Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
Fig. 1-3 are schematic structural views of a trolley bus according to an embodiment of the present application. The embodiment of the application provides a trolley bus, which comprises a carriage 100, a vehicle-mounted controller 200 and a power receiving and communicating component 300, wherein the power receiving and communicating component 300 is arranged at the top of the carriage 100, the power receiving and communicating component 300 comprises a power receiving component and a communicating component, the communicating component is arranged on the power receiving component, and when the power receiving component contacts with a contact net to be powered on, the communicating component is also powered on with a fixed wireless access point 460 so as to access a wireless network through the fixed wireless access point 460.
Illustratively, the onboard controllers 200 are capable of controlling various devices in the car 100 and collecting status data during trolley operation, wherein the data that is needed to be sent to other trolleys or control centers is sent to the fixed wireless access point 460 via the communication component, so that the fixed wireless access point 460 sends the data in a wireless signal. Because the fixed wireless access points 460 are powered by the overhead line system, the wireless signals can be sent out by adopting larger power, so that other fixed wireless access points 460 in a larger range can receive the wireless signals, and the fixed wireless access points 460 receiving the wireless signals can send data to other trolleybuses or control centers by adopting a flow reverse to the flow of transmitting the wireless signals.
Specifically, in the case of communication between trolleys, only other trolleys near the current trolley are required to receive data, while in the case of communication between the trolley and the control center, the distance between the trolley and the control center may be relatively long, so that the fixed wireless access point 460 is required to transmit wireless signals with relatively large power, so that the trolley needs to mark the received objects of these data before transmitting the data, different marks are used for the data received by only other trolleys in a small range and the data received by the control center at a relatively long distance, the fixed wireless access point 460 can recognize the marks in the data after receiving these data, and a relatively small power can be used for transmitting wireless signals for the data marked as "workshop data", and a relatively large power is required for transmitting wireless signals for the data marked as "ground data". When the fixed wireless access point 460 disposed at other positions receives data, the marks in the data can be identified, and the data marked as "workshop data" is forwarded to different objects for example, the data marked as "workshop data" needs to be forwarded to the trolleybus which is connected at present, while the data marked as "ground data" is received by the fixed wireless access point 460 connected with the control center and forwarded to the control center, and the other fixed wireless access points 460 not connected with the control center receive the data marked as "ground data" and delete the data immediately.
The wireless network is formed by a plurality of fixed wireless access points 460, each fixed wireless access point 460 receives data sent by the trolley bus and then broadcasts the data by adopting a power supply provided by a contact net, no matter what kind of transmitting power is needed, the load can not be generated on a battery on the trolley bus, the power supply of the trolley bus is not consumed, and the cruising of the trolley bus is facilitated to be improved.
In one possible embodiment, the power receiving component includes a power receiving pole 310 and a power receiving device 311, the communication component includes a communication line 320 and a communication contactor 321, two ends of the communication line 320 are respectively connected to the vehicle-mounted controller 200 and the communication contactor 321, and the communication contactor 321 is disposed on an outer side surface of the power receiving device 311.
The power receiving pole 310 is rotatably disposed at the top of the carriage 100, and is specifically a solid or hollow pole, and a cable for turning on the power is disposed on the power receiving pole 310, when the power receiving pole 311 is raised along with the power receiving pole 310 to contact with the power contact wire 430 above the carriage 100, the battery in the carriage 100 and the vehicle-mounted controller 200 are turned on, the battery can be charged by using the power, and the vehicle-mounted controller 200 can control the motor or air conditioner to operate by using the power, and when the power receiving pole 310 passes through some non-energized sections of the overhead contact system or enters the area where the overhead contact system is not erected in the parking lot, the vehicle-mounted controller 200 can switch the equipment in the carriage 100 to the power using the battery, so as to avoid the equipment stop operation caused by the failure of the trolley bus.
Because the electric receiver 310 is adopted to form a connecting medium between the carriage 100 and the contact net, the communication line 320 can be arranged on the electric receiver 310, meanwhile, the communication contactor 321 is arranged on the outer side surface of the electric receiver 311, and when the electric receiver 311 is contacted with the electric power contact line 430 to be connected with a power supply through arranging the communication contact line 440 in parallel near the electric power contact line 430 in the contact net, the communication contactor 321 is just contacted with the communication contact line 440, so that the vehicle-mounted controller 200 and the fixed wireless access point 460 are connected, the vehicle-mounted controller 200 can send data to the fixed wireless access point 460, and after the fixed wireless access point 460 receives the data, the data can be immediately converted into wireless signals and sent out, and the data can be temporarily stored and transmitted for a plurality of times.
In one possible embodiment, the communication contactor 321 includes an insulating housing and a conductive block disposed inside the insulating housing for contacting the communication contact line 440 disposed in the catenary to connect the in-vehicle controller 200 to the fixed wireless access point 460.
Illustratively, the structures of the current collector 311 and the communication contactor 321 are the same, and the two are only different in size, the current collector 311 includes a U-shaped insulating housing 3110 and a conductive block 3111 disposed inside the insulating housing 3110, the conductive block 3111 may be made of graphite, and a groove matching the shape of the bottom of the power contact wire 430 is formed on a side surface facing to the top opening of the insulating housing 3110, when the current collector 311 rises along with the current collector 310, the current collector 311 can rotate at the top end of the current collector 310, so as to keep the current collector 311 and the power contact wire 430 in normal contact after the relative positions and angles of the current collector 310 and the power contact wire 430 change, and a larger contact area exists between the conductive block 3111 and the power contact wire 430 in the current collector 311, so that the two can keep a relatively stable connection.
Since the structures of the current collector 311 and the communication contactor 321 are the same, the structure of the communication contactor 321 will not be described in detail herein, and reference may be made to the above description of the structure of the current collector 311.
Based on the trolley bus, the application also provides a trolley bus communication method, which comprises the following steps:
connecting the communication component with the fixed wireless access point 460;
power is supplied to the fixed wireless access point 460 using the power supply of the catenary;
the in-vehicle controller 200 transmits the vehicle data to the fixed wireless access point 460 through the communication module, and the fixed wireless access point 460 inputs the vehicle data into the wireless network.
Further, based on the trolley bus and the communication method, the application also provides a trolley bus communication system, which comprises a contact net, a fixed wireless access point 460 and the trolley bus, wherein the trolley bus is in contact with the contact net to be connected with a power supply, the trolley bus is connected with the fixed wireless access point 460, and the fixed wireless access point 460 utilizes the power supply of the contact net to be connected with a wireless network.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4-5, the catenary includes a cross bar 400, a power contact wire 430, and a communication contact wire 440, both of which hang below the cross bar 400. The cross bar 400 can be arranged on the upright post fixed on the roadside, the cross bar 400 extends into the upper part of the road surface in a horizontal arrangement mode, and the power contact wire 430 and the communication contact wire 440 are hung below the cross bar, so that the trolley bus always keeps sliding contact with the power contact wire 430 and the communication contact wire 440 in the running process, and the power supply and the data transmission are ensured to be connected in real time when the trolley bus is available. The power supply on the power contact line 430 may be provided by a plurality of rectifying stations disposed along the trolley bus line, and 600V or 550V direct current output from the rectifying stations supplies power to the power contact line 430 through a feeder line. Since the direct current needs to be distinguished into positive and negative electrodes in the power transmission process, the number of the power contact wires 430 is two, namely a positive potential wire and a negative potential wire, respectively, and accordingly, two power receiving rods 310 and power receiving devices 311 on the top of the carriage 100 need to be provided, respectively, for accessing a positive potential power supply and a negative potential power supply, and the communication contactor 321 and the communication wire 320 can be provided on one of the power receiving devices 311 and the power receiving rods 310.
In the embodiment of the present application, the overhead contact system further includes a suspension cable 410 and a carrier cable 420, the suspension cable 410 is suspended below the cross bar 400, the power contact line 430 and the communication contact line 440 are both located below the suspension cable 410, the upper end of the carrier cable 420 is connected with the suspension cable 410, and the lower end of the carrier cable 420 is connected with the power contact line 430 and the communication contact line 440.
After the suspension cable 410 and the carrier cable 420 are adopted, the power contact wire 430, the communication contact wire 440 and the cross rod 400 can be flexibly connected, and compared with a rigid connection mode of directly hanging the power contact wire 430 and the communication contact wire 440 at the bottom of the cross rod 400, after the flexible connection is adopted, the power contact wire 430 and the communication contact wire 440 can move to a certain extent relative to the cross rod 400, so that the movement of the power receiving rod 310 and the power receiving device 311 in the trolley bus moving process is adapted, and the power taking and data transmission stability is improved.
Further, an isolation unit 450 is provided between the power contact line 430 and the communication contact line 440, and the isolation unit 450 is connected to the lower end of the carrier cable 420.
Since the power contact line 430 has a higher voltage, and the communication contact line 440 has a smaller voltage, only 12V, 5V or even lower voltage is usually needed, and therefore the power contact line 430 needs to be insulated and isolated by the isolation unit 450, so that the power supply with a higher voltage transmitted on the power contact line 430 does not affect the communication contact line 440. After the suspension cable 410 and the carrier cable 420 are adopted, the isolation unit 450 may be fixedly connected to the bottom end of the carrier cable 420, and then the installation groove 4501 for connecting the power contact line 430 and the communication contact line 440 is provided at the bottom of the isolation unit 450, and the power contact line 430 and the communication contact line 440 may be connected in the installation groove 4501 by various manners such as welding, bonding, bolting, and the like, while keeping the bottoms of the power contact line 430 and the communication contact line 440 exposed, so that the power receiver 311 and the communication contact 321 normally contact the power contact line 430 and the communication contact line 440 in the sliding process, and are not blocked.
Further, a fixed wireless access point 460 is provided on the crossbar 400. After the fixed wireless access point 460 is arranged on the cross bar 400, the space on the cross bar 400 can be fully utilized, and a shorter cable or signal transmission line can be adopted to be connected among the power contact line 430, the communication contact line 440 and the fixed wireless access point 460, the fixed wireless access point 460 needs to step down the voltage after being connected with the power of the power contact line 430 so as to form 24V or 12V power, and finally the power is provided for an internal processing unit and an external omnidirectional antenna.
While preferred embodiments of the present application have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. It is therefore intended that the following claims be interpreted as including the preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the application.
