Illustratively, when the first network functional entity receives the data request message, the type of the data connection or the requirement information may be determined based on the data requirement (at least one of anonymization requirement, data granularity requirement and real-time requirement) carried in the data request message; for example, if the data requirement carried in the data request message is an anonymization requirement, the type of the data connection or the requirement information is an anonymization connection; if the data requirement is a semi-anonymization requirement, the type or the requirement information of the data connection is a semi-anonymization connection; if the data requirement is a non-anonymization requirement, the type or the requirement information of the data connection is a non-anonymization connection; if the data requirement is a real-time acquisition requirement, the type of the data connection or the requirement information is connection based on a control plane; if the data requirement is a quasi-real-time acquisition requirement or a non-real-time acquisition requirement, the type or the requirement information of the data connection is a connection based on a user plane or a connection based on a data plane, and the data connection can be specifically determined through negotiation; if the data requirement is a requirement with single terminal as granularity, the type of data connection or the requirement information is the connection of the specific terminal; if the data requirement is a requirement with granularity of terminal group, a requirement with granularity of region, or a requirement with granularity of network element, the type of data connection or requirement information is connection of non-specific terminal.
It should be noted that, when the target data connection is established, the type or the requirement information of the data connection may be determined based on the anonymization requirement, the data granularity requirement and the real-time requirement, for example, the type or the requirement information of the data connection includes an anonymized connection, a specific terminal connection and a connection based on a control plane. The determination may also be made based on two of anonymization requirements, data granularity requirements, and real-time requirements, e.g., the type of data connection or the requirement information includes an anonymous connection and a control plane based connection; specifically, the content of the data requirement carried in the data request message may be determined, which is not limited in this application.
When the target data connection is based on the user plane connection, the terminal sends the target data to the first network functional entity through the access network device and the user plane function (User Plane Function, UPF) in sequence when the target device is the terminal; and under the condition that the target equipment is access network equipment, the access network equipment sends target data to the first network functional entity through UPF.
According to the data connection establishment method, the first network function entity determines the type or the requirement information of the data connection based on at least one of anonymization requirements, data granularity requirements and real-time requirements carried in the data request message, so that target equipment can conveniently establish target data connection with the first network function entity based on the type or the requirement information of the data connection, different requirements on whether target data is anonymized, whether real-time performance is achieved or not are met, and flexibility of data collection is improved.
Optionally, fig. 4 is a third flowchart of the data connection establishment method according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, after the step 201, the data connection establishment method further includes the following steps:
step 204, the first network function entity receives the target data sent by the target device on an established reference data connection, where the reference data connection is established by the target device based on the type or requirement information of the data connection.
Specifically, based on different target devices, the established reference data connection is different, and the manner in which the first network functional entity receives the target data is also different, which is specifically as follows:
in the case that the target device comprises a terminal, the reference data connection comprises a first data connection between the terminal and the access network device, the target data connection comprising the first data connection and a second data connection between the access network device and the first network function entity; alternatively, the target data connection comprises the first data connection, a third data connection between the access network device and the second network function entity, and a fourth data connection between the second network function entity and the first network function entity. That is, the reference data connection is only the first data connection in the target data connection.
The first network functional entity receives the target data sent by the terminal on the first data connection through the second network functional entity and the access network equipment; or,
the first network functional entity receives the target data sent by the terminal on the first data connection through the access network equipment.
When the target device is a terminal, the terminal may establish a reference data connection between the terminal and the access network device based on the type or the requirement information of the data connection carried in the first data connection establishment request, that is, the first data connection, when the terminal receives the first data connection establishment request, and the access network device establishes a second data connection between the access network device and the first network functional entity based on the type or the requirement information of the data connection, where the first data connection and the second data connection form the target data connection; or the access network equipment establishes a third data connection between the access network equipment and the second network functional entity based on the type or the requirement information of the data connection, then the second network functional entity establishes a fourth data connection between the second network functional entity and the first network functional entity based on the type or the requirement information of the data connection, and the first data connection, the third data connection and the fourth data connection form a target data connection.
In the case that the target device comprises an access network device, the reference data connection comprises a second data connection between the access network device and the first network function entity, or a third data connection between the access network device and the second network function entity;
the target data connection includes the second data connection; alternatively, the target data connection comprises the third data connection and a fourth data connection between the second network function entity and the first network function entity; that is, the reference data connection is the second data connection in the target data connection or the third data connection in the target data connection.
The first network functional entity receives the target data sent by the access network device on the third data connection through the second network functional entity; or,
the first network function entity receives the target data sent by the access network device over the second data connection.
When the target device is an access network device, the access network device may establish a second data connection between the access network device and the first network functional entity based on the type or the requirement information of the data connection carried in the first data connection establishment request when receiving the first data connection establishment request, where the second data connection is the target data connection; or the access network equipment establishes a third data connection between the access network equipment and the second network functional entity based on the type or the requirement information of the data connection, then the second network functional entity establishes a fourth data connection between the second network functional entity and the first network functional entity based on the type or the requirement information of the data connection, and the third data connection and the fourth data connection form a target data connection.
In the case that the target device comprises a second network function entity, the reference data connection comprises a fourth data connection between the second network function entity and the first network function entity; the target data connection includes the fourth data connection; that is, the reference data connection is the fourth data connection in the target data connection.
The first network function receives the target data sent by the second network function entity over the fourth data connection.
For example, when the target device is the second network function entity, the second network function entity may establish a fourth data connection between the second network function entity and the first network function entity based on the type or the requirement information of the data connection carried in the first data connection establishment request when receiving the first data connection establishment request, where the fourth data connection is the target data connection.
According to the data connection establishment method provided by the embodiment of the application, different target data connections are correspondingly established based on different target devices, so that data transmitted on the corresponding target data connections between the first network function entity and the second network function entity, between the first network function entity and the access network device and between the first network function entity and the terminal are collected.
Optionally, in case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises the non-anonymous connection, the identity information of the terminal or user is included in the target data sent over at least one of the following data connections: a first data connection, a second data connection, a third data connection, and a fourth data connection;
in case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises the anonymous connection, identity information of the terminal or user is not included in the target data sent over at least one of the following data connections: a first data connection, a second data connection, a third data connection, and a fourth data connection;
in case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises the semi-anonymous connection, the identity information of the terminal or user may be included in the target data sent on the first data connection or the third data connection; the identity information of the terminal or the user is not included in the target data sent on the second data connection or the fourth data connection;
in case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises the semi-anonymous connection, the identity information of the terminal or user, or the temporary identification information of the terminal or user, is included in the target data sent on the first data connection; the target data sent on the third data connection comprises the identity information of the terminal or the user, and the target data sent on the second data connection or the fourth data connection comprises the temporary identification information of the terminal; the temporary identification information and the identity information have a corresponding relationship.
Optionally, in case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises the anonymous connection, at least one of the following data connections comprises a common tunnel: a first data connection, a second data connection, a third data connection, and a fourth data connection.
The identity information of the terminal or the user may be globally unique identity information, for example, the identity information of the terminal may be an international mobile equipment identity (International Mobile Equipment Identity, IMEI), the identity information of the user may be a user permanent identifier (Subscription Permanent Identifier, SUPI) or an international mobile subscriber identity (International Mobile Subscriber Identity, IMSI) and the like, the temporary identity information may be a Cell radio network temporary identity (Cell-Radio Network Temporary Identifier, C-RNTI), or a 5G globally unique temporary UE identity (5G Globally Unique Temporary UE Identity,5G-GUTI) and the like, and the correspondence between the temporary identity information and the identity information may be stored in the access network device or the second network functional entity.
For example, in case the type of data connection or the requirement information comprises a non-anonymous connection and the target device is a terminal, if the target data connection consists of a first data connection and a second data connection, both the first data connection and the second data connection may comprise identity information of the terminal or the user; if the target data connection consists of a first data connection, a third data connection and a fourth data connection, the first data connection, the third data connection and the fourth data connection may each comprise identity information of the terminal or the user. In case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises a non-anonymous connection and the target device is an access network device, if the target data connection consists of a second data connection, the second data connection comprises identity information of the terminal or the user; if the target data connection consists of a third data connection and a fourth data connection, both the third data connection and the fourth data connection may comprise identity information of the terminal or the user. In case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises a non-anonymous connection and the target device is a second network function entity, the target data connection consists of a fourth data connection, which then comprises identity information of the terminal or user.
For example, in case the type of data connection or the requirement information comprises an anonymous connection and the target device is a terminal, if the target data connection consists of a first data connection and a second data connection, neither the first data connection nor the second data connection comprises identity information of the terminal or the user; if the target data connection consists of a first data connection, a third data connection and a fourth data connection, none of the first data connection, the third data connection and the fourth data connection comprises identity information of the terminal or the user. If the target data connection consists of a second data connection, the second data connection does not comprise identity information of the terminal or the user, in case the type or the requirement information of the data connection comprises an anonymous connection and the target device is an access network device; if the target data connection consists of a third data connection and a fourth data connection, neither the third data connection nor the fourth data connection comprises identity information of the terminal or the user. In case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises an anonymous connection and the target device is a second network function entity, the target data connection consists of a fourth data connection, the fourth data connection does not comprise identity information of the terminal or the user.
For example, in the case where the type of data connection or the requirement information includes an anonymous connection and the target device is a terminal, if the target data connection is composed of a first data connection and a second data connection, both the first data connection and the second data connection may be a common tunnel; if the target data connection is made up of a first data connection, a third data connection and a fourth data connection, the first data connection, the third data connection and the fourth data connection may all be a common tunnel. In case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises an anonymous connection and the target device is an access network device, the second data connection may be a public tunnel if the target data connection consists of the second data connection; if the target data connection consists of a third data connection and a fourth data connection, both the third data connection and the fourth data connection may be a common tunnel. In case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises an anonymous connection and the target device is a second network function entity, the target data connection consists of a fourth data connection, then the fourth data connection may be a public tunnel. The identity information of the terminal or the user is transmitted on the public tunnel, and the access network device, the second network function entity and the first network function entity cannot acquire the identity information of the terminal or the user.
In the case that the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises semi-anonymous connection and the target device is a terminal, if the target data connection is composed of a first data connection and a second data connection, the first data connection may comprise identity information of the terminal or the user, and the second data connection does not comprise identity information of the terminal or the user; if the target data connection consists of a first data connection, a third data connection and a fourth data connection, the first data connection or the third data connection may comprise identity information of the terminal or the user, and the fourth data connection does not comprise identity information of the terminal or the user. In case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises a semi-anonymous connection and the target device is an access network device, if the target data connection consists of a second data connection, the second data connection does not comprise identity information of the terminal or the user; if the target data connection consists of a third data connection and a fourth data connection, the third data connection may comprise identity information of the terminal or the user, and the fourth data connection does not comprise identity information of the terminal or the user. In case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises a semi-anonymous connection and the target device is a second network function entity, the target data connection consists of a fourth data connection, which does not comprise identity information of the terminal or the user.
If the target data connection is composed of a first data connection and a second data connection, the target data sent on the first data connection may include identity information of the terminal or the user, or temporary identification information of the terminal or the user, and the target data sent on the second data connection does not include identity information of the terminal or the user, or temporary identification information of the terminal or the user; if the target data connection is composed of the first data connection, the third data connection and the fourth data connection, the target data sent on the first data connection or the third data connection may include identity information of the terminal or the user, or temporary identification information of the terminal or the user, and the target data sent on the fourth data connection does not include identity information of the terminal or the user, or temporary identification information of the terminal or the user. If the target data connection is composed of a second data connection, the identity information of the terminal or the user is not included in the target data sent on the second data connection under the condition that the type or the requirement information of the data connection comprises semi-anonymous connection and the target device is access network equipment; if the target data connection is composed of the third data connection and the fourth data connection, the target data sent on the third data connection may include identity information of the terminal or the user, or temporary identification information of the terminal or the user, and the target data sent on the fourth data connection does not include identity information of the terminal or the user, or temporary identification information of the terminal or the user. In the case that the type or the requirement information of the data connection includes semi-anonymous connection and the target device is a second network function entity, the target data connection is composed of a fourth data connection, and the target data sent on the fourth data connection does not include identity information of a terminal or a user or temporary identification information of the terminal or the user.
It should be noted that, when the identity information of the terminal or the user is included, the identity information of the terminal or the user may also be encrypted.
It should be noted that, when only the temporary identifier information of the terminal or the user is carried in the first data connection, the access network device or the second network functional entity may convert the temporary identifier information into the identity information and store the identity information based on the corresponding relationship between the stored temporary identifier information and the identity information, but when the connection is anonymous or semi-anonymous, the converted identity information cannot be revealed to the first network functional entity.
According to the data connection establishment method provided by the embodiment of the application, the identity information of the terminal or the user is included or not included on the established target data connection based on different anonymization requirements, so that the requirements of data requesters are met.
Optionally, in the case that the target device includes a terminal, the sending, by the first network function entity, the first data connection establishment request to the target device may specifically be implemented by:
the first network functional entity sends the first data connection establishment request to the terminal through the second network functional entity and the access network equipment; or,
And the first network functional entity sends the first data connection establishment request to the terminal through the access network equipment.
In an example, in the case that the target device includes a terminal, the first network function entity forwards the first data connection establishment request to the terminal through the second network function entity and the access network device, that is, the second network function entity and the access network device may not sense the first data connection establishment request, and not parse the first data connection establishment request; or, the first network functional entity forwards the first data connection establishment request through the access network device, that is, the access network device may not sense the first data connection establishment request and not parse the first data connection establishment request.
According to the data connection establishment method provided by the embodiment of the application, the first network function entity can forward the first data connection establishment request to the terminal through the second network function entity and the access network equipment, or forward the first data connection establishment request to the terminal through the access network equipment, so that establishment of target data connection between the first network function and the terminal and collection of target data are realized.
Optionally, in the case that the target device includes an access network device, the first network function entity sends a first data connection establishment request to the target device, including:
The first network function entity sends the first data connection establishment request to the access network equipment; or,
the first network function entity sends the first data connection establishment request to the access network equipment through the second network function entity.
In an example, in case the target device comprises an access network device, the first network function entity forwards the first data connection establishment request to the access network device through the second network function entity, that is to say, the second network function entity may not perceive the first data connection establishment request and not parse the first data connection establishment request; or the first network function entity directly sends the first data connection establishment request to the access network equipment.
According to the data connection establishment method provided by the embodiment of the application, the first network function entity can forward the first data connection establishment request to the access network equipment through the second network function entity, or directly send the first data connection establishment request to the access network equipment, so that establishment of target data connection between the first network function and the access network equipment and collection of target data are realized.
Optionally, in the case that the target device includes the second network function entity, the first network function entity sends a first data connection establishment request to the target device, including:

step 205, the first network functional entity receives a data connection establishment response message sent by the target device; the data connection establishment response message includes a result of the target device establishing a target data connection with the first network function entity.
Further, the data connection establishment response message further includes type or requirement information of the target data connection.
When receiving a first data connection establishment request sent by a first network function entity, the target device may select to establish a target data connection with the first network function entity or not to establish the target data connection, and when establishing the target data connection, a result of the target data connection included in a data connection establishment response message may be successful in establishing the data connection, and further may also carry type or requirement information of the target data connection in the data connection establishment response message; when the target data connection is not established, the result of the target data connection included in the data connection establishment response message may fail to establish the data connection.
According to the data connection establishment method provided by the embodiment of the application, the first network functional entity receives the data connection establishment response message sent by the target equipment, so that whether the data connection is successfully established or not can be determined based on the result of the target data connection included in the data connection establishment response message.
Fig. 6 is a fifth flowchart of a data connection establishment method provided in an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to a terminal, and as shown in fig. 6, the data connection establishment method includes the following steps:
Step 601, a terminal receives a first data connection establishment request sent by a first network function entity, where the first data connection establishment request is used to request a target device to establish a target data connection with the first network function entity, and the first data connection establishment request includes type or requirement information of the data connection, where the target device includes the terminal, and the target data connection is used for the terminal to send target data to the first network function.
According to the data connection establishment method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the terminal can receive the first data connection establishment request comprising the type or the requirement information of the data connection sent by the first network function entity, and establish the target data connection with the first network function entity based on the type or the requirement information of the data connection included in the first data connection establishment request, so that the target data can be sent to the first network function entity on the established target data connection, the data collection between the first network function entity and the terminal based on the type or the requirement information of the data connection is realized, and the data connection of different data connection types can be supported.

It should be appreciated that in embodiments of the present application, the input unit 2704 may include a graphics processing unit (Graphics Processing Unit, GPU) 27041 and a microphone 27042, with the graphics processor 27041 processing image data of still pictures or video obtained by an image capturing device (e.g., a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The display unit 2706 may include a display panel 27061, and the display panel 27061 may be configured in the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The user input unit 2707 includes at least one of a touch panel 27071 and other input devices 27072. The touch panel 27071 is also referred to as a touch screen. The touch panel 27071 can include two parts, a touch detection device and a touch controller. Other input devices 27072 may include, but are not limited to, a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and so forth, which are not described in detail herein.
In this embodiment, after receiving downlink data from a network side device, the radio frequency unit 2701 may transmit the downlink data to the processor 2710 for processing; in addition, the radio frequency unit 2701 may send uplink data to the network device. In general, the radio frequency unit 2701 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, an amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a low noise amplifier, a duplexer, and the like.
Memory 2709 may be used to store software programs or instructions and various data. The memory 2709 may mainly include a first memory area storing programs or instructions and a second memory area storing data, wherein the first memory area may store an operating system, application programs or instructions (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.) required for at least one function, and the like. Further, the memory 2709 may include volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, or the memory 2709 may include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable PROM (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable EPROM (EEPROM), or a flash Memory. The volatile memory may be random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (ddr SDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (Enhanced SDRAM), synchronous DRAM (SLDRAM), and Direct RAM (DRRAM). Memory 2709 in embodiments of the present application includes, but is not limited to, these and any other suitable types of memory.
The processor 2710 may include one or more processing units; optionally, the processor 2710 integrates an application processor that primarily handles operations related to the operating system, user interface, application programs, etc., and a modem processor that primarily handles wireless communication signals, such as a baseband processor. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 2710.
The radio frequency unit 2701 is configured to receive a first data connection establishment request sent by a first network function entity, where the first data connection establishment request is used to request a target device to establish a target data connection with the first network function entity, and the first data connection establishment request includes information about a type or a requirement of the data connection, where the target device includes the terminal, and the target data connection is used for the terminal to send target data to the first network function.

As shown in fig. 28, the network-side device 2800 includes: a processor 2801, a network interface 2802, and a memory 2803. The network interface 2802 is, for example, a common public radio interface (common public radio interface, CPRI).

Specifically, the embodiment of the application further provides a network side device, and the network side device may be the access network device. As shown in fig. 29, the network side device 2900 includes: an antenna 291, a radio frequency device 292, a baseband device 293, a processor 294 and a memory 295. The antenna 291 is connected to a radio 292. In the uplink direction, the radio frequency device 292 receives information via the antenna 291, and transmits the received information to the baseband device 293 for processing. In the downlink direction, the baseband device 293 processes information to be transmitted, and transmits the processed information to the radio frequency device 292, and the radio frequency device 292 processes the received information and transmits the processed information through the antenna 291.
The method performed by the network-side device in the above embodiment may be implemented in the baseband apparatus 293, where the baseband apparatus 293 includes a baseband processor.
The baseband device 293 may, for example, comprise at least one baseband board on which a plurality of chips are disposed, as shown in fig. 29, where one chip, for example, a baseband processor, is connected to the memory 295 through a bus interface to invoke a program in the memory 295 to perform the network device operations shown in the above method embodiment.
The network-side device may also include a network interface 296, such as a common public radio interface (common public radio interface, CPRI).

Claims (20)

1. A method for establishing a data connection, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a first network function entity sends a first data connection establishment request to target equipment, wherein the first data connection establishment request is used for requesting the target equipment to establish target data connection with the first network function entity, the first data connection establishment request comprises data connection type or requirement information, and the target equipment comprises one of the following components: the target data connection is used for sending target data to the first network function by the target equipment.
2. The data connection establishment method according to claim 1, wherein before the first network function entity sends the first data connection establishment request to the target device, the method further comprises:
the first network function entity receives a data request message, wherein the data request message is used for requesting target data from the first network function entity, and the data request message comprises at least one of the following information: anonymization requirements, data granularity requirements, and real-time requirements;
the first network function entity determines the type or requirement information of the data connection based on the data request message.
3. The data connection establishment method according to claim 2, wherein the anonymization requirement comprises one of the following information: an anonymity requirement for the terminal or user, a semi-anonymity requirement for the terminal or user, and a non-anonymity requirement for the terminal or user.
4. The data connection establishment method according to claim 2, wherein the data granularity requirement comprises one of the following information: a single terminal-granularity requirement, a terminal group-granularity requirement, a region-granularity requirement, and a network element-granularity requirement.
5. The data connection establishment method according to claim 2, wherein the real-time requirements include one of the following information: the real-time acquisition requirement of the target data, the quasi-real-time acquisition requirement of the target data and the non-real-time acquisition requirement of the target data.
6. A data connection establishment method according to any of the claims 2-5, characterized in,
in the case that the anonymized demand is included in the data request message, the type of data connection or demand information includes one of: anonymous connections, semi-anonymous connections, and non-anonymous connections; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
In the case that the data granularity requirement is included in the data request message, the type or requirement information of the data connection includes connection of a specific terminal or connection of a non-specific terminal; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
in the case that the real-time requirements are included in the data request message, the type of data connection or the requirement information includes one of the following: control plane based connections, user plane based connections, data plane based connections.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein after the first network function entity sends the first data connection establishment request to the target device, the method further comprises:
the first network function entity receives the target data sent by the target device over a reference data connection established by the target device based on the type or demand information of the data connection.
8. The data connection establishment method according to claim 7, wherein, in case the target device comprises a terminal, the reference data connection comprises a first data connection between the terminal and the access network device, the target data connection comprises the first data connection, and a second data connection between the access network device and the first network function entity; or, the target data connection comprises the first data connection, a third data connection between the access network device and the second network function entity, and a fourth data connection between the second network function entity and the first network function entity;
The first network function entity receiving the target data sent by the target device over a reference data connection, comprising:
the first network functional entity receives the target data sent by the terminal on the first data connection through the second network functional entity and the access network equipment; or,
and the first network functional entity receives the target data sent on the first data connection of the terminal through the access network equipment.
9. The data connection establishment method according to claim 7, wherein, in case the target device comprises an access network device, the reference data connection comprises a second data connection between the access network device and the first network function entity or a third data connection between the access network device and the second network function entity;
the target data connection includes the second data connection; alternatively, the target data connection comprises the third data connection and a fourth data connection between the second network function entity and the first network function entity;
the first network function entity receiving the target data sent by the target device over a reference data connection, comprising:
The first network functional entity receives the target data sent by the access network device on the third data connection through the second network functional entity; or,
the first network function entity receives the target data sent by the access network device over the second data connection.
10. The method according to claim 7, wherein, in case the target device comprises a second network function entity, the reference data connection comprises a fourth data connection between the second network function entity and the first network function entity; the target data connection includes the fourth data connection;
the first network function entity receiving the target data sent by the target device over a reference data connection, comprising:
the first network function receives the target data sent by the second network function entity over the fourth data connection.
11. The method for establishing a data connection according to any of the claims 8-10, wherein,
in case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises the non-anonymous connection, including identity information of the terminal or user in the target data sent over at least one of the following data connections: a first data connection, a second data connection, a third data connection, and a fourth data connection;
In case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises the anonymous connection, identity information of the terminal or user is not included in the target data sent over at least one of the following data connections: a first data connection, a second data connection, a third data connection, and a fourth data connection;
in case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises the semi-anonymous connection, the identity information of the terminal or user may be included in the target data sent on the first data connection or the third data connection; the identity information of the terminal or the user is not included in the target data sent on the second data connection or the fourth data connection;
in case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises the semi-anonymous connection, the identity information of the terminal or user, or the temporary identification information of the terminal or user, is included in the target data sent on the first data connection; the target data sent on the third data connection comprises the identity information of the terminal or the user, and the target data sent on the second data connection or the fourth data connection comprises the temporary identification information of the terminal; the temporary identification information and the identity information have a corresponding relationship.
12. The method for establishing a data connection according to any of the claims 8-10, wherein,
in case the type or requirement information of the data connection comprises the anonymous connection, at least one of the following data connections comprises a common tunnel: a first data connection, a second data connection, a third data connection, and a fourth data connection.
13. The method according to any of claims 1-12, wherein, in case the target device comprises a terminal, the first network function entity sends a first data connection establishment request to the target device, comprising:
the first network functional entity sends the first data connection establishment request to the terminal through the second network functional entity and the access network equipment; or,
and the first network functional entity sends the first data connection establishment request to the terminal through the access network equipment.
14. The method according to any of claims 1-12, wherein, in case the target device comprises an access network device, the first network function entity sends a first data connection establishment request to the target device, comprising:
The first network function entity sends the first data connection establishment request to the access network equipment; or,
the first network function entity sends the first data connection establishment request to the access network equipment through the second network function entity.
15. The method according to any of claims 1-12, wherein, in case the target device comprises a second network function entity, the first network function entity sends a first data connection establishment request to the target device, comprising:
the first network function entity sends the first data connection establishment request to the second network function entity.
16. The data connection establishment method according to any of the claims 1-12, wherein after the first network function entity sends a first data connection establishment request to a target device, the method further comprises:
the first network functional entity receives a data connection establishment response message sent by the target equipment; the data connection establishment response message includes a result of the target device establishing a target data connection with the first network function entity.
17. The method according to claim 16, wherein the data connection establishment response message further includes information on the type or requirement of the target data connection.
18. A data connection establishment apparatus, comprising:
the first sending module is configured to send a first data connection establishment request to a target device, where the first data connection establishment request is used to request the target device to establish a target data connection with a first network functional entity, and the first data connection establishment request includes type or requirement information of the data connection, and the target device includes one of the following: the target data connection is used for sending target data to the first network function by the target equipment.
