Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical fields of agricultural product application and medical treatment, and particularly relates to an article for providing aerosol for oral cavity or lung.
Background
In agricultural products such as tobacco, in the process of smoking cigarettes prepared from tobacco leaves, smoke generated by the cigarettes enters the lungs through the oral cavity, the smoking is simple, the cigarettes can be smoked at any time in a place where smoking is allowed, and research shows that smoke generated by certain plants has a very good treatment effect on some diseases of the oral cavity or the lungs after entering the oral cavity or the lungs.
Some diseases related to the oral cavity or the lung are an effective treatment means by a spray type direct administration mode, and the medicine is directly sprayed to the oral cavity or the lung in an aerosol mode and directly acts on an affected part, so that the treatment effect can be improved. However, the devices used for spraying are large in size, and some devices also require a special power supply or the like, so that patients need to go to a hospital for spray treatment.
Smoke generated during combustion of conventional tobacco or other plants affects the environment of public places, and during combustion, the temperature reaches about 800 ℃, and some components are cracked to generate harmful substances. The heating modes adopted by the smoking set include a resistance heating mode, an infrared heating mode, an electromagnetic heating mode and the like, and in the using process, the smoking section of the cigarette needs to be inserted into the smoking set, so that the cigarette needs to be ensured to have certain strength, and therefore, usually, cigarette paper with enough hardness or strength is adopted to play a supporting role, or filament-shaped smoking substrates are adopted to improve the strength of the whole smoking substrate section, when the cigarette paper with high strength is adopted, the effects of the infrared heating mode and the resistance heating mode are poor, and when the filament-shaped smoking substrates are adopted, mass production is difficult.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to provide an article for supplying an aerosol to the oral cavity or lungs which solves the problems of the background art described above.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present application is implemented by the following technical schemes:
an article for providing an aerosol to the oral cavity or lungs, the article being of a rod-like structure comprising an aerosol matrix segment comprising an aerosol matrix and paper surrounding the aerosol matrix;

Further, the difference between the hardness value of the component with high hardness and the average hardness value of the other components is not less than 5.
Further, the material with the hardness increased after the treatment is that gel with the hardness increased is sprayed on the base material.
Further, the surface viscosity of the components having a high hardness after spraying the gel is not adhered to each other or to other components without being subjected to external pressure.
Further, the content of the components with high hardness is more than 30% of the aerosol matrix in percentage by weight.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
according to the technical scheme, the material with high hardness of at least one component is used on the composition of the aerosol matrix, after the aerosol matrix section is wrapped by paper, the overall hardness of the aerosol matrix section is obviously improved under the condition of the same filling density, and when the material with high hardness is the material with improved hardness after treatment, the material bonding phenomenon can not occur in the normal production process, only certain cohesiveness can occur when the wrapping pressure in the rolling process, and all the components in the aerosol matrix section are partially bonded, so that the overall hardness is improved, the gaps inside the aerosol matrix section can not be obviously reduced, and the heat transfer effect is ensured.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the present invention is merely exemplary in nature and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
The present application provides an article for providing aerosol to the mouth or lungs, the article of the application being of rod-like configuration, and in particular reference being made to the shape of existing cigarettes including regular cigarettes and heated non-burning cigarettes, i.e. being rod-like overall, and in particular being determined by paper wrapped around, for the type of paper, one or more than one, such as one type of paper wrapping an aerosol substrate to form an aerosol substrate segment, one type of paper wrapping a mouth segment, one type of paper connecting the aerosol substrate segment with the mouth segment to form a rod-like shape.
In the technical scheme, one or more functional sections can be arranged between the aerosol substrate section and the nozzle section according to the needs, so that structures for supporting, cooling, assisting in adding certain specific tastes and filtering to remove components in certain aerosol or aerosol types can be added, and the structure can be determined according to the actual needs.
By paper-coated aerosol substrate is meant that upon heating or ignition, a portion of the substance in the aerosol substrate is capable of forming an aerosol for inhalation by a user into the mouth or lungs. In this application, it is preferred to use a heating means to form part of the substance in the aerosol matrix into an aerosol for release.
In the present application, the aerosol matrix is formed by mixing two or more components in a predetermined ratio, and the specific amount of the components can be determined according to the actual production requirements, but the matrix material of each component is a natural plant or a substance prepared from the natural plant, no matter how many components are, where the natural plant is a plant planted or collected by agriculture, including roots, stems, leaves, flowers, etc. of the plant, such as tobacco leaves of tobacco, tea leaves of tea trees, etc.; reconstituted tobacco prepared from materials including natural plants, such as reconstituted tobacco prepared by adding other components using tobacco powder, particles, stems, etc., is manufactured by conventional techniques such as paper-making, roller-compacting, etc. in this application.
In order to improve or meet the sense of a user, corresponding additives can be added to the matrix material of each component according to the design or needs, wherein the additives comprise essence and spice, nicotine, traditional Chinese medicine raw material extract, fuming agent and the like, the components of the essence and spice, the traditional Chinese medicine raw material extract and the fuming agent are not listed one by one, all the components which can be used, and the use amount is also added according to the design.
Taking the base material as the tobacco shred processed by tobacco leaves as an example, after shredding the tobacco shred, adding essence and spice according to the formula design, traditional Chinese medicine raw material extracts such as chrysanthemum leaf extract, ginseng extract and the like, and adding a certain amount of fumigant according to the needs, wherein the type of the fumigant is not limited, such as glycerol, propylene glycol and the like, and the specific dosage is not limited, so that the preparation of a certain component in the aerosol matrix is completed.
In the present application, the base materials may be the same or different in each component of the aerosol matrix, and specifically, the base materials are the same according to actual needs, which means that in each component in the aerosol matrix section, the base materials of each component are the same materials, for example, the base materials of each component of the aerosol matrix are all cut tobacco made by cutting tobacco leaves, more specifically, may also be cut tobacco made by cutting tobacco leaves of the same variety, in conventional production, since different parts of the tobacco leaves of the same variety are considered to be different cut tobacco after cutting, but in the present application, all cut tobacco made by cutting tobacco of the same variety or the same grade are considered to be the same base materials except cut tobacco.
The aerosol matrix comprises more than two components, at least one component has higher hardness than other components, the material of the component with higher hardness is the material with the hardness of the material or the material with higher hardness after treatment, in the technical scheme, the components forming the aerosol matrix are usually required to be processed, such as flavoring, adding additives and the like, the hardness of the material is usually the hardness of the matrix material, or the hardness of the matrix material is improved after treatment, and the difference between the hardness value of the component with higher hardness (detected according to the detection method conventionally used at present) and the average hardness value of other components is more than 5.
In the technical scheme of the application, if the hardness of the material is high, the hardness of the matrix material is high, the problem that the treated material with the hardness is the gel with the hardness improved is sprayed on the matrix material is not detailed, the matrix material of each component of the aerosol matrix is cut tobacco prepared from tobacco leaves, the gel with the hardness improved is added in a spraying mode at the later stage of the cut tobacco processing to the flavoring and feeding process, in the application, the spraying of the matrix material is not required to be performed on one surface or two surfaces of the matrix material, in the specific production process, the problem that part of the surface is not sprayed on the gel with the hardness improved in the spraying process only needs to be improved to be suitable hardness, but the variety of the gel with the hardness improved in the prior art is more, but food-grade gel such as chitosan-alginic acid, gel with the corresponding components added in agar, chitosan-polyvinyl alcohol, sodium alginate-polyvinyl alcohol, gelatin/polysaccharide colloid compound gel and the like need to be selected, and the detailed description is not performed. And the surface viscosity of the components having a large hardness after spraying the gel on the base material is not significantly different from that of the components not sprayed with the gel in the conventional case, so that in order to avoid the influence on normal production due to the occurrence of the agglomeration of the adhesive during the production process, particularly before rolling, it is possible to achieve non-adhesion by increasing the roll-over frequency or the like before rolling, and since the shatter resistance of the base material increases after spraying the gel.
In the technical scheme, the hardness of an aerosol matrix section after rolling is improved by adopting the components with high hardness on one hand so as to be inserted into a containing cavity of a smoking set, and the other hand, during the heating and sucking process, because of the obstruction of gel, the part capable of forming aerosol in the components with high hardness can not form aerosol release quickly in the initial stage of sucking, and substances capable of forming aerosol in the components with high hardness enter smoke in a large amount in the middle and later stages of sucking, and the reduction of substances capable of generating aerosol in the rest components is supplemented to lead to the deficiency of corresponding substances in the smoke, so that the stability of the content of the aerosol in the whole sucking process is ensured.
The foregoing is merely an embodiment of the present application, and is not intended to limit the present application, but the present application is disclosed in the preferred embodiment, however, it is not intended to limit the present application, and any person skilled in the art may make some changes or modifications using the disclosed technical content and equivalents to the equivalent embodiments without departing from the scope of the technical solution of the present application.
