As shown in fig. 6, a driving shaft 506 is rotatably mounted between the fixed blocks 501, a distance adjusting motor 507 is fixedly arranged at one side of the fixed blocks 501, the output end of the distance adjusting motor 507 is connected with the driving shaft 506, driving pins 505 are fixedly connected to the top ends of each movable block 503, distance adjusting pin grooves 5061 are formed in the surface of the driving shaft 506 at equal intervals, and the end parts of the driving pins 505 are respectively adapted to be slidably mounted in the corresponding distance adjusting pin grooves 5061.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the distance adjusting pin grooves 5061 are symmetrically disposed about the perpendicular bisector of the driving shaft 506, and when the distance adjusting motor 507 drives the driving shaft 506 to rotate, the distance adjusting pin grooves 5061 will synchronously rotate and drive the corresponding driving pins 505 to perform linear displacement, so as to drive the corresponding movable blocks 503 to slide along the sliding rods 504, thereby realizing equidistant adjustment of the ditching intervals of the ditching bars 502.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a mixing motor 406 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the mounting bracket 104, the output end of the mixing motor 406 is connected with one mixing rod 402 at one end of the mixing motor, each group of mixing rods 402 is sleeved with a synchronous gear 404, an outer gear ring 405 is arranged between the synchronous gears 404 at two ends, and the outer gear ring 405 is simultaneously meshed with all the synchronous gears 404.
Specifically, when the mixing motor 406 is started, the mixing rod 402 at one end of the mixing rod is driven to rotate, the mixing rod 402 drives the outer gear ring 405 to rotate through the synchronous gear 404, and the outer gear ring 405 drives other mixing rods 402 to synchronously rotate, so that the mixing rods 402 of multiple groups simultaneously perform mixing actions.
In practical applications, the output end of the mixing motor 406 must be connected to the mixing rod 402 at the end, so that when the synchronous gear 404 of the mixing rod 402 drives the outer gear ring 405 to rotate, the gear wrap angle is large enough to avoid the occurrence of tooth jump.
It should be noted that, when the mixing rod 402 of this embodiment drives the mixing blade 403 to rotate, negative pressure suction force is formed in the fertilizer box 4 due to wind force generated by rotation of the mixing blade 403, so that crushed branches and crushed leaves in the material collecting box 3 can be sucked into the fertilizer box 4. In the practical application process, the negative pressure suction force generated by the rotation of the mixing blade 403 is limited, so that a negative pressure fan can be selectively arranged in the fertilizer box 4 to generate enough negative pressure suction force, and the technical scheme for realizing material conveying by utilizing negative pressure and the specific structure of the negative pressure fan are known in the prior art and are not described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 7, a sheath 601 is arranged on the outer side of the fertilization guide pipe 6, and the sheath 601 is fixedly connected with the mounting bracket 104.
Specifically, the fertilizing and guiding pipe 6 in this embodiment is a flexible pipe, and the sheath 601 is used for supporting and fixing the upper section of the fertilizing and guiding pipe 6, so that the upper section of the fertilizing and guiding pipe 6 is kept in a vertical state to ensure a smooth discharging process, and the lower section of the fertilizing and guiding pipe 6 is kept in a flexible state, so that the fertilizing and guiding pipe can be moderately twisted to adapt to the distance adjusting process of the ditching rod 502.
As shown in fig. 2, a pushing plate 7 is disposed in the main body 1, the pushing plate 7 is located at the rear end of the soil preparation assembly 5, two ends of the pushing plate 7 are vertically slidably matched with the main body 1, and one end of the pushing plate 7 is threaded through and provided with a lifting screw 701.
Specifically, the pushing plate 7 can cover soil and pave the furrows dug by the plurality of groups of ditching rods 502 simultaneously along with the main body 1 in the advancing process, and meanwhile, the height of the pushing plate 7 can be adjusted by utilizing the lifting screw 701 so as to adjust the paving thickness.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: as shown in fig. 1-8, when in use, a user holds the push rod 103 to push the main body 1 to travel between woodlands, in the process, the stirring motor 202 drives the stirring roller shaft 2 to rotate, so that the stirring rake rod 201 continuously rotates and harrows and collects the dried leaves on the woodlands in the collection box 3, meanwhile, the stirring motor 202 synchronously drives the tooth-missing gear 206 to rotate through the transmission belt 205, when the tooth slot end of the tooth-missing gear 206 is meshed with the lifting rack 304, the lifting rack 304 is driven to slide downwards along the limiting slide rail 303, at the moment, the lifting plate 305 downwards displaces and presses the reset spring 306, and meanwhile, the lifting plate 305 downwards pushes the movable cutter 307 to be in staggered fit with the fixed cutter 308, and the harrowing action of the stirring rake rod 201 and the cutting action of the cutting component form linkage, so that the reciprocating cutting and crushing process of the dried leaves collected by harrowing can be realized in time. The crushed branches and crushed leaves after cutting and crushing enter the fertilizer box 4 through the material passing pipe 302, meanwhile, soil fertilizer is supplemented into the fertilizer box 4 from the material inlet 401, the mixing motor 406 drives the mixing rod 402 at one end to rotate, the mixing rod 402 drives the outer gear ring 405 to rotate through the synchronous gear 404, and the outer gear ring 405 drives other mixing rods 402 to synchronously rotate, so that a plurality of groups of mixing rods 402 simultaneously perform mixing actions. Along with the advancing process of the main body 1, ditching bars 502 will utilize the soil breaking edge 5021 to dig the furrow in the equidistance between forestry, and in the ditching process, the fertilizer after mixing will get into fertilization pipe 5022 through fertilization guide pipe 6 to fertilize in the furrow that opens, push away dull and stereotyped 7 bottom simultaneously and will be able to carry out earthing and laying simultaneously to the furrow that multiunit ditching bars 502 dug, realize the woodland soil preparation process.
