Technical Field
The invention relates to garbage disposal, in particular to a garbage compression flow and a garbage compression station which are based on gantry trussed crane to realize that one compressor is matched with a plurality of loading and unloading stations.
Background
In order to transfer huge urban garbage to a garbage disposal plant, loose garbage raw materials are required to be compressed before transferring, then the formed compressed garbage is loaded into a truck and then transferred, and the purpose of transferring the formed compressed garbage in a compressed garbage form is to reduce the volume so as to improve the transportation efficiency, so that a garbage compression station is constructed nearby a garbage collection point and is a public supporting facility.

Taking four production lines as an example, four compressors work simultaneously, because the density and the water content of loose garbage raw materials are different, the time required for pressing one garbage is not synchronous with each other, the transfer trolley of the production line with longer compression time needs to stay for a very long time, the transfer trolley of the production line with shorter compression time has completed and returns to a garbage compression station again, at the moment, the transfer trolley which is not separated is still left in the previous garbage compression period is overlapped, the parking quantity of the vehicles in the design period exceeds the rated design quantity, the garbage compression point is blocked, the transportation trolley is blocked, and the garbage can not be discharged in time, in a word, the garbage treatment mode of a plurality of production lines can not only solve the problems of slow vehicle discharging and low vehicle transportation turnover rate of vehicle feeding blocking due to 'dry and the like', but also reduce the garbage compression workload.
The reason for the defects existing in the garbage compression operation flow of the multiple production lines is as follows: the unloading of the carriage and the loading of the dustbin must be carried out on the respective production lines, and the unloading and loading must be carried out at the same station, i.e. the station is stationary. In order to enable the garbage compressor to continuously operate, the garbage compression transfer station described in the chinese patent document CN115123711a is fixed, the garbage can is driven by the box body transferring device to move left and right along the track, however, the garbage can is arranged on the track and must travel in sequence, the transport vehicle and the transfer vehicle can only operate in sequence, and as long as the operation period of the garbage compressor is mismatched with the transportation period of the vehicle, no load or jam occurs, and the overall garbage compression efficiency is very low.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of bad production factors such as empty load, blocking and unmatched transportation efficiency and compression amount caused by incapability of freely allocating the carriages in the technology, the invention provides an allocation mode based on hoisting and a gantry truss crane thereof, which can reasonably allocate the carriages on the premise of keeping continuous operation of a compressor, so that the overall compression operation is consistent, and benign production such as no empty load, no blocking and the like is achieved.

By implementing the technical scheme of the invention, equipment such as a hydraulic lifting device, a track type moving device and the like in the prior art is replaced and reduced, equipment throwing amount and cost are saved, a plurality of loading and unloading carriages can be adapted only by one compressor, the compressors continuously work in a seamless operation mode, the problem of no load in the prior art is solved, the empty and full carriages are freely and flexibly allocated to reach corresponding stations by the gantry truss crane, the allocation carriages do not need to wait in sequence and are completely matched with the compressors, the waiting time of the existing equipment at the respective stations is stopped, vehicles can run immediately, and the situation of blocking or occupying space due to waiting stations is avoided; the elements such as the carriage, the vehicle, the compressor, the unloading working area, the compression working area, the boxing working area and the like do not need to be in one-to-one correspondence, and the compressor is organically matched with the gantry crane, so that the garbage compression working efficiency is improved, and the whole garbage site is clean and has no sanitary dead angle; the unloading and boxing works are independent of each other and do not interfere with each other, so that the working periods of unloading and boxing are completely matched with the compression working period, the carriages in the unloading working area and the boxing working area can be subjected to queue insertion and allocation, the production link is smoother, the vehicle only needs to be parked in place, the loading and unloading operation is not needed, and the workload of a driver is reduced.

All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Before describing the embodiments of the present invention in detail, it is necessary to distinguish between a transport vehicle, which is a vehicle before garbage compression, and a transfer vehicle, which is a vehicle after garbage compression, and which has no substantial difference in vehicle type. The carriage of the transport vehicle and the carriage of the transport vehicle are both the same carriage, and the difference is that the garbage in the carriage of the transport vehicle is loose garbage raw material and the garbage in the carriage of the transport vehicle is formed compressed garbage. According to the invention, the gantry truss crane is built in the garbage compression station to replace a hydraulic lifting device and a track type moving device. Although the gantry crane is composed of three devices of a gantry truss, a truss vehicle (an electric hoist), and a mechanical gripper, the gantry crane can be in two assembly forms as shown in fig. 2 and 6.
