And in the process, the first flat plate 34 and the second flat plate 35 are used for realizing clamping, so that the stability of goods in the rotating process is ensured, and therefore, higher-speed operation can be realized, and the efficiency is effectively improved. The pushing mechanism 5 is used for pushing out, and the pushing out is pushed out to the output device 4, wherein the output device 4 can be a conveyer belt with a partition plate, a common conveyer belt, other equipment such as a film covering sealing device, a heat shrinking device and the like. In addition, the baffle mechanism 6 can effectively stabilize the position of the goods when the upper input device 1 and the lower input device 2 input the goods.
2. The upper end surface of the first flat plate 34 is lower than the conveying plane of the conveying belt mechanism, and the difference is 0.5-2mm, so that when goods are input, the input goods and the stacked first flat plate 34 are prevented from generating larger friction, the stacked goods are prevented from generating bad states such as deflection and the like, and the better stacking purpose can be achieved.
3. By means of the clamping conveyor belt mechanism, a better input can be achieved.
4. The arrangement of the pressure sensor 38 can achieve a good clamping purpose and prevent damage to the goods.
5. The baffle mechanism 6 comprises a lifting cylinder 61 and a cargo baffle 62 arranged on a piston rod of the lifting cylinder 61, so that the cargo baffle 62 can play a role in blocking materials, and can also realize the purpose of removing, namely, when input cargoes are in a problem, the cargo is not blocked by the cargo baffle 62 during stacking, and the cargoes can run out through the first station 31. A collection device, such as a collection bin or collection conveyor belt, may also be provided on the other side of the cargo barrier 62. Thus, the cargo barrier 62 may be telescopic to effect blocking or releasing of cargo entering the first station 31.
6. By arranging the pushing plates 53 at the upper end and the lower end of the pushing support 52, interference can be effectively reduced, and a longer pushing stroke can be realized.
7. Through the setting of accepting mechanism 7, can realize the cooperation with pushing mechanism 5 to realize the centre gripping of goods, realize that the goods shifts to on the output device 4 by second station 32, realize better arrangement state. After transfer, the receiving means 7 can continue away from the output device 4 so as not to interfere with the operation of the output device 4.
The electronic commerce goods stacking method of the electronic commerce goods stacking device comprises the following steps:
firstly, the goods are input by the upper input device 1 and then enter the first station 31, and the first flat plate 34 on the first station 31 descends layer by layer to realize the bearing of the goods;
secondly, after the number is reached, the second flat plate 35 is matched with the first flat plate 34 to clamp the goods, and then the stacking bracket 39 rotates to rotate the goods from the first station 31 to the second station 32;
in a third step, the second plate 35 is released from the first plate 34, forming a lateral support for the load, and the pushing mechanism 5 is then actuated to push the load out of the second station 32 to the output device 4.
In the third step, the second plate 35 and the first plate 34 are released and clamped first, then clamped again to finish the arrangement, and finally clamped again.
According to the e-commerce cargo stacking method, dual-channel input of cargoes is achieved, then 90-degree steering is conducted, change of stacking states of the cargoes is achieved, and when the second station 32 is located, the second plate 35 and the first plate 34 can be clamped and loosened, lateral support of the cargoes is achieved after the clamping and loosening, so that the movement of the pushing mechanism 5 is facilitated, and stability of output of the cargoes is effectively guaranteed. And after the goods are loosened, the goods can be clamped again, so that the goods are tidied secondarily, and finally the goods are loosened again. In addition, in order to achieve a more regular stack of goods, static electricity may be added to the first station 31 and/or the third station 33, so that an effective tight connection between the goods is achieved with static electricity, which may be eliminated with static electricity eliminating means at the output means 4.
While the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
