Test 2: and (3) testing the fluffiness: the products prepared in examples 6-10 were uniformly applied to the hair tresses of the sample group at a rate of 0.2g/g of hair, rubbed for 1min, rinsed with water at 37℃and a flow rate of 4L/min for 1min, rinsed with water every 20 seconds, dried under the comb 10 with narrow teeth, and then left to dry naturally under constant temperature and humidity. Test temperature: 21+ -1deg.C, humidity 50+ -10% RH. The tress area was measured using a VISIA-CR to calculate the bulk.
Pretreatment of sample group hair bundles before testing: moistening hair bundle at 37+ -2deg.C, spreading 1ml of 10% SLES, slightly kneading to enrich foam for 1min, removing greasy dirt on hair surface, washing at constant flow rate, washing, balancing in constant temperature and humidity, and naturally air drying. And (3) soaking in an artificial grease solution for 10min after airing, after soaking, stroking out excessive grease by fingers, combing 10 times on each of the two sides of the flat plate narrow-tooth comb, hanging the hair bundle in a constant temperature and humidity chamber for balancing, and airing naturally again.

The test bacterial suspension is properly diluted by PBS liquid, and the required concentration is as follows: 0.1ml of the strain is dropped into 5.0ml of control solution PBS, and the recovery bacteria number is 1.0 x 10 4-9.0*104 CFU/ml.
5.0Ml of stock solution of the test sample is sucked and put into a sterilizing test tube, and after being put into a water bath with the temperature of 20+/-1 ℃ for 5min, 0.1ml of bacterial suspension for the test is respectively dripped, and the test sample is quickly and evenly mixed and immediately timed. After 5min, 15min and 30min, respectively sucking 0.5ml of mixed sample solution, adding into a sterilized PBS test tube containing 4.5ml, mixing thoroughly, standing for 10min, sucking 1ml of sample solution, placing into a plate, adding culture medium cooled to 40-45deg.C into the plate, and mixing thoroughly. Placing the solidified flat plate in a 30 ℃ incubator for inversion culture, observing and recording whether bacterial colony growth exists in each sample plate after 96 hours, counting viable bacteria bacterial colonies, and calculating the bacteriostasis rate according to the following formula:
Antibacterial ratio = (average colony count of control sample-average colony count of test sample)/average colony count of control sample × 100%
Control sample (PBS): 2.83g of anhydrous disodium hydrogen phosphate and 1.36g of monopotassium phosphate are weighed, 1000ml of ultrapure water is added for uniform mixing, the pH value is regulated to 7.2-7.4, PBS buffer solution with the concentration of 0.03mol/L is prepared, and the PBS buffer solution is sterilized at 121 ℃ for 20min for standby.
