the outer sleeve joint (2) comprises an outer joint flange (201) and an outer sleeve working pipe (202); the outer sleeve working pipe (202) is of a circular pipe structure, and two ends of the outer sleeve working pipe are respectively externally connected with outer joint flanges (201); the outer joint flange (201) at one end is connected with the flange of the thermal working pipe (5) to be repaired through a connecting bolt (307), and the outer joint flange (201) at the other end is connected with the joint connecting flange (301) through the connecting bolt (307);
the fastening steel sleeve (4) is sleeved on the outer wall of the outer sleeve working tube (202) positioned at the outer side of the sealing and fixing groove (303) and is used for embedding the lining repairing hose (1) and the outer sleeve joint (2) positioned at the outer side of the sealing and fixing groove (303) into the sealing and fixing groove (303).
