Description

Assembled toy
The application is 12 months and 20 days of 2021, the application number is 202111559755.1, and the invention is named as follows: the divisional application of the chinese patent application of "assembled toy".
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an assembled toy.
Background
An assembled toy is known which can be easily assembled by beginners and young persons. For example, patent document 1 proposes an assembly toy in which two main fittings adjacent to each other without a flow path are connected by a gate, and assembly is substantially completed by bending the gate. Since the assembly is performed without disconnecting the flow passage, it is not necessary to grasp which part of the fitting is obtained by disconnection, and the assembly can be easily performed.
Patent document 2 proposes an assembled toy in which a plurality of structural members that can be arranged on a single line are stacked, and a rod-shaped support member is inserted into a through hole of each structural member to be assembled. In this assembled toy, the support member is inserted and rotated about the shaft center line, whereby each structural member can be locked. Thus, an assembled toy is provided that can be easily assembled by the elderly, is safe and interesting, and also becomes an educational game.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In the above-described conventional technique, although easy assembly is possible, it is difficult to bring about interest in assembling a plurality of accessories, and it is difficult to bring about a desire to assemble more complex accessories. For example, in patent document 1, the assembly can be substantially completed only by bending a gate connecting two main fittings disposed adjacently to each other. In this regard, although the assembly can be easily performed without disconnecting the fitting, the assembly is too simple to be of interest to the assembly itself. Further, patent document 2 discloses an interesting educational toy in which a plurality of accessories are stacked and a rod-shaped support member is inserted to lock the accessories. However, the assembly of the components at once by inserting the support members does not give a sense of pleasure or achievement to the process of completing the assembly of the components, and thus does not give a sense of enthusiasm to make it more difficult to assemble the toy. In such conventional techniques, the pleasure of the assembly process of the plastic model or the like cannot be perceived, and the sales promotion effect for the next toy cannot be obtained.
The present invention aims to provide a structure which can be easily assembled and which can improve the interest of the assembling step.
Solution for solving the problem
The present invention provides an assembled toy, for example, comprising: a primary assembly assembled from a plurality of accessories as one component of the assembled toy; and an assembly member that is combined with the primary assembly to form a final assembly of the assembled toy, the primary assembly forming a model of a prescribed object when the plurality of accessories are assembled correctly.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the present invention, a structure that can be easily assembled and that can enhance the interest of the assembly step can be provided.

< appearance of assembled toy >
First, an example of the external appearance of the assembled toy 100 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 (a) shows an external front surface of the assembled toy 100, and fig. 1 (b) shows an external side surface of the assembled toy 100. The arrows in the up-down, left-right, front-rear, and the like indicate the directions of the assembled toy in the drawings, and the same applies to other drawings.
The assembled toy (humanoid toy) 100 represents the final assembled piece after assembly. The assembled toy 100 includes a main body 101, and the main body 101 includes left and right eyes 102a and 102b, a mouth 103, and left and right cheeks 104a and 104b. As shown in the external side surface of fig. 1 (b), the main body 101 is configured by combining a front surface member 101a as a 1 st assembly member and a rear surface member 101b as a 2 nd assembly member. In the present embodiment, an example in which the case of the assembled toy 100 is configured by two assembly members is described, but the intention of the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the assembled toy may be constituted by combining one assembly member with a primary assembly 200 described later, or may be constituted by combining a plurality of assembly members with a primary assembly 200 described later.
As shown in fig. 1 (a), eyes 102a and 102b, mouth 103, and cheeks 104a and 104b can be confirmed on the surface of front member 101 a. However, the front surface member 101a itself has only an opening along the outer shape of each of the eyes 102a, 102b, the mouth 103, and the cheeks 104a, 104b, and the eyes 102a, 102b, the mouth 103, and the cheeks 104a, 104b are formed by fitting other members into the respective openings. Further, other components that can be visually confirmed from the respective openings are part of the primary assembly 200 described later, and are embedded from the inside of the front surface member 101a and covered with the front surface member 101a and the rear surface member 101b, so that they cannot be confirmed from the outside.
Assembly structure of final assembly
Next, an assembly structure of the assembled toy 100 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 2. Fig. 2 shows an exploded view of assembled toy 100.
Openings 112a, 112b, 113, 114a, 114b are formed in the front surface member 101 a. Reference numeral 200 denotes a primary assembly, and not-shown protrusions are respectively fitted into corresponding hole portions of the front surface member 101a along dotted lines. In a state where the primary assembly 200 is fitted, the partial portions of the primary assembly 200 are exposed from the openings 112a, 112b, 113, 114a, 114b, and the eyes 102a, 102b, the mouth 103, and the cheeks 104a, 104b can be visually confirmed from the front side of the assembled toy 100. The primary assembly 200 is a component assembled at stage 1 when the assembled toy 100 as a final assembly is assembled. As such, the assembled toy 100 of the present embodiment includes the primary assembly 200 as one component. If the primary assembly 200 is not assembled correctly, the assembled toy 100 cannot be assembled correctly. Further, the details of the primary assembly 200 are described later using fig. 3, and the assembled structure thereof is described later using fig. 4.
< appearance of Primary Assembly >
Next, the external appearance of the primary assembly 200 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 3. Fig. 3 (a) shows the exterior back surface of the primary assembly 200, and fig. 3 (b) shows the exterior front surface of the primary assembly 200.
As shown in fig. 3 (a), members 122a, 122b, 123, 124a, 124b corresponding to the openings 112a, 112b, 113, 114a, 114b shown in fig. 2 are provided on the back surface of the assembled primary assembly 200. Further, the back surface of the primary assembly 200 is provided with protrusions 125a, 125b, 125c for assembly to the front surface member 101 a. Upon combining the primary assembly 200 with the facade member 101a, the members 122a, 122b, 123, 124a, 124b are exposed from the openings 112a, 112b, 113, 114a, 114b, respectively, at the front of the assembled toy 100. Exposed members 122a, 122b form left and right eyes 102a, 102b, respectively, of toy building 100, member 123 forms mouth 103 of toy building 100, and members 124a, 124b form left and right cheeks 104a, 104b of toy building 100. As described above, according to the present embodiment, if the primary assembly 200 composed of a plurality of accessories is not assembled correctly, the portion of the primary assembly 200 cannot be formed correctly, and cannot be exposed correctly from each opening. That is, the assembled toy 100 cannot be assembled correctly.
As shown in fig. 3 (b), a mold 201 to 205 for a predetermined object is formed on the front surface of the assembled primary assembly 200. The "model of a predetermined object" herein refers to a member formed by imaging a specific design, for example, an object, a figure, a character, a symbol, a pattern, or the like, which can be recognized by an assembly user. That is, the model of the predetermined object according to the present embodiment is a member composed of a plurality of accessories assembled during the assembly of the assembled toy, but is a member configured to represent a predetermined object made of a single body, unlike, for example, a waist, a joint, or the like of a human body that cannot be configured in a significant manner. In the present embodiment, these models represent, for example, tomato 201, candy 202, sugar ball 203, apple 204, and rice ball 205. These models 201 to 205 are examples of models showing predetermined objects, and are not particularly limited, and various other objects may be shown. The models 201 to 205 of these predetermined objects are formed when the primary assembly 200 is assembled correctly, that is, they are not displayed when assembled incorrectly. Thus, when the models 201 to 205 of the predetermined objects are formed, the user of the assembled toy 100 can confirm that the assembly steps up to this point have been performed correctly, and the user of the elderly or the like can obtain a sense of achievement in the middle of the assembly steps, and can be interested in the assembly steps. In the present embodiment, only one example of such a primary assembly is described, but a plurality of primary assemblies may be provided. Thus, even in the assembled toy including more complicated and more accessories, the assembled user can easily complete the assembled toy by repeating the combination of a small number of accessories.
Assembly structure of primary assembly
Next, an assembly structure of the primary assembly 200 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 4. Fig. 4 is an exploded view of the primary assembly 200.
As shown in fig. 4, the primary assembly 200 includes a plurality of fittings 401-404. The plurality of fittings 401 to 404 are combined in the directions of the dashed arrows, respectively. Each fitting includes a part of the model 201 to 205 of the predetermined object described with reference to fig. 3 (b), and any one of the models 201 to 205 of the predetermined object is not represented by one fitting. That is, after the plurality of accessories 401 to 404 are assembled correctly, the models 201 to 205 of the predetermined objects can be formed. Thus, the user can assemble the model 201 to 205 of the predetermined object on a smaller scale without first recognizing the assembled toy 100, and can easily perform the assembling work.
< relation between Primary Assembly and Final Assembly >, and method of manufacturing the same
Next, a relationship between the primary assembly 200 of the present embodiment and the assembled toy 100 as a final assembly will be described with reference to fig. 5. Fig. 5 (a) shows the final assembly step of the assembled toy 100, and fig. 5 (b) shows the back surface of the assembled toy 100.
As shown in fig. 5 (a), first, the protrusions 125a, 125b, 125c provided on the back surface of the primary assembly 200 are fitted into the corresponding holes from the inside of the front surface member 101a, thereby combining the two components. In this state, the front surface of the primary assembly 200 is not in contact with the back side of the front surface member 101a, and thus becomes an exposed state. Then, in a state where the front face member 101a is embedded with the primary assembly 200, the rear face member 101b is finally combined with the front face member 101 a. Thereby, the final assembly of the assembled toy 100 shown in fig. 1 is completed. In the present embodiment, the front surface member 101a and the rear surface member 101b are combined to form a spherical assembled toy body. At least part of the spherical body is a hollow, and the front surface of the primary assembly 200, that is, the molds 201 to 205 of the predetermined object is exposed in the hollow. However, as shown in fig. 5 (b), in assembled toy 100, primary assembly 200 is covered with front surface member 101a and rear surface member 101b, and cannot be confirmed from the outside. In this way, since the primary assembly 200 is included in the interior of the assembled toy 100, even if a model of a prescribed object that is irrelevant to the assembled toy 100 is formed, an unnatural feeling is not caused in the final assembly of the assembled toy 100.
As described above, the assembled toy of the present embodiment includes: a primary assembly assembled from a plurality of accessories as one component of an assembled toy; and an assembly member that is combined with the primary assembly to form a final assembly of the assembled toy, the primary assembly forming a model of the prescribed object when the plurality of accessories are assembled correctly. If a plurality of accessories are not assembled correctly, the model of the predetermined object cannot be formed correctly, and the model cannot function as one component of the assembled toy. Thus, the user can assemble the toy by recognizing the smaller-sized primary assembly 200, and can easily perform the assembly work, instead of recognizing the assembled toy 100 as the final assembly at the beginning. In addition, the user can correctly assemble the model of the predetermined object, thereby obtaining a sense of achievement, and can confirm that the assembly steps up to this point have been correctly performed. As described above, according to the present embodiment, a structure that can be easily assembled and that can enhance the interest of the assembly step can be provided.
< modification >
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the gist of the present invention. In the above embodiment, the structure in which the primary assembly 200 is covered by the front surface member 101a and the rear surface member 101b to be completely hidden is described. In addition, it may be desirable for the elderly or the like to reconfirm the primary assembly 200 assembled in the process after the final assembly of the assembled toy. In order to meet such a demand, a peeping hole may be provided in a part of the housing of the assembled toy. Details are described with reference to fig. 6.
Fig. 6 (a) shows a modified example of an assembled toy provided with a peeping hole. As shown in fig. 6 (a), a peep hole 601 is provided in a part of the back surface member 600. The shape and size of the peep hole 601 are not particularly limited, and any shape and size may be applied. The user can peep the interior of the assembled toy through the peeping hole 601, and can confirm the front surface of the primary assembly 200, that is, the models 201 to 205 of the predetermined object.
Fig. 6 (b) shows a modification in which a part of the member is formed of a transparent member instead of the peephole 601. As shown in the drawing, the back surface member 610 is formed by a transparent member (may be a translucent member), and the front surface of the primary assembly 200, that is, the mold 201 to 205 of the predetermined object can be confirmed. Although the back surface member 610 is molded entirely using a transparent member, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, only a part of the back surface member may be molded using a transparent member.
In this way, by providing the peep hole in a part of the back surface member and molding at least a part of the back surface member with the transparent member, the primary assembly 200 completed in the middle of the assembly step can be confirmed even after the assembly of the assembly toy.
The shape of the assembled toy is not particularly limited, and includes various shapes such as a person, an animal, a robot, an insect, and a dinosaur.
