The soapberry saponin (Soapnut Saponin) is an extract of the pericarp of wild larch soapberry (Sapindus mukorossi gareth.) and mainly comprises triterpene saponins, sesquiterpene glycosides, fatty oil and protein, and is a natural nonionic surfactant and a pure natural product. The detergent has the function of reducing the surface tension, is used for cleaning skin and washing clothes, has good cleaning performance, effectively removes dirt and has no peculiar smell.
The soapberry extract is added into the shampoo, and the shampoo has the advantages of repairing scalp and hair, good absorption effect, fluffy washing and protecting effect and keeping fresh for a long time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of soapberry fermentation liquor, which comprises the following steps:
s01, washing soapberry fruits, drying, grinding, crushing and sieving to obtain powder;
S02, extracting by adopting a water extraction mode to obtain a water extraction extract;
S03, mixing the water extract with absolute ethyl alcohol with the same volume, and then stirring at a low speed under ice water bath to obtain a precipitate; removing the precipitate, and taking filtrate to be divided into 2 parts averagely; obtaining filtrate 1 and filtrate 2;
S04, mixing the filtrate 1 prepared in the step S03 with a culture medium, and obtaining soapberry fermentation crude liquid under the action of strains;
s05, mixing the filtrate 2 with n-butanol, taking n-butanol layer solution, and then rotationally evaporating n-butanol to obtain crude product 2;
s06, mixing the crude product 2 with the soapberry fermentation crude liquid obtained in the step S04 to obtain the soapberry fermentation liquid.
Preferably, in the step S01, the mixture is sieved with a 100-200 mesh sieve.
Preferably, the feed-liquid ratio is 1:10-20, the water extraction temperature is 90-95 ℃ and the time is 6h.
Preferably, the bacterial species is selected from one or more of Aspergillus niger, lactobacillus and Saccharomyces.
Preferably, the medium comprises the following components:
10.0g of casein peptone, 10.0g of beef extract powder, 5.0g of yeast extract powder, 20.0g of glucose, 1.0g of tween 80, 5.0g of sodium acetate, 2.0g of triammonium citrate, 0.05g of K 2HPO4 2.0g、MgSO4·7H2O 0.2g、MnSO4·H2 O, 15.0g of agar and 1000.0mL of distilled water.
Preferably, the fermentation condition is 27-31 ℃ and the fermentation is performed under aerobic condition for 6-48 hours.
The second aspect of the invention provides a soapberry fermentation broth, which is prepared from the soapberry fermentation broth.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a cleaning composition comprising the soapberry fermentation broth described above.
Preferably, it comprises: solvent, surfactant, soapberry fermentation liquor, sophorolipid and auxiliary agent.
The fourth aspect of the invention provides the soapberry fermentation liquor which is applied to the field of daily chemicals.

The cleaning composition disclosed by the application is durable and fresh after being used, can condition the scalp, has small irritation, effectively adjusts the grease balance, promotes the synthesis of melanocytes, reduces scalp inflammation and creates an ideal environment for hair growth.

The following description of the present invention will be made clearly and fully, and it is apparent that the embodiments described are some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of soapberry fermentation liquor, which comprises the following steps:
S01, washing soapberry fruits, drying at normal temperature, grinding, crushing and sieving with a 100-200 mesh sieve to obtain powder;
s02, extracting for 6 hours in a water extraction mode at the temperature of 90-95 ℃ according to the feed-liquid ratio of 1:10-20 to obtain a water extraction extract;
s03, mixing the water extract with absolute ethyl alcohol with the same volume, then stirring at a low speed under ice water bath until precipitation occurs, and then standing until no precipitation occurs; filtering to remove precipitate, taking filtrate and equally dividing the filtrate into 2 parts; obtaining filtrate 1 and filtrate 2;
s04, mixing the filtrate 1 prepared in the step S03 with a culture medium, and fermenting under the action of a strain to obtain soapberry fermentation crude liquid; fermenting at 27-31deg.C under aerobic condition for 6-48 hr;
s05, mixing the filtrate 2 with n-butanol, taking n-butanol layer solution, and then rotationally evaporating n-butanol to obtain crude product 2;
s06, mixing the crude product 2 with the soapberry fermentation crude liquid obtained in the step S04 to obtain the soapberry fermentation liquid.
Preferably, the bacterial species is selected from one or more of Aspergillus niger, lactobacillus and Saccharomyces.

Preferably, the shampoo composition comprises: solvent, surfactant, soapberry fermentation liquor, sophorolipid and auxiliary agent.
More preferably, the shampoo composition comprises: water, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, soapberry fermentation broth, sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate, cocamidopropyl betaine, polysorbate-20, phenoxyethanol, sodium chloride, sodium benzoate, bis (PPG-2 myristyl oleyl polyether-10) adipate, allantoin, PEG-7 glycerol cocoate, malto-oligosaccharide glucoside, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1, 2-pentanediol, sophorolipid.
More preferably, the cleaning composition comprises, in parts by mass: 80 parts of water, 5 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 10 parts of soapberry fermentation broth, 1 part of C14-16 olefin sodium sulfonate, 3 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.5 part of polysorbate-20, 0.5 part of phenoxyethanol, 1 part of sodium chloride, 0.5 part of sodium benzoate, 0.1 part of bis (PPG-2 myristyl oleyl alcohol polyether-10) adipate, 0.1 part of allantoin, 1 part of PEG-7 glycerol cocoate, 2 parts of maltooligosaccharide glucoside, 0.1 part of butanediol, 0.5 part of propylene glycol, 0.5 part of 1, 2-pentanediol and 2 parts of sophorolipid.
The fourth aspect of the invention provides the soapberry fermentation liquor which is applied to the field of daily chemicals.
The soapberry fermentation filtrate provided by the invention has an excellent surfactant effect, and is not stimulated to scalp, and hair is not dry after washing. However, in order to realize the extraction of high-purity soapnut saponin, the process of ethanol precipitation is needed, and the proteins and polysaccharides in the system are often precipitated, so that the content of soapnut saponin in the system is increased; at the moment, the whole system can be found to have the phenomena of precipitation and the like, and the thickening agent or the surfactant can be added into the system to realize the stability in a short time; for extreme temperature storage or long-time storage, layering and other phenomena can occur; at the same time, for people with oily scalp, the foam can dissipate more quickly. According to the invention, part of soapberry water extract is fermented, soapberry saponin is partially decomposed to form small molecules, and then the small molecules are mixed with a precipitated system, so that the problem of precipitation can be solved, and the effect of foam stabilization can be realized.

The strains were Aspergillus niger (inoculum size 4%) and Lactobacillus (inoculum size 2%).
The culture medium comprises the following components:
10.0g of casein peptone, 10.0g of beef extract powder, 5.0g of yeast extract powder, 20.0g of glucose, 1.0g of tween 80, 5.0g of sodium acetate, 2.0g of triammonium citrate, 0.05g of K 2HPO4 2.0g、MgSO4·7H2O 0.2g、MnSO4·H2 O, 15.0g of agar and 1000.0mL of distilled water.
Example 4

Example 11
This example provides a scalp lotion comprising 90 parts of water, 5 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 0.5 part of guar hydroxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride, 1 part of citric acid, 10 parts of soapberry extract described in example 1, and 2 parts of sophorolipid.
Performance testing
Test 1: the compositions provided in examples 6-10 were allowed to stand at 5℃and 45℃for 90 days, and the traits were examined separately and divided into: stable, no obvious change; precipitating; layering; and (3) precipitation.
Test 2: and (3) testing the fluffiness: the products prepared in examples 6-10 were uniformly applied to the hair tresses of the sample group at a rate of 0.2g/g of hair, rubbed for 1min, rinsed with water at 37℃and a flow rate of 4L/min for 1min, rinsed with water every 20 seconds, dried under the comb 10 with narrow teeth, and then left to dry naturally under constant temperature and humidity. Test temperature: 21+ -1deg.C, humidity 50+ -10% RH. The tress area was measured using a VISIA-CR to calculate the bulk.

Test 3: inhibition malassezia test: inoculating and subculturing with an inoculating loop under aseptic condition, wherein the 3 rd generation strain is used as a test strain. The test bacterial suspension is properly diluted by PBS liquid, and the required concentration is as follows: 0.1ml of the strain is dropped into 5.0ml of control solution PBS, and the recovery bacteria number is 1.0 x 10 4-9.0*104 CFU/ml.

Placing the solidified flat plate in a 30 ℃ incubator for inversion culture, observing and recording whether bacterial colony growth exists in each sample plate after 96 hours, counting viable bacteria bacterial colonies, and calculating the bacteriostasis rate according to the following formula:
Antibacterial ratio = (average colony count of control sample-average colony count of test sample)/average colony count of control sample × 100%
Control sample (PBS): 2.83g of anhydrous disodium hydrogen phosphate and 1.36g of monopotassium phosphate are weighed, 1000ml of ultrapure water is added for uniform mixing, the pH value is regulated to 7.2-7.4, PBS buffer solution with the concentration of 0.03mol/L is prepared, and the PBS buffer solution is sterilized at 121 ℃ for 20min for standby.

S04, mixing the filtrate 1 prepared in the step S03 with a culture medium, and fermenting under the action of a strain to obtain soapberry fermentation crude liquid; fermenting at 27-31deg.C under aerobic condition for 12 hr; the mass ratio of the filtrate to the culture medium is 1:5; the inoculation amount of the strain is 6wt% of the culture medium; the strain is Aspergillus niger and lactobacillus; the inoculum size of Aspergillus niger is 4%; the inoculation amount of the lactobacillus is 2%;
the culture medium comprises the following components: 10.0g of casein peptone, 10.0g of beef extract powder, 5.0g of yeast extract powder, 20.0 g g of glucose, 1.0g of tween 80, 5.0g of sodium acetate, 2.0g of triammonium citrate, 0.05g of K 2HPO4 2.0g、MgSO4·7H2O 0.2 g、MnSO4·H2 O, 15.0g of agar and 1000.0mL of distilled water;
