The embodiment of the application provides a method for processing instant messaging messages of order receiving equipment, which can be applied to the implementation environment shown in fig. 1, for example, the method can be interactively executed by the terminal equipment 101, the printer 102 and the server 103 in fig. 1. Taking the process of interactively executing the method from the printer 102 and the server 103 as shown in fig. 2 as an example, the method includes the following steps 210 to 270.
In step 210, the platform server receives a first instant message sent by the order application through a data link channel, the first instant message being a message associated with a target order, and the data link channel being a data link channel corresponding to the target order.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the platform server may receive an order generated by an order application program at the user side based on the data link channel, where the order of the user may include an order number and user information, and optionally, the user order may also include, but is not limited to, a time of placing an order, order merchandise information, payment information, coupon information, merchant information, and remark information. For example, the user information may include, but is not limited to, a user account number, a user name, a user contact, a user address, and the like; merchant information may include, but is not limited to, merchant name, merchant address, and the like.
After receiving the order of the user, the platform server may also receive a first instant communication message sent by the order application program of the user end through a data link channel, where the data link channel may be the same as the data link channel for receiving the order of the user, and the first instant communication message is a message associated with the target order. That is, the first instant messaging message may be associated with the target order based on at least one of an order number, a user account number, a user name, a user contact, or a user address, wherein the target order is one of the orders of the plurality of users.
Illustratively, the first instant messaging message may be a user's supplemental description of the target order or a problem consultation with the target order, for example, the first instant messaging message may include, but is not limited to, an order details consultation message, a user special requirements message, a merchandise consultation message, or other service related consultation message.
In step 220, the platform server performs a first format conversion on the first instant messaging message to obtain a second instant messaging message, where the first format is a format recognizable by a printer connected to the platform server.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, after the platform server receives the first instant communication message, the format of the first instant communication message may be determined. For example, after the first instant messaging message is obtained, the first instant messaging message may be parsed to obtain a header field of the first instant messaging message, a format of the first instant messaging message may be determined based on the header field, and different header fields may correspond to different message formats. It should be noted that, the method for determining the format of the first instant messaging message is described as an example, and other methods for determining the format of the first instant messaging message may be used, which is not limited by the present application.
Under the condition that the format of the first instant messaging message is different from the first format which can be identified by the printer, that is, the first instant messaging message cannot be directly identified by the printer connected with the platform server, the platform server carries out first format conversion on the first instant messaging message to obtain the second instant messaging message.
Illustratively, the formats of the first instant messaging message include, but are not limited to, text format, voice format, picture format, video format, file format, and expression format. For example, the first instant messaging message is in a voice format, and the platform server can obtain the content of the voice message in the first instant messaging message, convert the content of the voice message into a format (for example, a text format) which can be recognized by the printer, and obtain the second instant messaging message.
It should be noted that, under the condition that the format of the first instant messaging message is the same as the first format, the platform server may not convert the format of the first instant messaging message, the first format may be set based on different printer parameters, and after the printer sets the first format, the relevant parameters of the set first format may be sent to the platform server.
The application can convert the first instant messaging messages with different sources and different formats into the second instant messaging messages with the first format based on the platform server, can better process the second instant messaging messages in the subsequent process, and improves the efficiency of instant messaging message processing.
In step 230, the platform server sends a second instant messaging message to the printer.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the platform server may send the second instant communication message to the printer through a data link channel, where the data link channel for the platform server to send the second instant communication message to the printer may be different from the data link channel for the platform server to receive the first instant communication message.
In step 240, the printer receives the second instant message and displays the target information on a display screen of the printer, the target information being obtained based on the second instant message.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, after the printer receives the second instant messaging message, the content of the second instant messaging message may be detected, and the target information is determined based on the detection result, where the target information is information displayed on a display screen of the printer. After the target information is obtained, the target information may be displayed on a display screen of the printer. The target information may be obtained based on the second instant messaging message, or the target information may be obtained based on the second instant messaging message and the target order.
In one embodiment of the present application, when the second instant messaging message includes the first instant messaging message and the target order associated with the first instant messaging message, the platform server may detect the content in the second instant messaging message, and when the content in the second instant messaging message is the same as the standard format content corresponding to the target information, the second instant messaging message is used as the target information; and when the content in the second instant messaging message is different from the standard format content corresponding to the target information, carrying out standardized processing on the second instant messaging message to obtain the target information. The standardized processing may include, but is not limited to, removing redundant contents of the target order included in the second instant messaging message, supplementing missing contents of the target order, performing privacy processing on personal information of the second instant messaging message and the target order, and the like.
For example, when the content of the target order included in the second instant messaging message is compared with the standard format content corresponding to the target information, and redundant content of the target order exists, the content of the target order can be screened based on the standard format content, the standard format content corresponding to the target order is reserved, and other redundant content of the target order is deleted, so that the target information is obtained.
For example, when the content of the target order included in the second instant messaging message is compared with the content of the standard format, the content of the target order which is missing can be searched for by the content of the target order included in the second instant messaging message, the content of the target order which is missing can be obtained based on the content of the standard format, and the content of the target order which is missing can be supplemented, so that the target information can be obtained.
In another embodiment of the present application, under the condition that the second instant messaging message does not include the target order, the target order may be queried through at least one of the user account number, the user name, the user contact way or the user address of the first instant messaging message included in the second instant messaging message, and the target order information may be obtained, and the obtained target order information may be converted into the standard format content in combination with the first instant messaging message, so as to obtain the target information.
It should be noted that, the standard format content corresponding to the target information may be set for the printer system, or may be set for the user based on the actual use condition, which is not limited by the present application.
According to the application, the target information is obtained by processing the second instant messaging message, and the target information is displayed on the display screen of the printer, so that the accuracy and reliability of the content of the target information displayed by the printer can be improved, and the efficiency of message processing can be improved.
In step 250, the printer obtains target reply content for the target information, generates a first reply message based on the target reply content, and sends the first reply message to the platform server.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, a process of a printer acquiring target reply content for target information includes: the printer displays a plurality of alternative reply contents for the target information on a display screen; the printer determines the selected alternative reply content from the plurality of alternative reply contents, and takes the selected alternative reply content as the target reply content.
For example, after the printer determines the plurality of alternative reply contents, the plurality of alternative reply contents may be displayed on the display screen, and the target reply content may be determined based on the display of the plurality of alternative reply contents. The determining of the selected alternate reply content from among the plurality of alternate reply contents displayed on the display screen may include the following: determining selected alternative reply content based on a confirmation key, at least two direction keys and a plurality of alternative reply contents of a reply list of target information of the printer; secondly, determining selected alternative reply content based on any physical key of the printer and the alternative reply content corresponding to any physical key; and thirdly, the display screen of the printer is a touch screen, and the selected alternative reply content is determined based on touch options corresponding to the plurality of alternative reply contents displayed by the touch screen. The three cases will be respectively described below.
In one aspect, the printer includes a confirmation key and at least two direction keys, the at least two direction keys corresponding to different selection directions. The printer displays a reply list aiming at the target information on a display screen, wherein the reply list comprises a plurality of candidate reply contents, at least two direction keys are used for selecting candidate reply contents from the plurality of candidate reply contents according to corresponding selection directions, and the display mode of the candidate reply contents is different from that of the unselected candidate reply contents. The printer determines the candidate reply content currently selected in the reply list as the selected candidate reply content based on the triggering operation of the confirmation key.
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of determining selected alternate reply content according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 3, the printer may include a display area 301 and a key area 302, where the display area 301 is configured to display target information received by the printer and a reply list 303, and the reply list 303 includes a plurality of alternative reply contents, for example, alternative reply content 1, alternative reply contents 2, …, and alternative reply content n. The key area 302 includes a first direction key (a "+" key) 304, a second direction key (a "-" key) 305, and a confirmation key 306, the first direction key 304, the second direction key 305, and the confirmation key 306 being used to select candidate reply content from a plurality of candidate reply content in the reply list 303.
The first direction key 304 and the second direction key 305 may correspond to different selection directions in the reply list 303. For example, a first direction key 304 may represent an up-shift of one alternate reply content in reply list 303 and a second direction key 305 may represent a down-shift of one alternate reply content in reply list 303. When the candidate reply content is selected as the candidate reply content, the candidate reply content is displayed in a manner different from that of the unselected candidate reply content, wherein the display manner of the candidate reply content can include, but is not limited to, highlighting, shading, bolding, increasing word size, and changing color. For example, the candidate reply content is shaded in fig. 3. When the triggering operation of the confirmation key 306 of the printer is detected, the candidate reply content currently selected in the reply list 303 is determined as the selected candidate reply content.
In the second case, the printer includes a plurality of physical keys, and different physical keys correspond to different alternative reply contents. And the printer determines the alternative reply content corresponding to any physical key as the selected alternative reply content based on the triggering operation of any physical key.
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of the present application for determining selected alternate reply content. As shown in fig. 4, the printer may include a display area 401 and a key area 402, where the display area 401 is configured to display target information received by the printer and a reply list 403, and the reply list 403 includes a plurality of alternative reply contents, for example, alternative reply content a, alternative reply content B, …, and alternative reply content K. The key area 402 includes a plurality of physical keys 404 and a confirm key 405, where the physical keys 404 may be letter keys, and letters displayed on the letter keys correspond to letters in alternate reply content, where the number of alternate reply content is less than or equal to the number of letter keys. The physical key 404 and the confirm key 405 are used to determine the selected alternate reply content from the plurality of alternate reply contents in the reply list 403.
For example, when a triggering operation of a letter key is detected, alternative reply contents corresponding to the same letter in the reply list are displayed in a distinguishing manner, and the distinguishing manner may include, but is not limited to, highlighting, shadow display, bolding, increasing word size display and changing color display. For example, the selected alternate reply content is shaded in FIG. 4.
It should be noted that, in the present application, the form of the physical key being a letter key is illustrated as an example, the physical key may also be other forms of keys, for example, the physical key may also be a number key, and at least one number key is associated with the alternate reply content in the reply list, where the form of the physical key is not limited by the present application.
In the third case, the display screen is a touch screen, the printer displays a reply list aiming at the target information on the touch screen, the reply list comprises a plurality of alternative reply contents, and the reply list also comprises touch options corresponding to the alternative reply contents; the printer determines any one of the alternative reply contents as the selected alternative reply content based on the touch options corresponding to the any one of the alternative reply contents being selected.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of yet another alternative reply content determination method provided by an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 5, the printer may include a display area 501, where the display area 501 is configured to display target information received by the printer and a reply list 502, where the reply list 502 includes a plurality of candidate reply contents, and the candidate reply contents may correspond to touch options one by one, where the touch options may be touch areas including the candidate reply contents, and touch areas corresponding to different candidate reply contents do not overlap. Optionally, the display area 501 may further include a confirmation control 503, where when a touch option corresponding to any one of the candidate reply contents is selected, the candidate reply contents corresponding to the selected touch option may be displayed differently, and the manner of the display is similar to that of fig. 4, and will not be repeated herein.
Illustratively, after the selected alternate reply content is determined, the selected alternate reply content is determined to be the target reply content.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, a set of reply contents may be set in advance in the printer, and the set of reply contents may include a plurality of alternative reply contents. The first to third cases are descriptions of how to determine the selected alternative reply content among the plurality of alternative reply contents, and there is more than one case for obtaining the plurality of alternative reply contents, and obtaining the plurality of alternative reply contents may include the following cases: determining a plurality of alternative reply contents aiming at the target information based on label matching; and fifthly, determining a plurality of alternative reply contents aiming at the target information based on the alternative reply content generation model.
In the fourth case, the set of reply contents includes common reply contents and tags corresponding to the reply contents, where the tags corresponding to the reply contents may be associated with keywords in the target information. When the printer acquires the target information, the label corresponding to the reply content can be determined based on the keywords contained in the target information, and a plurality of reply contents corresponding to the label are used as a plurality of alternative reply contents.
And fifthly, inputting the target information into an alternative reply content generation model which has completed training, analyzing the target information by the alternative reply content generation model, and generating a plurality of corresponding alternative reply contents by the alternative reply content generation model according to the previous model training result and the current target information.
It should be noted that, the manner of determining the plurality of alternative reply contents according to the present application is illustrated as an example, and the plurality of alternative reply contents may also be determined by other manners, which is not limited by the present application.
In addition, for the different cases (case four and case five) of acquiring the multiple candidate reply contents, the different cases (case one to case three) of determining the selected candidate reply content in the multiple candidate reply contents can be combined to obtain different schemes, for example, the multiple candidate reply contents are acquired based on case four, and the determination of the selected candidate reply content in the multiple candidate reply contents is realized by using any one of the case one, the case two or the case three.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the printer may also generate a hint after providing the plurality of alternate reply content.
Illustratively, the printer may play a voice prompt through a speaker of the printer, the voice prompt being used to prompt selection of the target reply content from the plurality of candidate reply contents. The voice prompt information can be obtained based on the target information, for example, the content of the target information can be directly played. The voice prompt information is played through the loudspeaker of the printer, so that the processing efficiency of the target information can be improved to a certain extent, and the omission of the target information is avoided.
Illustratively, the printer displays a text prompt on a display screen of the printer for prompting selection of the target reply content from the plurality of candidate reply contents. The text prompt message may include target information and a plurality of candidate reply contents, where the target reply content is selected. By displaying the text prompt information on the display screen of the printer, the accuracy of the target reply content can be improved to a certain extent.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, after determining the target reply content, the printer may generate a first reply message based on the target reply content and transmit the first reply message to the platform server.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the platform server generates a corresponding first reply message by parsing the target reply content, where the first reply message may be a formatted message that is easy to understand and conforms to the interaction standard.
Optionally, in the process of generating the first reply message based on the target reply content, information of a part of the target order may be further added, and the added information of the part of the target order may be information related to the first instant messaging message.
Taking the target order as a take-out order as an example, the target order displays that the taste information of the user is 'needs chopped green onion', the first instant messaging message related to the target order is 'does not need coriander', the target reply content acquired by the printer is 'does not need coriander taste information received', and the taste information in the target order is increased in the process of generating the first reply message, for example, the first reply message 'taste' sent to the platform: chopped green onion and coriander are not needed.
In another exemplary embodiment of the present application, the platform server may further obtain the content of the first reply message, and directly generate the first reply message based on the content of the first reply message.
For example, when the display screen is a touch screen or the key area of the display screen contains letter keys, the content of the first reply message may be edited directly by the touch screen or the letter keys of the printer, and the content of the first reply message may be the content of the message edited by the merchant. After determining the content of the first reply message, a corresponding first reply message is generated based on the content of the first reply message.
According to the method and the device for processing the target information, the target reply content is determined in the plurality of alternative reply contents aiming at the target information and displayed on the display screen of the printer, the first reply message is generated based on the target reply content, the target information can be rapidly processed by the printer, the processing time of the target information can be reduced to a certain extent, and the processing efficiency and the user experience of a user order are improved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the printer includes a confirm button, and the process of the printer acquiring the target reply content for the target information may include: the printer collects a first voice signal, and obtains first reply content aiming at target information by carrying out voice recognition on the first voice signal; and displaying the first reply content through a display screen, and taking the first reply content as target reply content aiming at target information based on the triggering operation of the confirmation key, wherein the duration of the triggering operation is smaller than a duration threshold value.

As shown in fig. 6, the printer may include a display area 601 and a key area 602, the display area 601 may display target information received by the printer, and the key area 602 may include a confirm key 604. When the printer detects the triggering operation of the first state of the confirm button 604, the printer collects the first voice signal, recognizes and converts the first voice signal, and displays the first reply content converted based on the first voice signal in the reply area 603 in the display area 601. For example, the triggering operation of the first state may be a long-press operation, and when the confirmation key 604 is in the long-press operation state, the collected first voice signal may be converted in real time, or may be converted after the collection of the first voice signal is completed, so as to obtain the first reply content.
After the first reply content is displayed on the display screen of the printer, the trigger operation of the confirmation key is continuously detected, the trigger operation of the second state of the confirmation key is detected by the printer, the trigger operation of the second state is different from the trigger operation of the first state, and the target reply content is determined based on the trigger operation of the second state of the confirmation key and the first reply content.
Taking the example that the duration of the triggering operation of the second state is less than the duration threshold, for example, the duration threshold is 2s, the triggering operation of the second state is a clicking operation, and when the duration of the clicking operation is less than 2s, the first reply content displayed by the printer is used as the target reply content aiming at the target information.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present application, after the first reply content is displayed on the display screen of the display screen, the printer may further acquire a second voice signal based on a triggering operation of the confirmation key, where a time length of the triggering operation is greater than or equal to a time length threshold, and obtain the second reply content for the target information by performing voice recognition on the second voice signal; and displaying the second reply content through the display screen, and taking the second reply content as target reply content aiming at target information based on the triggering operation of the confirmation key, wherein the duration of the triggering operation is smaller than a duration threshold value.
After the display screen of the printer displays the first reply content, continuing to detect the triggering operation of the confirmation key, wherein the printer detects the triggering operation of the third state of the confirmation key, the triggering operation of the third state is at least different from the triggering operation of the second state, the second voice signal is collected based on the triggering operation of the third state of the confirmation key, and the second voice signal is identified and converted to obtain the second reply content. The triggering operation of the third state may be the same as the triggering operation of the first state, or may be different from the triggering operation of the first state; the process of recognizing and converting the second speech signal is similar to the process of recognizing and converting the first speech signal, and will not be described in detail herein.
After the second reply content is displayed on the display screen of the printer, the trigger operation of the confirmation key is continuously detected, the trigger operation of the fourth state of the confirmation key is detected by the printer, the trigger operation of the fourth state is different from the trigger operation of the third state, and the target reply content is determined based on the trigger operation of the fourth state of the confirmation key and the second reply content. The triggering operation of the fourth state may be the same as or different from the triggering operation of the second state, for example, the triggering operation of the fourth state may be the same as the triggering operation of the second state, that is, the duration of the triggering operation of the fourth state is less than the duration threshold.
It should be noted that, the process of determining the target reply content based on the trigger operation of the fourth state of the confirmation key and the second reply content is similar to the process of determining the target reply content based on the trigger operation of the second state of the confirmation key and the first reply content, and will not be repeated here.
