referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the electric valve 1 includes a control part 1a, a valve body 40, a valve member 21 and a stator assembly 20, the stator assembly 20 is fixed to the control part 1a, the stator assembly 20 is electrically and/or signally connected to the control part 1a, and the control part 1a can be electrically and/or signally connected to the outside. The stator assembly 20 is sleeved on the periphery of the valve component 21, the stator assembly 20 is fixed with the valve body 40, and a part of the valve component 21 is positioned on the valve body 40. The electric valve 1 further includes a first sensor device 50, the first sensor device 50 is fixed to the valve body 40, and the first sensor device 50 is electrically and/or signally connected to the control unit 1a, and is capable of detecting the temperature and/or pressure of the working medium.
The electric valve 1 includes an inlet 212, an outlet 213, a first passage 41, and a second passage 214, the second passage 214 communicating the inlet 212 and the outlet 213, the first passage 41 being distant from the stator assembly 20 with respect to the inlet 212 and the outlet 213 in the axial direction of the stator assembly 20. The valve body 40 includes a first valve body 401 and a second valve body 402, the inlet 212, the outlet 213, and the second passage 214 are all located in the first valve body 401, and the inlet 212 and the outlet 213 are located in two walls adjacent to the first valve body 401, the first passage 41 is located in the second valve body 402, and the first passage 41 and the second passage 214 are not communicated with each other.
Compared with the integrated valve body 40, the first valve body 401 and the second valve body 402 are formed in a split mode, the first valve body 401 and the second valve body 402 formed in a split mode are small in size, small-size raw materials can be selected for processing and forming, raw materials are high in selectivity, waste of materials is not easy to cause, and cost is reduced. The material of the first valve body 401 comprises a metal material, and the density of the second valve body 402 is smaller than that of the first valve body 401, so that on one hand, the weight of the electric valve 1 can be reduced, and on the other hand, the light valve body 40 reduces the transportation cost to a certain extent. Specifically, the material of the second valve body 402 may be a metal material or a plastic, and in this embodiment, the second valve body 402 includes plastic and is formed by injection molding, so that on the premise of ensuring the use effect, the waste of the material is greatly reduced, which is beneficial to improving the utilization rate of the material and reducing the cost. Preferably, the material of the second valve body includes PPS, PA66, or the like.
Defining the axial direction of the stator assembly 20 as a reference direction, the valve member 21 is disposed through the first valve body 401 along the reference direction, the second valve body 402 is far away from the valve member 21 relative to the first valve body 401, and a portion of the first sensing device 50 is located on the second valve body 402. In one embodiment, the axial direction of the first sensing device 50 forms an angle with the reference direction, so that the assembly direction of the first valve body 401 and the assembly direction of the second valve body 402 are different. During assembly, the first sensing device 50 is firstly mounted on the second valve body 402, then the first valve body 401, the second valve body 402 and the control part 1a are assembled in sequence, the first sensing device 50 is not required to be mounted on the valve body 40 from the electric control side, the assembly process is simplified, and in the embodiment, the axial direction of the first sensing device 50 is perpendicular to the reference direction. In another embodiment, the axial direction of the first sensing device 50 is parallel to the reference direction, that is, the mounting direction of the first sensing device 50 is parallel to the mounting direction of the stator assembly 20, and the design can reduce the height of the device in one direction to adapt to the requirements of different environments.
The valve member 21 includes a valve element 202 and a rotor assembly 203, the valve member 21 has a valve port 211, the valve port 211 is located in the second passage 214, and the valve element 202 is capable of moving and adjusting the opening degree of the valve port 211. The first valve body 401 includes a third opening 4011, the third opening 4011 opens away from the second valve body 402, and a portion of the valve member 21 is located in the third opening 4011.
The control part 1a comprises an electric control part 30 and the housing 10, wherein the housing 10 is provided with a first cavity 15, and the electric control part 30 is positioned in the first cavity 15.
The connection mode of the first valve body 401 and the second valve body 402 comprises fixed connection or limit connection or abutting connection, the first valve body 401 and the second valve body 402 can be connected independently, and the first valve body 401 and the second valve body 402 can be connected with the shell 10 while being connected, so that the stability of installation of the first valve body 401 and the second valve body 402 is improved. Here, several mounting methods are exemplified, one of the mounting methods is that one side of the first valve body 401 is in contact with the housing 10, the other side is in contact with the second valve body 402, the second valve body 402 is fixed to the housing 10, and the first valve body 401 is limited by the contact between the second valve body 402 and the housing 10; the other connecting mode is that the first valve body 401 is fixed with the shell 10, the second valve body 402 is fixed with the shell 10, and the first valve body 401 and the second valve body 402 are mutually abutted; another connection mode is that the first valve body 401 is fixed with the housing 10, the second valve body 402 is fixed with the housing 10, and the first valve body 401 is fixed with the second valve body 402. Of course, the actual installation includes but is not limited to the above connection mode, and only the fixing effect is needed.

When the first valve body 401 and the second valve body 402 are attached, a micro gap is still reserved between the first valve body 401 and the second valve body in a microscopic sense, and external corrosions are easy to stay in the micro gap, so that corrosion is caused; when the first valve body 401 and the second valve body 402 are not bonded, a gap therebetween is large, and the probability of accumulating corrosions is greatly reduced, and therefore, the non-contact between the first valve body 401 and the second valve body 402 can reduce the probability of corrosions. Here, since the portion of the valve member 21 is penetrated in the first valve body 401 in the reference direction, both sides of the first valve body 401 in the reference direction are respectively restrained and limited by the housing 10 and the second valve body 402, and the position is not easily deviated. It should be noted that the aforementioned fixing is a detachable fixing connection, such as bolting, and in this embodiment, the first valve body 401 is fixed to the housing 10, and the second valve body 402 is fixed to the housing 10, and this connection is actually included but not limited to.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 5, the electric valve 1 includes a first bolt 4023 and a second bolt 4024 defining an axial direction of the first sensing device 50 as a first direction, the first direction being perpendicular to the reference direction. The first bolt 4023 is disposed along a first direction, and a portion of the first bolt 4023 is located in a first hole (not shown in the drawing) of the housing 10, and the first bolt 4023 passes through the housing 10 and is in threaded connection with the second valve body 402 at the end of the first bolt 4023, so as to fix the second valve body 402 relative to the housing 10, wherein the first direction is perpendicular to the axial direction of the stator assembly 20. The third bolt 4025 is disposed along a reference direction or a first direction, and a portion of the third bolt 4025 is located in a second hole (not shown) of the housing 10, and an end of the third bolt 4025 is screwed to the first valve body 401 after the third bolt 4025 passes through the housing 10, for fixing the first valve body 401 with respect to the housing 10. In other embodiments, the first bolt 4023, the second bolt 4024 and the third bolt 4025 may be other fittings that can achieve the fixing effect, and the present invention is not limited to the above-described structure.
The above connection modes can achieve the detachable effect, are favorable for checking and replacing internal parts, prolong the service life of the electric valve 1, and are suitable for practical use, including but not limited to the above connection modes.
