Description
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of online video call, in particular to a method, a device, equipment and a storage medium for eliminating self-excitation of online conference sound.
Background
The online multi-person conference is that people at two or more places communicate online through conference terminal devices such as notebook computers, smart phones and the like. Video conferences can be divided into point-to-point conferences and multipoint conferences, depending on the number of sites involved. With the development of a new 5G call, the online multi-person conference can integrate the functions of intelligent translation, interesting call, intelligent customer service, multi-screen call, content sharing, remote assistance and the like into the video conference, so that the convenience and the pleasure of the online multi-person conference are greatly increased.
In an actual conference scene, a conference access point has a plurality of conference terminal devices, for example, a plurality of participants in a conference room A carry a notebook computer and participants in a conference room B located in different places to participate in an online conference, each participant in the conference room A can view the picture content such as PPT through watching own notebook computer screen, meanwhile, can listen to the speech of other participants through a loudspeaker, and each participant can instantly speak, and after receiving the speech, a sound receiver of the notebook computer sends the speech content to other participants through a network. Because the meeting room A has a plurality of notebook computers, each notebook computer has a loudspeaker and a sound receiver. If the loudspeakers and the sound receivers are all opened by a plurality of notebook computers, sound can easily generate oscillation echoes among the computers, one sound is emitted from one notebook computer loudspeaker and enters the other notebook computer sound receiver, and the signal passes through the network and returns to the starting notebook computer, so that the notebook computer loudspeaker repeatedly emits the sound, the circulation is performed, the echoes are formed, the echo frequency is gradually increased, and finally the harshness sound is formed, and the phenomenon is also called sound self-excitation.
At present, participants often need to manually turn off one or more speakers of a notebook computer and a sound receiver to eliminate the self-excitation of sound, and the self-excitation of sound elimination efficiency is low and the user experience is poor.

In order to eliminate the self-excitation of sound, the hardware can be updated and upgraded. Such as a sound receiver like a microphone or a speaker like a sound box, is modified to eliminate the self-excitation of the sound. However, upgrades in hardware require additional costs. And for conference terminal equipment such as notebook computers, smart phones and the like, the voice receiver and the loudspeaker of the conference terminal equipment are inconvenient to upgrade.
In view of the above-mentioned technical problems, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, it is determined whether or not an online conference is free-running from sound based on a monitored sound signal; under the condition that the occurrence of sound self-excitation of an online conference is determined, a mapping relation table of participants and conference access points is obtained; determining whether a participant corresponding to a target conference access point is in a speaking state or not according to the mapping relation table, wherein the target conference access point is any conference access point in a plurality of conference access points; closing audio equipment of a target conference terminal corresponding to a target participant in the target conference access point; when the on-line conference is monitored to generate the self-excitation of sound, the audio equipment of the conference terminal of the participants who are not in the speaking state is automatically closed, the self-excitation of sound is rapidly removed, and the user experience is improved.
The following describes in detail the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an online conference sound self-excitation cancellation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s101: determining whether the on-line conference generates sound self-excitation according to the monitored sound signals;
s102: under the condition that the occurrence of sound self-excitation of an online conference is determined, a mapping relation table of participants and conference access points is obtained;
s103: determining whether a participant corresponding to a target conference access point is in a speaking state or not according to the mapping relation table, wherein the target conference access point is any conference access point in a plurality of conference access points;
s104: and closing audio equipment of a target conference terminal corresponding to the target participants in the target conference access point, wherein the target participants are participants which are not in the speaking state in the target conference access point.
In this embodiment, the execution subject of the method may be a server or other type of computer device.
In the case where the execution subject of the method is a server, the present disclosure does not limit the implementation form of the server. For example, the server may be a conventional server, a cloud host, a virtual center, or the like server device. The server mainly comprises a processor, a hard disk, a memory, a system bus and the like, and a general computer architecture type.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the audio device includes a speaker and a sound receiver.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a sound self-excitation cancellation function may be provided in the conference system, the sound self-excitation cancellation function may be an optional function, and a conference initiator (i.e., a conference creator) may select whether to turn on the self-excitation cancellation function as needed when initiating a conference. The conference system may also default to turn on the sound auto-excitation cancellation function.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a conference initiator creates a list of conference access points. One implementation is that a conference initiation terminal obtains a conference access point list in response to a conference access point list creation operation. The conference access point list includes 2 or more conference access point names participating in a conference, such as Beijing conference place, guangzhou conference place, shanghai conference place, A conference room, B conference room, C conference room, etc., and the specific names can be freely defined.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, after obtaining the conference access point list, the server needs to further obtain a mapping relation table of the participants and the conference access points, where the mapping relation table is created in the following ways, including but not limited to:
In the first creation mode, the conference terminal responds to the configuration operation of the conference initiating user on the conference participants and the conference access point, and a mapping relation table is built. And uploading the established mapping relation table to a server by the conference terminal, and receiving the mapping relation table uploaded by the conference terminal by the server. In the first creation mode, when the conference terminal accesses a conference, a conference access point list is displayed on a display screen of the conference terminal, a participant is reminded to select a conference access point name participating in the conference access point list, the participant selects the conference access point name according to a geographic address where the participant is located, for example, the participant in Beijing selects a Beijing conference, the participant in Guangzhou selects a Guangzhou conference, and the participant in Shanghai selects an Shanghai conference, so that a created mapping relation table is obtained.
And in the second creation mode, the conference initiating terminal responds to the configuration operation of the conference initiating user on the participants and the conference access point, and a mapping relation table is built. The conference initiating terminal uploads the established mapping relation table to a server, and the server receives the mapping relation table uploaded by the conference initiating terminal. The conference initiating user may assist other participants in selecting conference access point names for participating in the conference access point list.
The method comprises the steps that in the third creation mode, when meeting participants enter a meeting, a server detects IP addresses and/or historical access point information of meeting terminals of the meeting participants accessing the online meeting, a mapping relation table of the meeting participants and the meeting access points is built according to the IP addresses and/or the historical access point information, the server sequentially selects the meeting access points for each meeting participant, and the built mapping relation table of the meeting participants and the meeting access points is obtained. For example, when a participant enters a conference, the server detects the IP address of the conference terminal of the participant accessing the online conference, the administrative area corresponding to the IP address is beijing, and the conference access point name is automatically selected for the participant as the beijing conference place.
In the above embodiment, the participant can use the participant terminal to view the own conference access point, and when the information of the conference access point is wrong, the participant terminal can modify the own conference access point. The method can be realized in such a way that the conference terminal responds to the access point modification operation to modify the original conference access point to obtain the access point, thereby improving the accuracy of the conference access point and improving the user experience.
It should be noted that the specific form of the mapping relationship table may be a mapping relationship table among the participants, the participant terminals and the conference access points. For example, a mapping table of participant names, participant terminal device models, and conference access point names.
When the on-line conference is excited by sound, a sound is emitted from a loudspeaker of one conference terminal device and enters a sound receiver of the other conference terminal device, and a signal returns to the starting conference terminal device through a network, so that the loudspeaker of the conference terminal device repeatedly emits the sound, the sound is circulated in this way, echoes are formed, the repetition frequency is gradually increased, sharp and harsher sound is finally formed, the content of the sound cannot be distinguished, and after the sharp and harsher sound lasts for a period of time, the self-excited sound starts to attenuate. According to this characteristic, the acoustic self-excitation is divided into a self-excited echo period, a self-excited sharp period, and a self-excited decay period. The self-excited echo period refers to a period when the sound is repeatedly played, the self-excited sharp period refers to a period when sharp and harsher sound is formed, and the self-excited decay period refers to a period when the self-excited sound starts to decay until the self-excited disappears.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, determining whether an online meeting is free-running from sound based on the monitored sound signal includes at least one of the following:
according to the first determining mode, counting the times of target sound in the sound signal according to the monitored sound signal; and under the condition that the number of times is larger than the number threshold, determining that the online meeting is free-running in sound. It should be noted that, the frequency threshold is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and the frequency threshold may be adjusted according to actual situations. For example, the server monitors the sound signal in real time, and when the repetition number of a certain section of sound signal is greater than the frequency threshold, the server judges that the self excitation of sound occurs. For example, when the participants say that "start meeting", "start meeting" sound is repeated more than 3 times in succession in the same equipment, it is determined that the sound self-excitation occurs. This embodiment may be applied to a self-excited echo period implementation system for determining whether acoustic self-excitation occurs.
Determining a second mode, and counting the power of the sound signal in a first time period according to the monitored sound signal; in the event that the sound signal power is greater than the power threshold, it is determined that sound self-excitation occurs for the online meeting. It should be noted that, the power threshold is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and the power threshold may be adjusted according to actual situations. For example, the server monitors the power of the sound signal in real time, and when detecting that the power of the sound signal exceeds the power threshold value in a certain period of time, the server judges that the self-excitation of the sound occurs. This embodiment may be applied to a self-excitation sharp period implementation system for judging whether or not sound self-excitation occurs.
A third mode is determined, and the self-excitation information of the generated sound uploaded by the conference terminal is received; and determining that the online conference generates the sound self-excitation according to the sound self-excitation generation information. For example, the participants find that the self-excitation occurs, manually click the reporting related function key, manually report the self-excitation to the system, and judge that the self-excitation occurs after the system receives the reporting information of the participants. The embodiment can be applied to the realization system of the self-excitation echo period, the self-excitation sharp period and the self-excitation decay period to judge whether the sound self-excitation occurs or not.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, under a condition that it is determined that an online conference is free-running, a mapping relation table of participants and conference access points is obtained, and according to the mapping relation table, a conference access point corresponding to each participant can be determined.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for determining whether a participant is in a speaking state according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201: inquiring a mapping relation table according to the target meeting access point to obtain participants corresponding to the target meeting access point;
s202: monitoring a target sound signal of a conference terminal of a participant corresponding to the target conference access point in a second time period;
s203: and determining whether the participants corresponding to the target conference access point are in the speaking state or not according to the target sound signal.
It should be noted that the present disclosure does not limit the first time period and the second time period, and the first time period and the second time period may be adjusted according to actual situations.
In this embodiment, in the case that the conference terminals of the participants corresponding to the target conference access point are one, the audio devices of the conference terminals of the participants corresponding to the target conference access point are kept in an on state. If a conference access point has only one conference terminal, it cannot form a "sound loop", so it is not necessary to turn off its speaker and sound receiver, and it is only necessary to keep the speaker and sound receiver in normal use.
In this embodiment, according to the target sound signal, it is determined whether the participant corresponding to the target conference access point is in the speaking state. One way to do this is to determine if the target sound signal is a user speaking sound; under the condition that the target sound signal is the speaking sound of the user, determining that the participant corresponding to the target conference access point is in a speaking state; and under the condition that the target sound information is not the speaking sound of the user, determining that the participant corresponding to the target conference access point is not in the speaking state. Wherein, when the target sound signal is the speaking sound of the user, the user is in the speaking state when the user is speaking; if the target sound signal is not speaking sound of the user, the target sound signal may also be noise of action behaviors of the user, and when the user is not in a speaking state, the accuracy of determining the speaking state of the user can be improved.
In the above embodiment, determining whether the target sound signal is the user speaking sound may use a neural network model, and the target sound signal is input into the neural network model, to obtain a result of whether it is the user speaking sound.
When the self excitation of the sound occurs, one sound is emitted from the loudspeaker of one conference terminal device and enters the sound receiver of the other conference terminal device, the signal returns to the starting conference terminal device through the network, so that the loudspeaker of the conference terminal device repeatedly emits the sound, and the cycle is repeated. To eliminate the acoustic self-excitation, this "acoustic cycle" condition must be removed. I.e. the audio device of a part of the conference terminal is turned off. In order to minimize the influence on the normal process of the conference caused by closing off part of audio equipment of conference terminal equipment, only the audio equipment of conference terminals of participants who are in the same conference access point and are not in the speaking state at present need to be closed off, and the audio equipment of the participants who are in the speaking state at present need to be kept for normal use. Therefore, the audio equipment of the target conference terminal corresponding to the target participants in the target conference access point is closed, wherein the target participants are participants which are not in the speaking state in the target conference access point.
Since in an actual conference scenario the participants speaking may be constantly changing, i.e. the conference terminal is constantly switching between "in speaking state" and "not in speaking state". To further reduce the impact on the normal course of the conference by switching off the audio devices of part of the conference terminals, the switch-off time may be set to a certain time value. One way of implementing this is to turn on the audio device of the target conference terminal after the audio device of the target conference terminal has reached a set duration. The embodiment of the disclosure does not limit the set duration, and may be 30 seconds, 60 seconds, etc.
For example, when the self-excitation of sound occurs, the audio devices of the conference terminals of the participants who are in the same conference access point and are not currently in the speaking state are turned off, and after 30 seconds are reached, the audio devices of the conference terminals in the off state are turned on again.
In the embodiment of the method disclosed by the invention, whether the on-line conference generates sound self-excitation is determined according to the monitored sound signal; under the condition that the occurrence of sound self-excitation of an online conference is determined, a mapping relation table of participants and conference access points is obtained; determining whether a participant corresponding to a target conference access point is in a speaking state or not according to the mapping relation table, wherein the target conference access point is any conference access point in a plurality of conference access points; closing audio equipment of a target conference terminal corresponding to a target participant in the target conference access point; when the on-line conference is monitored to generate the self-excitation of sound, the audio equipment of the conference terminal of the participants who are not in the speaking state is automatically closed, the self-excitation of sound is rapidly removed, and the user experience is improved.
