 03; wherein the feathering pattern area 02 is offset from the feathering under color area 01 by a distance of the feathering height H in a direction (X direction) of printing.
It should be noted that: the printing is not only applicable to the printing tasks of the ground color printing and the pattern printing, but also applicable to the printing tasks of the treatment liquid printing and the varnish printing, and the specific type and the number of the combined printing are not limited.
It should be noted that: the printing medium is not limited to a standard cylinder and a cone, but can be other curved printing media; or the planar printing medium can be attached to the printing medium on any curved surface, and the printing medium can also be printed by adopting the method, for example, a rectangular printing medium can be printed by using a cylinder with the circumference equal to the length of the rectangle.
By adopting the rotator surface printing method of the embodiment, the pattern image of the printed image is shifted to enable two printing start positions to exist in the printed image, the pattern image lags behind the printing of the ground color image, and meanwhile, the starting positions of the pattern image and the ground color image are utilized to carry out eclosion, so that the printing data of the starting positions are skillfully divided into a part for printing in a printing start stage and another part for printing after a preset printing end position, and the head and tail positions of the printed image are all the starting areas of the image; therefore, seamless connection of the ending position of the printed image is realized, the printing effect of the printed image is ensured, and the qualification rate of the printed image is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, a method of printing a surface of a rotating body is provided;
the step S3 comprises the following steps:
s31: dividing the first eclosion data into first pattern data for starting printing and second pattern data for ending printing, wherein the second eclosion data is divided into first ground color data for starting printing and second ground color data for ending printing;
S32: the first pattern data, the second pattern data and the non-eclosion data corresponding to the pattern image form pattern image data of the pattern image, and the first ground color data, the second ground color data and the non-eclosion data corresponding to the ground color image form ground color image data of the ground color image;
s33: the print data is composed of the pattern image data and the ground color image data.
Specifically, print data of the print image requiring the eclosion processing is obtained according to the eclosion height, and the eclosion data is divided into print eclosion data for starting printing and print eclosion data for continuing printing after finishing printing; namely, the first eclosion data corresponding to the pattern data is divided into first pattern data for starting printing and second pattern data for ending printing; dividing the second eclosion data corresponding to the ground color data into first ground color data for starting printing and second ground color data for ending printing; it can be understood that the print data of the original print start area is divided into two parts, the first part is also at the start position of the print data, and the second part is inserted into the end position of the print data; because the surface of the rotating body is printed, the rotating body returns to the starting position again after rotating once, then the data of the second part is printed, and the printing of the whole image is finished after the data of the second part is printed.
The method skillfully utilizes the characteristic of eclosion, realizes normal transition of the head-to-tail connection position, does not occupy printing resources additionally (i.e. does not increase the Pass number of normal printing), thereby ensuring the effect of printing images and saving the printing cost.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, a method of printing a surface of a rotating body is provided;
The step S4 comprises the following steps:
S41: acquiring the feathering height and a preset starting position of the printed image;
s42: shifting the pattern image according to the feathering height, and determining a relative position corresponding to the first starting printing position and the second starting printing position at intervals of the feathering height;
S43: determining the second printing starting position according to the preset starting position;
s44: and determining the first printing starting position according to the second printing starting position and the relative position.
Wherein the second start printing position lags behind the first start printing position, i.e. the pattern image lags behind the ground color image printing.
Specifically, the pattern image is shifted according to the feathering height, so that the pattern image lags the printing of the ground color image, and the distance H between the second starting printing position of the ground color image and the first starting printing position of the pattern image is obtained, wherein the feathering height is smaller than the image height; by retarding the print start position of the pattern image from the start position H distance (feathering height) of the ground color image printing, it is possible to ensure that the ground color printing has been completed at the print position of the print data printed at the end position in the pattern image start area; the method has the advantages that the first printing (the printing of the eclosion area according to the first pattern data in the beginning stage) and the second printing (the printing of the eclosion area according to the second pattern data after the printing is finished) of the pattern image in the eclosion area are realized, the seamless connection of the printed image is realized, and the effect of the printed image is ensured.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the step S5 includes:
S501: acquiring a second feathering height corresponding to the ground color image;
s502: printing from the second starting printing position according to the first ground color data and non-feathering data corresponding to the ground color image to obtain a transitional ground color image;
S503: and continuously performing ground color printing on the image area corresponding to the second feathering height according to the second ground color data from the second starting printing position on the transition ground color image to obtain the ground color image.
Specifically, the base color printing is started from the second printing starting position according to the base color printing data, and a transition base color image with the length of the image to be printed is printed according to the first base color data and the non-eclosion data corresponding to the base color image, wherein the difference between the transition base color image and the base color image to be printed is only the image corresponding to the first base color data in the eclosion area; after the image is obtained, continuing to rotate the rotating body to enable the spray head of the printing equipment to cover the region with the eclosion height again, and printing second ground color data at the moment to obtain a final ground color image; 4-1, obtaining a transition ground color image with L length according to the first ground color image and non-eclosion data corresponding to the ground color image; then, the H1 area is reached again, and printing is performed based on the second ground color data.
The beginning area of the image is divided into the beginning area and the ending area, so that the beginning area and the ending area of the printed image are both the beginning area and the ending area of the image, thereby realizing the seamless connection of the beginning area and the ending area and ensuring the effect of the printed image.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the S5 includes:
s511: acquiring a first eclosion height corresponding to the pattern image;
s512: printing from the first starting printing position according to the first pattern data and non-eclosion data corresponding to the pattern image to obtain a transition pattern image;
S513: and continuing to print the pattern of the image area corresponding to the first feathering height according to the second pattern data from the first printing starting position on the transition pattern image to obtain the pattern image.
Specifically, the pattern printing is started from the first printing starting position according to the pattern printing data, and a transition pattern color image with the length of the image to be printed is printed according to the first pattern data and the non-eclosion data corresponding to the pattern image, wherein the difference between the transition pattern image and the image to be printed is only the image corresponding to the first pattern data in the eclosion area; after the image is obtained, continuing to rotate the rotating body to enable the spray head of the printing equipment to cover the region with the eclosion height again, and printing second pattern data at the moment to obtain a final pattern image; 6-1, obtaining a transition pattern image with L length according to the first pattern image and non-eclosion data corresponding to the pattern image; then, the H2 area is reached again, and printing is performed according to the second pattern data.
The beginning area of the image is divided into the beginning area and the ending area, so that the beginning area and the ending area of the printed image are both the beginning area and the ending area of the image, thereby realizing the seamless connection of the beginning area and the ending area and ensuring the effect of the printed image.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the step S5 includes:
s521: acquiring the printing speed, the feathering height and the printing data of the spray head;
s522: obtaining a lag time of the pattern image lagging behind the printing of the ground color image according to the feathering height and the printing speed;
s523: and controlling the spray head to spray ink according to the lag time and the printing data, and obtaining the printed image on the surface of the rotating body.
Specifically, according to the printing speed of the spray head and the eclosion height of the image, the time required for finishing the printing of the eclosion area is obtained, namely, the number of pulses required for finishing the printing of the required area is obtained; therefore, the printing starting time of the pattern image is determined, and the eclosion area of the pattern image and the eclosion area of the ground color image can be completely staggered; thereby ensuring that the bottom color printing of the head-to-tail joint position of the pattern image is finished; as shown in fig. 6-1, printing is started according to the print data; firstly, starting to print a left H1 area from a second starting printing position according to first ground color data, starting to print according to non-feathered data of a ground color image and first pattern data when the left H1 area is reached to the left H2 area after printing is completed, and starting to print according to non-feathered data of the ground color image and the first pattern data when the transitional ground color image is completed, printing the right H1 area according to second ground color data and the non-feathered data of the pattern image, and then printing the right H2 area according to second pattern data to obtain a complete printing image.
By retarding the print start position of the pattern image from the start position H distance (feathering height) of the ground color image printing, it is possible to ensure that the ground color printing has been completed at the print position of the print data printed at the end position in the pattern image start area; the first printing (the printing of the eclosion area according to the first pattern data at the beginning stage) and the second printing (the printing of the eclosion area according to the second pattern data after the printing is finished) of the pattern image in the eclosion area are realized, and the bottom color printing is the same; the seamless connection of the printed images is realized, and the effect of the printed images is ensured.

s11: acquiring an image height of a printed image;
s12: the rotating body for printing the printed image is configured according to the image height;
Wherein the circumference of the rotator is equal to the length corresponding to the image height.
Specifically, the rotating body with the circumference of the surface of the rotating body matched with the image height is selected according to the image height of the printed image, and then printing is carried out by utilizing the rotating body, so that the head and tail positions of the printed image are all the starting areas, and the effect of the printed image is ensured.
By adopting the rotator surface printing method of the embodiment 1, the pattern image of the printed image is shifted to enable two printing start positions to exist in the printed image, the pattern image lags behind the printing of the ground color image, and meanwhile, the printing data of the starting positions are skillfully divided into a part for printing in a printing start stage and another part for printing after a preset printing end position by utilizing the feathering of the starting positions of the pattern image and the ground color image, so that the head position and the tail position of the printed image are all the starting areas of the image; therefore, seamless connection of the ending position of the printed image is realized, the printing effect of the printed image is ensured, and the qualification rate of the printed image is improved.
