Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an electric washing plate 16 is installed on the inner bottom wall of a washing water tank 1, a bubble machine 14 is installed on the outer surface of the washing water tank 1, a semi-annular filter tank 11 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the communication pipe 10, a plurality of filter holes are formed in the bottom surface of the semi-annular filter tank 11, a water storage tank 19 is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the semi-annular filter tank 11, a water pipe 17 is fixedly connected between the water storage tank 19 and the washing water tank 1, a water pump 18 is installed on the outer surface of the water pipe 17, when the self-cleaning water tank and the washing water of the vegetables are cleaned, water in the washing water tank 1 continuously rolls through controlling the electric washing plate 16 to enable bubbles generated by the bubble machine 14 to be injected into the washing water tank 1 through the air outlet pipe 15, vegetables in the filter tank are cleaned, the outer surface of the washing water tank 1 is fixedly connected with a communication pipe 10, the bottom of the communication pipe 10 is fixedly connected with a semi-annular filter tank 11, a plurality of filter holes are formed in the bottom surface of the semi-annular filter tank 11, a water storage tank 19 is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the semi-annular filter tank 11, a water pipe 17 is fixedly connected between the water storage tank 19 and the washing water tank 1, and the water pump 18 is installed on the outer surface of the water pipe 17, and when the self-cleaning water tank and the vegetables are cleaned, water in the washing tank 1 is continuously flows into the semi-annular filter tank 11 through the semi-annular filter tank 11, and the water tank 11 is continuously filtered into the water tank 1, and filtered water tank 19 is continuously filtered by the water tank 1.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, an anti-blocking mechanism 9 is arranged in the semi-annular filter box 11, the anti-blocking mechanism 9 comprises a pushing plate 901, a toothed ring 903 and two symmetrical scraping plates 907, two limiting rings 902 are arranged above the pushing plate 901, the two limiting rings 902 are fixedly connected with the pushing plate 901, the two limiting rings 902 are slidably connected with the semi-annular filter box 11, two fixing blocks 906 are fixedly connected between the two limiting rings 902, the toothed ring 903 is located between the two limiting rings 902, the two fixing blocks 906 are fixedly connected with the toothed ring 903, the stability of the pushing plate 901 during movement is improved through the arrangement of the limiting rings 902, meanwhile, the pushing plate 901 is limited, and impurities at the bottom of the semi-annular filter box 11 can be pushed to move when the pushing plate 901 rotates in the semi-annular filter box 11.
The outer surface of the cleaning water tank 1 is fixedly connected with a servo motor 904, the servo motor 904 is a positive and negative rotation motor, thereby controlling the pushing plate 901 to swing in the semi-annular filter box 11, whenever impurities exist in the semi-annular filter box 11, the semi-annular filter box 11 is scratched into the collecting box 13, the output end of the servo motor 904 is fixedly connected with a gear 905, the gear 905 is meshed with a toothed ring 903, the scraping plate 907 is slidingly connected with the inner wall of the pushing plate 901, the outer surface of the scraping plate 907 is hinged with two hinging rods 908 through pin shafts, one ends of the two hinging rods 908, far away from the scraping plate 907, are hinged with a pressed block 909 through pin shafts, two sides of the semi-annular filter box 11 are fixedly communicated with a feed box 12, the inner walls of the two feed boxes 12 are slidingly connected with a collecting box 13, the outer surface of the pressed block 909 is fixedly connected with two limiting rods 910, the two limiting rods 910 are slidingly connected with a fixed block 906, the outer surfaces of the two limiting rods II 910 are respectively sleeved with a three-911 expansion spring, one ends of the three-911 expansion springs are fixedly connected to the outer surface of the fixed block 906, one ends of the three-911 expansion springs far away from the fixed block 906 are respectively and fixedly connected with the two pressed blocks 909, the servo motor 904 is controlled to drive the gear 905 to rotate, the toothed ring 903 drives the pushing plate 901 to rotate in the semi-annular filter box 11, the filtered impurities in the pushing plate 901 are pushed to move in the semi-annular filter box 11 when the pushing plate 901 rotates, when the pushing plate 901 moves to be close to the inlet of the feeding box 12, the pressed blocks 909 are pressed by the inner wall of the semi-annular filter box 11, the pressed blocks 909 are driven to move by the hinged rod II 908, the impurities on the pushing plate 901 are scraped by the scraping plates 907 and drop into the collecting box 13, through the arrangement of the three-911 expansion springs, when the pressed blocks 909 are not pressed any more, the pressed block 909 resets the scratch plate 907 by the spring tension of the extension spring three 911.
Working principle: when the vegetable cleaning machine is used, as shown in the supporting frame 2 of the figure, the two groups of first filtering plates 801, the two groups of second filtering plates 811 and the two plugging plates 6 are mutually closed to form a finished filtering basket, vegetables are put into the filtering basket, the control lifting machine 3 drives the supporting frame 2 to enable the filtering basket to enter the cleaning water tank 1, the electric washing plate 16 is controlled to start to enable water in the cleaning water tank 1 to continuously roll, and bubbles produced by the bubble machine 14 are injected into the cleaning water tank 1 through the air outlet pipe 15, so that the vegetables in the filtering basket are cleaned.
After the cleaning work is finished, vegetables in the filter basket are picked up, two electric telescopic rods 74 are controlled to drive two moving slide rails 72 to move upwards at the same time, the moving slide rails 72 move upwards to drive six square slide blocks 803 to move upwards, when the six first filter plates 801 move upwards, as the six slide bars 802 slide and deflect in the slide grooves of the six slide groove plates 71 respectively, the six first filter plates 801 diffuse synchronously, gaps are reserved between the two adjacent first filter plates 801, meanwhile, when the first filter plates 801 move upwards, the top columns 806 are extruded by the connecting plates 4 to enable the moving plates 804 to move downwards, the moving plates 804 drive the second filter plates 811 to slide through the first hinge rods 810, gaps are reserved between the two opposite second filter plates 811, and then the electric washing plates 16 are opened to thoroughly clean each first filter plate 801 and each second filter plate 811 in a washing mode, so that self-cleaning is realized.
When self-cleaning and vegetable cleaning are carried out, water and residues in the cleaning water tank 1 flow into the semi-annular filter tank 11 through the communicating pipe 10 at the same time and are filtered by the semi-annular filter tank 11, the servo motor 904 is controlled to drive the gear 905 to rotate, the toothed ring 903 drives the pushing plate 901 to rotate in the semi-annular filter tank 11, filtered impurities in the pushing plate 901 are pushed to move in the semi-annular filter tank 11 when the pushing plate 901 rotates, when the pushing plate 901 moves to be close to an inlet of the feeding box 12, the compression block 909 is extruded by the inner wall of the semi-annular filter tank 11, the compression block 909 drives the scraping plate 907 to move through the hinge rod two 908, the impurities on the pushing plate 901 are scraped by the scraping plate 907 and drop into the collecting box 13, and as the servo motor 904 is a forward and backward motor, the pushing plate 901 can be controlled to swing in the semi-annular filter tank 11, so that the impurities accumulated on the semi-annular filter tank 11 are scraped into the collecting box 13 when the impurities are in the semi-annular filter tank 11, and the problem that frequent cleaning of people on the semi-annular filter tank 11 is effectively avoided.

Claims (3)

1. A vegetable washing apparatus having a self-cleaning function, comprising:
the vegetable cleaning device comprises a cleaning water tank (1) for cleaning vegetables, wherein a lifting machine (3) is arranged on the outer surface of the cleaning water tank (1), a supporting frame (2) is fixedly connected to the lifting end of the lifting machine (3), and two connecting plates (4) are fixedly connected to the outer surface of the supporting frame (2);
an electric washing plate (16) is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the cleaning water tank (1), a bubble machine (14) is arranged on the outer surface of the cleaning water tank (1), an air outlet pipe (15) is fixedly connected to the air outlet end of the bubble machine (14), and the air outlet pipe (15) penetrates through the outer surface of the cleaning water tank (1) and is fixedly connected with the cleaning water tank (1);
the two sealing mechanisms (5) are arranged below the two connecting plates (4), the sealing mechanisms (5) comprise fixing plates (52) on two sides of the connecting plates (4), the two fixing plates (52) are fixedly connected to the outer surfaces of the connecting plates (4), fixing rods (51) are fixedly connected between the two fixing plates (52), two symmetrical L-shaped plates (53) are slidably connected to the outer surfaces of the fixing rods (51), two sealing plates (6) are arranged in the cleaning water tank (1), and the two sealing plates (6) are fixedly connected with the two groups of L-shaped plates (53) respectively;
the outer surface of the fixed rod (51) is sleeved with two first telescopic springs (54), one ends of the first telescopic springs (54) close to each other are fixedly connected with two L-shaped plates (53) respectively, and one ends of the first telescopic springs (54) far away from each other are fixedly connected with two fixed plates (52) respectively;
